Very good experience. I was trying to port my number from a different carrier. A young lady and gentleman were working and very patient while helping me deal with my old carrier.They even stayed open late to make sure I had everything was fixed with my old carrier.Thank you so much for your help and patience!

The manager, Vivian L, helped me with the process of upgrading my iPhone. She was very professional and patient and took the time to explain the details to me. She had my best interest in mind and tried to get me the best deal without trying to pressure me into getting anything that I felt was not needed.

Recently visited this store for my home internet and cable service, the staffs are very friendly. They are patient and knowledgeable to explain all the plans to me. I was able to finish all the sep up within an hour. Highly recommend!!!

Pro: Very good experience. I went there for screen repair and the rep is very knowledgeable and friendly. She told me the new promo which I got a new phone eventually. I hate pushy sales but the rep is nice enough to convince me to get the deal. The staffs can speak both Chinese and English so my parents can go there and communicate with no problem. The place is a gem in CTCon: Their system was quite slow, I was lucky enough since there were no customers.

Service here is horrible. Waited over 30 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. Just like I did not exist. I left. Never coming back to this location. ATT if you are reading this get the right people in your store.

Not a full retail place. Dont have all the devices on hand but you can go to discuss your account. I believe they are fluent in Mandarin here.

Paying almost 300 per month just to have to wait over 2 hours for a sim replacement because the “computers are slow” that’s the definition of unprofessionalism😑🤢

They have good person here, gentle and nice. but ATT company can’t provide good service, our home internet stop by outdoor cable broken 5 days, I made 2 time appointment but no one comes, today they tell me their Technical team outage...I have to wait for one more week, but I am afraid it will be a fake appointment again, so bye bye ATT.

Horrible. I waited for at least 20mins for help without being greeted or acknowledged. After my patience ran out I asked how long it would take for me to be helped and the lady told me at least half an hour. Never coming back to this location.

I used to use ATT/Direct TV, the agent in the shop help us switched to new Uverse /internet for us but DID NOT cancel our Direct TV account. We did not find out until direct TV billed us. We are super upset. This shop is very unprofessional . They are sneaky and cheating in customer service. Should call to the main office and get the guy fired.
