Im a big believer in giving praise when its due. This was the most fun Ive ever experienced being fleeced by verizon. My sales associate was personable fun and polite. This man gave me every discount I qualified for! I purchased a phone from BB that had to be shipped(not in stock) I stopped in this store on a whim after having lunch and OMY to BB to activate it. He saved me $600 on the phone and my $120/mo 6Gb plan went to $122/mo Unlimited. This man knows his job level expert! Those clown kids @ the BB dont give a hoot about you and arent even willing to engage with you. Its like youre a burden. 5 stars for this location! Ill always shop local first.

My fiancé and I went in for new phones. The customer service was amazing and the gentleman who helped us was so nice and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. I highly recommend

Uzie, the gentleman helped me by taking all of my old phone contacts and information and transferring to my new phone. Once again so happy and grateful . Rude overpriced and there isnt a single benefit they provide that you cannot get from an official Verizon store and due to their negligence in my experience my report ended up being filed with 3rd party suspension and actions taken from corporate Verizon. That involved selling wrong phone, incorrect information, negligence of customers, offensive behavior in many forms not limited to direct verbal abuse. I recommend you never use a third party source for Verizon since they do not operate and have some rules that allow changes from Verizon and their business rules. Never use this store unless you risk at your peril multiple purchases confirmed, Google and Microsoft partner as I am along with thirty years of Verizon service, have reported with extreme details that confirm Verizon in writing and phone tapes have confirmed and hold records of this store in violation of Verizon rules and has been publicly reprimanded with my account as Verizon had paid for claims and this store has to not be able to follow our legal agreement subject to their behavior which County legal documents automatically are served upon their terms to comply with franchise terms

Excellent customer service! I came in today in a bind because I left my phone overseas, but was having it sent to me. I was looking for a cheap phone that could get me by until my phone arrived in the mail. My sales associate (the owner, maybe?) was extremely friendly and helpful, as well as compassionate to my situation. He was able to set up my temporary phone and gave it to me at a HEAVILY discounted price. Cant speak highly enough about the service I received here. Definitely recommend, worth it for the customer service alone.

Save yourself a headache and just go to a REAL Verizon store. You will get more stuff and it will be cheaper anyway. They tried to scam my wife by making her turn in her old phone to get a new upgrade. Not a bad thing on its own. But what he failed to tell her was that of she waited 3 more days to upgrade it would not have been considered an early upgrade and she wouldve been able to keep her old iPhone (still work a hundred fifty bucks) and do the upgrade anyway.When I went down to the store the next day to undue the upgrade and get her phone back the store manager became very upset and eventually did reverse the upgrade before practically kicking me out of the store.So 2 days later I went to a REAL Verizon store, got the upgrade and got to keep the old phone too.I believe they purposely tried to take advantage of the situation so they could sell her phone for a profit instead of letting her know she could just keep it if she waited a couple more days. Dont trust this store! I will never go here again!

I really thought the employees there were nice, and supportive. They answered every question I asked, and helped guide me through the process of my phone. I also got offered deals on my plan that I didn’t know of so I would most definitely recommend going here.

Poor customer service. They seemed great when I went in to buy a phone, but on subsequent visits to get assistance with the phone, they were rude and obnoxious when answering my questions. I don’t think anyone should be be treated that way and would recommend buying from other Verizon retailers.

Fixed my screen, it was worse, charged me to fix it again (gave me a deal) still horrible. Brought to apel and it was cheaper and quicker to do it with them in the first place. Stay away!!!! I am out over 200 because of this place!

Could not have been a worse experience. I called earlier in the day and didnt understand. Went to the store and he berated me for coming in after I had called, he then gave me the same confusing information. We leave and do what he said and now my husband is at an actual Verizon store because it took the service off his phone and it cant be restored until he has a new sim card. Wish I could give zero stars. Save yourself the time and headache and go to an actual Verizon store.
