This store makes everything harder. First, I waited for a rep even though at least two staff were on their phones not paying attention to customers. All I needed was a SIM card for my new phone. When a rep finally came to help, she couldnt explain why my old SIM card didnt work in my new phone even though theyre the same size. She also couldnt simply provide one to me even after I gave her my telephone number and followed the tedious steps for her to gain access to my account (Verizon, am I really going to hold everyone up while I read the terms of service on the risks of your own staff accessing my account? Maybe screen them better instead of holding me responsible for their failures!). When Ive needed a new SIM card from AT&T in the past (several times with a corporate account at work), it was as easy as providing the telephone number to the account. They scanned it to associate it with the line and I was on my way. Verizon and this store make everything harder!

Do not go to this store unless you want your account with Verizon completely messed up in a way that even they cannot fix themselves. The first person I dealt with was si busy running out the door at the end of the day, she almost threw my new device at her manager. The manager tried to help but even she could not undo the damage that the first woman did. Now Im stuck in Verizon limbo with no access to my account, no service, and no solution from anyone at Verizon. It is entity the fault of the staff at this store. Dont go here, you will regret it.

Im from out of town, came in to the store because I needed replace a phone that broke while I was traveling. The level of service at this store far exceeds anything I have seen anywhere: There was no waiting, everyone was knowledgeable and friendly, everything I needed was in stock, no one tried to upsell me and they completed what turned out to be a very complicated data transfer perfectly.The most stellar part of the experience was the service provided by Julius - who stuck with us the whole time, managing every part of the process with patience and professionalism, and in the process found ways to save me lots of $$$$$!

I had an excellent customer service experience in this store. I came in on a Thursday afternoon at around 1 pm. There were already three people in the store being helped. I waited less than 5 minutes before Alantra came to help me. She was pleasant, professional , and very patient with all of my questions. I was very satisfied with my experience. Terrible terrible customer service!!! Dont bother making an appointment! You show up and the only thing they can do is hand you a limited supply of phones and then tell you that YOU have to add all your information from your old phone on to which ever phone you decide to buy! Shameless customer service. Im so supportive of people keeping their jobs in this climate, but this service, was dreadful! Whats the point staying open if you are not able to do anything!!!!

The customer service here is misleading and the network service is intermittent. I must switch to a different carrier soon. I thought the post pay plans would be more favorable since they are more expensive but regardless of your plan this companies policies, staffing, and network coverage is TERRIBLE!

When I went back to complain I was told by the same salesperson that I may have been given false information via conversation but it was in the fine print of what I signed so I was still responsible. Verizon 2650 5th Alameda CaThis is one of those authorized retailer, not a real Verizon.Nov 5 2019 I went there for help transferring data from my old iPhone 7 to my new iPhone 7While there I upgraded to an Android . After an hour I returned to store cause I did not like the Android. They would not give me back my phone and told me I could not change my mind.Im have a Fruad investigation on now ,because I have the right to change my mind ..They made and additional charge on my American Express ..Alert ... Be careful with these fake crooks . I will take them to small claims if I have to .. they should be ashamed and Verizon should get rid of them .

5/28/19I am NEVER going back to this store, and this is why.I walked into the store hoping to find a new phone to replace my old one because the battery was starting to conk out. now I was going to meet my father there because it was his name on the contract.so I walked into the store and looked for him and was immediately sized up and given a very dirty and disgusted look by a female security guard who asked me in a rough tone what are you looking for to which I replied Im looking for someone I was supposed to meet here to which her disgust grew from the look on her face.I immediately turned away from her already tired of her attitude and vibe, and called my father to see where he was. He arrived shortly after to join me and waited to be helped, we waited around 5-7 minutes (which was great) and was approached by a female Verizon worker who asked us how could they help us, to which I replied that I was looking to buy a new phone preferably a galaxy 9 or 10 and asked to know what the differences were. she took me over to the display and said here and motioned toward the phones and then stood there, so I asked which ones which, and what the differences were to which she replied camera and battery life. to which I asked the specific differences in the phones, to which she replied this battery is 3 hours longer talk time then this one and yada yada yada, not really answering anything specific. All the while backing away from me and before I knew it she was gone. To summarize my over all experience, I REALLY didnt feel welcome in the slightest and honestly I really didnt feel like they wanted to sell me anything or help me at all.Now I understand everyone has a bad day, and that could possibly be the case, but this isnt the first time I havent really been helped at the store. Hopefully this review will server as a wake up call the the manger, and help future customers.

Had a terrible experience here due to a corporate outtage that occurred the day I switched over from sprint. To summarize, I was at the store for approximately 4 hours during which I got the unlimited plan an two iPhone 7+, all the while a lady who worked there treated me pretty badly. However, I spoke to the store manager the next day and was compensated for my inconvenience. Since then everythings been great? Ive had decent experiences at this store - with Verizon employees who were helpful (in explaining options to me) and friendly. But, I cant say that about my experience tonight. I walked in intending to upgrade and get a new phone - and walked out so flustered and confused because of the sales associate who was assigned to help me. When I let her know that I was feeling confused and felt that it was way over my head (prices were more than I expected, the terms of the payment plan vs contract was not clear to me, etc.), she got very exasperated and said Really? Her assumption was that I was feeling in over my head financially, which is why she reacted with judgment. But actually, I meant that I was overwhelmed by trying to understand the options. Instead of writing down a few prices and details, or showing me a screen with the details of the contract, she just continued to raise her voice to me. As if speaking louder would help me understand ...It was such an incredibly rude experience. Im not a fan of writing reviews like this, but if I can save someone else the stress of walking in with a mission and walking out empty handed but with an elevated blood pressure, then great. This may be crazy, but if Im going to drop a few hundred dollars on a device, I want to understand what Im signing up for ...

Went in to do a 2 yr to device payment plan and the staff simply did not want to do it as they make no money on the transaction. Tried to pull a fast one on me by adding a new line and suggesting it was the only option. Had customer support on the line and they were listening the whole time. Cust serviced rep on phone asked to talk to store rep. Finally got what I wanted but the store rep (Jackie) was pissed and kept saying Jesus Christ, this sucks!! under her breath.

Complete scam artist. I went in because my phone broke and the manager and one of the sales Assosiates lied to me and tricked me into getting a 650$ phone.. I was told that my phone would be 1$ a month for 24months and then today there is 650$ charge on the account.. I specifically asked soo many times if there was any hidden charged and I was told that there was none. Do not believe anything these workers tell you they are only trying to benefit themselves!!!!! The managers are Liars! After being a Verizon customer for years and years I went into the store to adjust my account and they lied to me putting me in a position where they said I could upgrade my account and get all this free stuff and then the next month there was a $350 charge. I called and spoke with the manager and she admitted to her mistake and said that she was going to submit the paperwork to fix it but it didnt. Now Im stuck with this charge or I have to leave the company.
