Literally just got my phone screen repaired. Extremely fast service and an amazing job, couldnt be happier. I was able to schedule an appointment in the afternoon, and I got my phone back as good as new within 24-hrs. I highly recommend this place, Gary is the real MVP.

I personally didnt get to meet the owner (my son brought the phone in for me) but my phone left with a dead battery and came back to me good as new. My best friend went here the other day to fix her LCD screen that got cracked and she said the dude was super nice and helpful and took care of her when she was in a pinch. So I called him today, a few days later and told him I needed a new charging port for my old iPhone 7... instead of just blindly taking my money he asked why I needed a new one and told me I should try a little DIY fix first and if it didn’t work to bring it in… It worked like a charm and I’m really grateful I didn’t drop 75 bucks for nothing. Gary is great. He fixed my screen and replaced my battery plus gave me advice on how to avoid software updates bricking my phone. He even threw in extra labor for free when his fix loosened a connection with the touch ID and got it working again in no time.

Wow! I was stressed up to my eyeballs about what I would do because my phone stopped working during COVID and all the nearby within 100s of miles Verizon stores were closed. I literally thought I was going to have drive at least 5 hours to get my phone fixed. Well I thought wrong thanks to Gary. I called Wireless Options and over the phone and at no charge he talked me through how to fix the problem in less than 3 minutes. Hes my hero today.

Friendliest service ever. Gary was so warm, and fixed my phone screen quickly. We had to trouble shoot an issue with the camera, but I had time and enjoyed talking with him and figuring out the issue. We got it figured out, and I have a good-as-new phone now. Even with the camera issue, it took a total of 1.5 hours to fix, which is way faster than a lot of other places. Highly recommend this place!

I came in with a very broken iPhone 6plus screen. Gary was able to fix it quickly and made sure it worked properly. He always was able to any questions I had about my phone. Gary is very friendly had provides great customer services.

Saved my phone! It had a bad lcd and the whole screen went black then wouldn’t come back. I thought it was done for, but after only about 30 minutes that and the cracked screen were fixed perfectly. Gary did a great job of repairing my iPhone 5. I came in needing a new battery and he did it quickly and well at a good price. He also was very helpful in making sure I knew how to take care of the battery and get the best performance out of it.A few days later we came back because the phone charging cord did not click in properly. Without question Gary replaced the charging port free of charge. Even though it was not the part that he had directly replaced, he was more than happy to get the phone back to perfect function. He had incredible integrity and stands behind his work 100%. I would trust him with my phone unconditionally, I know that he will always make it right and be fair. He is also a great guy and fun to hang out with.

Most important: there are shop dogs and they are ADORABLE. Gary is excellent too.So fast and so nice! My iPhone screen was shattered (okay, for like 6 months), but then yesterday the LCD failed and went all purple and striped. It took no time at all (really like 10 minutes) for Wireless Options to fix my phone, and it was $100 flat, way less than some other places I looked at. Gary was warm, friendly, and efficient, and it was a much more pleasant experience than a phone crisis has any right to be.

My Samsung Note 4 was freezing and rebooting on its own so I brought my phone in and Chris took a look at it. He stopped what he was doing to help me and quickly diagnosed the issue. The battery was deformed and was not recharging fully.

Avoid at all costs. I had my iPhone 8 Plus repaired here and after a few days it turned off and wouldn’t power back up. I took the phone to apple and after running a few tests they determined the power issue was a result of the repair being done by a low quality technician who fried the phone. The worst part of it was apple told me it would have only costed 169 to get the screen replaced by them and this place charged 150 plus tax.For anyone who can read. The owner’s response is a complete lie and a sad attempt to save face. I clearly stated that apple provided the new phone at the cost of a screen replacement -$169 plus tax and my useless phone. Not free. I did not want a new phone but had no choice.

So far Ive only spoken to Gary on the phone to get an estimate on repairs for both my and my mothers phone, and I will update my review after we utilize his obvious expertise.Gary has exCELLent customer service skills, answered my questions instantly, even looking up parts online and had no qualms letting me know I could buy the parts on Amazon Prime to bring in for the repairs and pay only labor - which he said would be $80! He even suggested it was worth using the insurance replacement option for my Moms phone because the deductible was the same as the parts alone.I will already, just based on our first call, trust we are in good hands with Gary and will be recommending his shop, Wireless Options to everyone I know.Its not often that you come across a Mom-n-Pop shop that delivers like a big box store in hands on services and still maintains down home, friendly customer service... honestly I felt like I had called a personal friend in the field for advice.Thank you Gary for refreshing my outlook on and renewing my standards for acceptable customer service when it comes to fee based services.

Day before NYE, Sunday afternoon, my mom had an emergency - she dropped her iPad shattering the screen. I checked out the prices for new iPad - all out of my range. So I called Wireless Options in hopes that they may have a new screen in stock and would be able to complete the repair before the NYE: mom uses her iPad to watch movies, etc.Gary answered the phone right away, asked for a model number, let me know he had the screen, and we set appointment at 4:30pm the same day. The iPad was fixed and good to go 2 hours later and mom was really happy to have her buddy back before bed time!This is the 2nd time Gary has helped in time of wireless emergency. The first time was when I broke the screen of my old iPhone. At that time, he made time to see me right away and fixed me right up.The service is great, prices are very reasonable, and the quality of work is impeccable.I highly recommend Wireless Options for all your wireless emergencies!

I cracked the screen on my ZTE and was in need of a repair shop. I was referred to this shop by a co-worker. I was told the service was excellent and it was a black owned business that needed the support of other African Americans. With that referral I decided to give them a try. I called and made arrangements to drop off my phone (December 20th). The price to fix my phone was $40 bucks more than two other non black owned stores. But, again you try to support your fellow people of color I dropped off my phone and I should have known going elsewhere would be better off. First, the young lady seemed afraid or scared to speak up. She states they did not carry the screen and I replied that it was to be ordered through Amazon. The young lady finds my screen on Amazon and the part is ordered. I didnt know I had to order my own part. I assumed they ordered the part and the price of the screen and labor was all one quote. No biggie. Using Amazon prime I knew that it would take two days to be delivered and a day or two to fix. After 5 days I decided to text and get an update on my phone. The response was the screen had not yet arrived. How is that when I ordered it through Amazon Prime? Then, the owner says that he never ordered the part and he didnt know these phones were even made. Well how can that be if I ordered it through Amazon??!!! Come to find out I didnt order the part my money went to his square cash account in which he would then take the money and order the part. Well gosh for all that I could have ordered the part myself and brung it in. Waste of time. That should have been explained by the young lady. Not only are you $40 more in price but, I had to buy my own part which made it $70.00 more than the other repair shops. All the owner could say was that he dropped the ball. No solution , no attempt to keep my business absolutely nothing. So, I decided to pick up my phone and go to another repair shop. Never fails that everytime you support a black business their service sucks or they over charge you for mediocre service.

I called Gary at 4 PM on a Sunday to repair my cracked cell phone screen after the last shattering drop. He directed me to see his niece, Kiki, at the DTO shop on 19th St. Kiki did a great job in replacing and checking the screen on my 6S.Support this Black family owned business that’s providing great service.

I took my cell phone in with water damage and Gary got it all sorted out and running again , great job 5 stars. Ted.
