The cost of the maintenance work is typical, the work was done quick, and the client support was exceptionally proficient. I couldnt say whether they accomplish something other than wireless fix, yet the work I had done was quick and finished in with regards to 60 minutes. This person attempted to restore my old Galaxy MEGA processor/motherboard to actuate and x-fer my contacts out without any result. Its a dead paper weight. He genuinely attempted. Put forth a valiant effort. Id go to him once more. Stopping is troublesome.

10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! This is a great group of people! my iPhone 5s screen died and they were able to accommodate me as a walk in appointment. In 15 minutes, they changed out the screen for the least expensive price I have found around the bay ($50)! A week after, the phone was having some other troubles and the guys took the phone apart and solved the issues without charge! I hope I wont need to come back, but should the screen become damaged, I know where I will go for a fast and reliable fix!

Adel helped fix my 4 year old Samsung. He was very honest right from the beginning about what the issues were and what he could do. Broken glass, battery, etc. He fixed my phone in about 30 min and the price was beyond fair.I would definitely use Kemo Wireless again!

I came by to get my broken back iPhone 8 Plus screen fixed and they did it perfectly. 10/10 would recommend. Done in an hour for $90 on the dot. I asked if my front screen was cracked or not because it was hard to tell, and he also gave me a free screen protector. Hopefully I don’t need to go there again haha, but I definitely will if I need to.

I brought an iPad in to have the shattered screen replaced. The Kemo rep was very professional, completed the work quickly (1-2 hours,) called me as soon as the work was done. And, theyre prices are better than other locations I checked. I highly recommend Kemo for phone and tablet repairs.

Sam was incredible. I highly recommend Kenmo. Due to water damage to my phone, I was under the impression that my phone required a new charging module replacement in order for it to charge. Instead of charging ~$100 for parts and labor, Sam did some pre-checks and quickly cleaned the port free of charge saving me that money and time without my phone. What incredible service!

Fantastic service from a skilled professional. If youre debating whether or not to have these guys fix your phone: just do it, theyre skilled, honest, and just good guys.Id called to ask about replacing the USB-C port on my Pixel 4A, which would only charge the phone about 50% of the time, and the cable would often just fall out. Abdel (sorry if Im spelling that wrong) told me he could do the repair, but they didnt have the part in stock because it wasnt very common, and itd have to be ordered from China. Previously, Id looked up a DIY repair on ifixit and saw what I thought was the part for $25. So I told him, I think you can get the part at this site, no need to wait for international shipping, and he said that was the USB port for a Pixel 4, not a 4A. He was totally right, and the 4A part was listed as out of stock (if Id ordered it, it wouldnt have worked on my phone, even if I had been able to take the phone apart without messing something up). He suggested I bring it in and if he couldnt solve the issue, hed order the part and have me return when it arrived.I brought it in, he tested it with a voltimiter, and took it into the back for less than 5 minutes. When he came back out, he put it on the counter, demonstrated that you could now plug it in and the fit was so tight the phone would hang upside-down from the cord (before itd wiggle free even if it was flat on a table), and it charged perfectly. He then said, correctly, I can see you tried to clean it out yourself, but the good news is, you didnt do any damage to it, and I just needed to get the dust and dirt out. I was super impressed he could see my unsuccessful attempts at a home repair, and that he solved the problem so quickly. I asked him what I owed him, and he told me there was no charge. Amazing. Next time I crack my phone screen or drop it in a puddle or something, Ill 100% be bringing it to Abdel to fix--an absolutely kind, competent, talented guy. Thank you, friend!

This place is absolutely awesome ! My iPhone got ran over by a car and I thought there was no way it could be fixed . I heard about kemp wireless through a friend and I took my phone in and the service was absolutely amazing and super fast like magic my phone looked brand spanking new again . This is an excellent phone repair shop. My girlfriend and I both took our phones in, mine for a new battery and charger cord and hers for a new screen (iPhone 6s and 7). The most impressive parts were the service,quality of work/parts, and prices. My regular place wasn’t open and paid 50 bucks for a battery (which wasn’t even new) vs 35 for a brand new battery here. My gf said the Apple store would charge 150 vs 70 here. It took about 30 minutes for both to get fixed, coming in around 6pm.He even replaced our screen protectors with quality ones (not the basic plastic cover) on the house.Below are the parts of our experience that really stood out to us:Having both worked retail, we were very happy/impressed with the high level of customer service. Audman is the guy to see, he is very knowledgeable, detail orientated, honest, cerebral, and treats people with respect and understanding. One doesn’t find customer service and quality work as good as this as often as you’d hope.As mentioned the prices are very competitive with other repair places and better than the Apple store. The battery was new and not a replacement, where other places will replace it with a used part or charge premium for a new one.Another high point was the honesty, I thought my charging port needed to be fixed and he checked it out and said it was fine. Many places will just tell you to get that fixed as well, especially if one thinks it needs fixing (kinda like car shops where they add on unneeded services).They also offer a 60 day warranty for repairs (if there is an issue with the replacement part/work..though that would rarely be an issue from the quality of service). It’s always a good sign when one is willing to stand by their work and find a solution if there are any problems due to the service provided.We are both amazed with our great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a repair!!!Ps. Lots of great authentic Mexican food nearby while waiting, the panderia nextdoor and taco shop down on the same side by 36th are excellent as well.

Wow. I don’t normally write reviews but these guys are amazing. They quoted me $35 and 20 min for a new iPhone 6 battery. Only took them ten and i somehow lost my case in the ten minutes while they fixed it. They just gave me a new, better case free. Amazing!

With so many similar shops at similar price ranges, its incredibly difficult to differentiate between them. But the level of customer service I received here was truly something else. The level of knowledge combined with the above and beyond customer service makes this place stand out.

No experience, I give them my iPhone to fix the rear camera doesn’t work zoom x1 only works zoom x2 , after the store worker opened it and tried he said that he can’t fix it then after arrived home I found out that he down the zoom x2 too so not working tear camera all the options he made it worse ,,, they don’t have experience at all

Kemo Wireless replaced my daughters Motorola Moto G7 broken screen. They were friendly, professional, and responsive. They exceeded my expectations, even when there was a snafu that delayed my repair (they made it up to me without me asking). I could not be more pleased with my experience at this shop. He really lives up to his reputation as the best in the bay area. While in Texas, I got a hairline crack in the screen of a Samsung ATIV S Neo, for which spare parts can no longer be found. The phone was dead. The touch screen was completely unresponsive. Sprint wireless could not transfer my contacts or my texts or anything else, because they could not get into the phone. No shop in Texas could do anything. But, when I got back to Oakland, Kemo Wireless had a simple solution. They took a duplicate phone bought used for $9 off of Amazon and swapped out the motherboard. It took less than 30 minutes while I waited. And, voila! I was back in business. All my texts and contacts were there and everything worked perfectly. Kemo is a master craftsman. And, in Texas, they said it couldnt be done!!! Best of all, the shop is only steps away from the very nice, upscale Fruitvale BART station! No need to drive, find a parking space, or anything. Very convenient. There is absolutely no way this experience could have been better. Wait until those jerks in Texas hear about this!

Amazing experience! A’del was excellent in customer service, information and helpfulness. I needed to unlock a new ATT iPhone so I could use it on TMobile and he did it in less than 10 minutes (once it was logged out of the old iCloud account from the previous user) for less than what everyone else is asking!!!
