Everyone all employees and manager were super helpful. Bought a phone, went back next day for an emergency sons lost phone replacement. Went back 2 days later for a new ipad. And a couple days later for s new case. I had super help from the store manager and both employees. Highest marks.

One word AMAZING. After a long month of trying to get a new device and not receiving very quality customer service, I decided to try this location. I was not disappointed. Parking was great. Everyone in the store worked to save me money, and I got 2 devices for less money than I have ever paid. Would recommend!!!

I went to this location to purchase a phone last month and the man took off insurance from 2 lines without outright telling me thats what was being done. The man helping me seemed very nice and was patient. Fast forward a few weeks and I need to use my insurance and come to find out 2 lines on my account were taken off insurance that day. I also had device dollars I told him to use and he said he did that it will be deducted monthly which was a lie . So now Im screwed because I cant use insurance to fix my phone and some of my devices dollars are going to start expiring. I called to see what can be done and was told sorry legally nothing can be done.

Great customer service! Rafael (and Kevin) made it super easy when I needed to change my biz account into a personal account. Rafael even installed the screen protector and walked me through how to port my old data into my new phone. 5/5 would recommend :)

Customer Service was pretty good once the Verizon customer service reps were available—there was about a 20 minute wait to even talk to anyone. Once I did talk with them, they were knowledgeable and courteous and most importantly didn’t seem as if they were pushing me to buy the top of the line phone or plan.

I visited this store about a year ago, thinking its a Verizon store (they are an independent store under Verizon brand) . I bought a WiFi hotspot, and after a few days, we realized that its not working for our needs, so we decided to return the device. The store gave us a hard time about returning the device, and they did not want to accept it, although it was within the return policy. Ultimately they did give us a partial refund. The main thing was how poorly they handled the situation.Now a year, later we noticed that they never canceled the WiFi hotspot subscription on our account. Extremely disappointed.Please stay away from this store and make sure you go to an actually Verizon store.

I arrived close to the stores closing time and still received wonderful service. The employees were helpful, understanding, and unflappable even when it became apparent that they would be helping me after the store closed. The store itself is pretty straightforward for a licensed Verizon dealer, and they had all the information on the newest phones and Verizon plan offerings. I was very delighted by their superb treatment and know where I will be going the next time I have to go to a store for service. Thanks

This company is ridiculous when it comes to customer service. The automated Assistance is absolutely worthless if you are trying to discontinue your service. They will allow you to suspend so they can continue charging the account although you have no service and they will never put you through to a human operator to assist you. The number for the Corporate office seems to always be busy this is a frustrating circumstance that the regulators of the phone industry really needs to look into.

This is the SCUMMIEST SCAM STORE ON EARTH. I have bought two phones from this place. The first, the guy lied to me about the cost. He literally wrote down the cost of changing a plan on a piece of paper and when I got home he billed me something else.The second time it took them TWO HOURS to give me a phone when I was the only one in the store. First they said the deal that I had on the computer was wrong, and I could only get it if I bought three accessories. I verified with Verizon over the phone THAT WAS A LIE.Then I get home and they have added redux at $30 a month and VIP Protection at $10 a month. Which I heard them discussing they need to get their numbers higher on while I was in the store.I ALREADY HAVE INSURANCE. They never mentioned this to me at all.ONLY GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME AND MONEY FIXING WHAT THEY SCAM YOU ON.

I was sold a True-Gear liquid screen protector, after the worker insisted that they had a year warranty. My screen broke within a month, and True-Gear does not answer emails, or calls. Total scam company. Now Im out the outrageous $60 they charged for the liquid screen, and $140 to fix my screen again. Boo.
