Johnny was on time, courteous, and professional. He fixed our dryer immediately, which is a blessing when you have a family of 5 in need of doing laundry! Great service and pricing fair and upfront. I use them for all my appliance repairs!

My washer was not draining properly which left me with a huge mess. The repairman called 30 minutes before arriving just like they told me he would when scheduling the appointment. I have a very busy work schedule so this was very helpful. He was able to fix the problem and was very affordable. Will definitely use them again as customer service this good is almost unheard of these days.

Service guy that came out was very nice and polite. I explained on the phone that I just needed to know what was wrong and how much it cost to repair . Service guy came out and just flipped switch on breaker box and my dryer came on. I was not initially told on the phone about the 70 dollar service fee. I basically paid 70 dollars for him to come flip a switch on my breaker box.

Zach was the technician that came and repaired my washer. I was frantic about it and he was so kind and accommodating. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part immediately. I asked him to wait initially because of my work schedule and getting him back to replace the part. (I was wondering if I could just buy a new one and get it delivered the next day) It was my work schedule that was the problem or he would have been here sooner. He did promise me to be the first one scheduled when the part came in and he came right on time as promised!! And I feel the price was fair and reasonable. With my experience, customer service like this is unheard of today. Call them and ask for Zach, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you!!

This is the second time Ive called All Pro, they are quick to return calls, knowledgeable and very helpful. Turns out my LG was toast and LG no longer makes the part, but I appreciated them telling me and helping me understand washers for my next purchase. Many companies would have tried to get this washing machine running any way possible to make the most money off of me - but All Pro Appliance did the honest and upright thing PLUS helped me decide what I wanted in a new washing machine before the salesperson got ahold of me at the store. WIN WIN!

Awesome and on time as promised

The technician who came out was very knowledgeable and honest. He informed me the part on my fridge that was bad was still under warranty even though the 1 year warranty had expired. I contacted the manufacturer AGAIN and found out that particular part had history of issues and they were replacing them free of charge up to 5 years old. The technician could have easily repaired the unit and charged me hundreds of dollars, but chose to be honest. If I have any appliance repair needs in the future, I will definitely contact All Pro Appliance Repair!

It is so refreshing to find a great company to call in our hour of need and walk away from the experience feeling that we really got our money’s worth! My 20+ year-old Whirlpool washing machine needed repair because it was filling up slowly. I called All Pro Appliance Repair to explain the problem and see when they could come out to fix it. Johnnie with All Pro came right out and got the ice maker in my fridge/freezer fixed up. Id been having trouble with it since a power outage and finally got it fixed. The heating element in my dryer went out on a weekend. I filled out an online service request and got a phone call by 8:45 am Monday morning!
