Baristas here really know their stuff. I appreciate their help when selecting beans for brewing at home. They have given great grind setting advice to help get the most out of their coffee!!!

The best place for coffee lovers! This coffee shop has the best and affordable coffee that I needed. Also, the atmosphere here is very relaxing, and the staffs are very accommodating. My overall experience was satisfactory and delightful, and I would like to thank these guys for that. A must-visit coffee shop!

Rather pleasant employee. I asked if they were open (lights were on, doors open, all other indicators pointed to them being open), and they said “Ours hours are right there”, motioning towards a sign. Not sure why they felt the need to make me seek out the answer, but maybe they were having an off day. In any case, this place is closed a lot.

Red bay is my go to coffee spot in my neighborhood. The coffee box is so convenient. I go every weekend for a cold brew and a bag of beans! Its the perfect covid spot since the hive has a ton of socially distant outdoor seating, and with the coffee box you never even have to go inside anywhere!

I got the sweet potato latte and it was fantastic! Great service too, I highly recommend.

This is a great outdoor spot with some delicious lattes. They craft their lattes with love, so please be patient. I would not recommend coming if you are looking for a in&out type situation.Their drinks are delicious and therefore, take a little time (less than a few minutes), but I know for some people that is too long of a wait.And if you work in the wait time it is so worth it to come & get a drink here.

Favorite black owned coffee and lattes in the Bay Area!!! The only place I buy my coffee - prices vary per bag but they will individually grind your coffee to your satisfaction. All drinks are hand crafted, made fresh. Must try

These people are very unsanitary. Yes, the coffee is good but they sit your coffee out uncovered next to several other people coffee. Everyone is clustering over your coffee as they try to figure out which one is theirs. Upon comment they get very passive aggressive. This seems like a mild request given the fact that we are in a pandemic. I will not be returning. Customer service is horrid.

I visited this morning because it was my last Sunday in town, and I had a gift card. Im not a coffee drinker, but I figured hot chocolate would be a nice detour on my way to church. When I went to pay, the barista was unsure how to process gift card payments with their new system, and decided to give me my drink for free. The hot chocolate was good, and now my unused gift card will go to a friend who enjoys coffee, and whom I will encourage to make purchases beyond the balance of the card.

They use organic milk and the pastry was good. Tasty coffee.

Never got a chance to get my coffee. Was tryna charge my phone so i can use google pay l. They had a nive seat with a outlet. I was judt gunna charge till i can pay for a coffee but the lady was very rude and kicked me out. Going to terra mia now. Which is 4 blocks away. They sould work on their customer srvice for sure.

Went to main roastery not a satellite store, so I can speak on the coffee.SUPERIOR, GREAT, INCREDIBLE.Forget starbucks. Great brews... wonderful vibe and ambiance. Good company I hope to see them flourish. Classy touch with the soda-water pallate cleanser. China and glass. Dont know when I will.be back in northern california but when I am. I will be here every morning or early noon.

They made a cappuccino when I asked, and it wasnt a latte. Nice! Good tasting espresso, excellent amount of milk and foam.They also made a kids hot chocolate for my 4 year old. I think it was too big, but he didnt mind.
