Ive been using cricket for 3 years. Never had a problem. Customer service is great. Its funny they are under att, and att sucks in everyway. This cricket store on international blvd is my favorite. All thr seniorita there is very nice. Sorry but i would give it a five star if i could find a parking spot. not their fault but finding parking there sucks.

Employees have attitude

I guess u can get a phone here but I have bad service where I am and they refused to answer the phone so I had to take the bus there and they said call 611 and I got home and did and no option to talk to a person or refresh the network and they refused to answer the phone when I called again so I had to go all the way back in the BUS to have them tell me to hold the 0 button down for like 10 seconds to trick the system into giving u a person to refresh the whatever, and my service is still terrible.
