The server is way back, wearing a mask and using a creative contraption to collect money.Accessibility****This easy to get to with a wheel chair. Street parking can be difficult but you can park in the Trader Joes parking lot.Cost***average.Service**The person behind the mask serving the ice cream felt robotic, and she didnt seem interested in relating to me. She was not friendly. When I asked about the Gelato, she just pointed to the sign.

I always pass by so was tempted to try today just because i am on a gelato spree since the hot weekend.The service is nice and friendly and the place is cute, small and clean with couple tables to sit.Lots of gelato flavors. Went for the pistachio 2 small scoops for 3.75. Thought the pricing is really great with the amount you get. Flavor was good but not as good as pistachio at Alimento in SF!Would love to come back and try more flavors.

I definitely underestimated how good the gelato and boba are here. don’t judge a book by its cover!! the mango gelato is AMAZING. so thick and creamy, and non-dairy!

Awesome I had the grapefruit and orange drink and I cant wait to come back to try something else. My youngest daughter loved the Oreo shake, my oldest daughter loved her chai tea and their dads kiwi slushy was also delicious. Id love to try their ice creams next and cant wait for another hot day to come in.

Short review! Gelato was 4 stars: not the most amazing Ive ever had, but well worth eating. Tea was 5 stars: the fresh Taro milk tea had actual bits of yam in it, and was top notch. 5 stars for service, too: very friendly, and good conversation once I started it. All in all, a nice little shop.

I love the gelato here! The super chocolate is my favorite. It’s so rich. The other gelato and sorbet flavors I’ve tried are good too, I particularly love the raspberry to complement the chocolate. My husband likes their boba teas. Sometimes there is a line but the people who are usually working are quick and nice.

It was actually pretty tasty. Soft, natural feeling texture. I do think they couldve gave a bit more portion wise to compensate for the price. Overall, not somewhere Id be dying to go back to but wouldnt mind trying again.

Oh goodness! Try the lavender or the rose gelato! Formerly, Honey Lavender was my favorite flavor, but now the rose has taken its place. You have to try them....you can have a taste for free. So heavenly!

Very cute shop with nice and fast service. Pearl milk tea is pretty good, and the sugar can be adjusted.Came back today, and it was not good. I got rose pearl milk tea. The tea was okay, but it was bright pink (not natural). The boba pearls were nasty, had a strange aftertaste, so I couldnt even finish the drink. Okay service.

First time I came here, I got Melon Milk Tea that was very artificial tasting. I decided to give it a second chance, and just got classic pearl milk tea. It was really good, and they have real milk! Kind and fast service. The boba pearls are a bit hard.

I used to go here every once in a while for gelato, but since they added bubble tea to their menu, I go here a lot more! They have the tea based teas, but also offer smoothies with tapioca in them. I know some of their smoothies are made with fresh fruits and such, but I dont think all of them are, but theyre all good. I think my favorite is either mango or avocado. Theyre also able to do their teas hot for those cold days. Nothing like hot taro tapioca tea!

Ive been going here since 2009? Its always been great. Gelato is tasty and they have a nice variety of flavors. And their boba tea is the bomb.

The most delicious gelato shop Ive ever been to. My favorite thing to do is go walk around Lake Merritt, literally 5 minutes away walking and after a nice and pleasant walk around the lake, I always go to get some gelato. I am working on taste testing all the flavors and so far I have liked every single one!!Definitely such a treat especially on a nice and beautiful and sunny hot day!

Cash only, so be ready! But this place is awesome. They have a huge selection of gelato and it is delicious! Theyve also added bubble tea and smoothies to their menu which is even more enticing! It is hard to choose with all the options they give.

We love it here! They know exactly what we drink and start making our drinks as we walk in the door :) The prices are fair and the fresh fruit smoothies are tasty!!

The Milk Thai tea is not too tasty, Ive had much better. Also the mango jelly is super tangy doesnt taste like mango, taste like sour apple or something. This totally took away from my drink experience!

My favorites place to get gelato. The gelato is home made and looks as delicious as it taste. The price is a bit high but its worth every penny. I look forward to going here everytime. The service is quick and kind. I highly recommend it to anyone.

The gelato was unremarkable. The decor and the outside area was really bad. It didnt seem very clean, and it was overpriced for the sizes and flavors available. The second cashier was on their phone the whole time. I would avoid going there.

I’ve given this place many chances, and it just isn’t good. The passion fruit green tea is very watery, and the pearls are bad.

The Ladies that run this place are so friendly. Its my favorite spot.

I tasted the merlot ice cream, and it was very tasty, but I ended up going with the double chocolate, and I was pleased with my decision, as well. Next time, Ill try some boba tea!Update: I tried the boba tea (non-sweetened fresh Taro with popping Mango bubbles) and it was excellent. Not too sweet, and the combination wasnt weird. Ill definitely keep coming back here!

I really like their set-up here because its legit not like some of those restaurant places with no logo cups trying to pass it off to make a quick buck. QTeaBar is located inside long time Gelato Firenze. They both shared the same phone number and address. The place is limited to only six to sit and large group is not advised​. Most drinks start at $3.75-5.50 depending on what series you choose. As with most places toppings are extra $.50 in most cases. You get to select your own level of ice and sweetness for customize features​. Staff are all young female crew with skills just acquired for bubble tea. Place is clean and simple and my drink was fabulous. Btw, there will be a charge of $.35 for using any type of plastic payment. Ill return for sure when weather is warmer for bubble tea and gelato combo. 😊

There watermelon shaved ice saves my life in hot summer. Just a bit expensive. Boba also good. But ice creams are American style over sweet.The watermelon smoothie is delicious and not too sweet. There are also rare vermicelli. The ice cream is American and sweet
