Very friendly staff. I had an appointment through my new employer to be fingerprinted. Even though I was late, the woman couldnt have been nicer. She was so efficient that my employer received the prints within an hour. I would recommend doing business with them.

Im so grateful to have this place nearby. They print, scan, notarize and mail via all carriers all in one place. Theyve always been very helpful and curious, and they are open for reasonable hours.

We went to Pak Mail and received excellent and quick customer service, easy parking and they even had a kids station to keep the little ones from being bored. Additionally, they offered Christmas cookies which was a lovely and festive touch.

Only place I found that accepts DHL. While dropping off the dhl package was my only reason for stopping by, I was very happy with the service I received. Both employees were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. They also guided me on the forms for DHL will require so that I didnt end up with a returned box, and gave me actionable advise on DHL (and FedEx) should Amazon have me ship that method again.While I was only there to drop off a package, on my way out I saw odd sizes for shipping material that I often need last minute and cant find. I dont sell the combination of item that require those sizes often, but knowing they are there means I wont have to hunt next time I need a box. Color me impressed...I will be back.

Helpful place and staff

Prices here are more than what you’d get if you shipped with a company (ie Fedex, USPS, UPS) directly. I was disappointed to learn that prices are negotiable- if you have good bargaining skills you can get a better price!! Or maybe they are just downgrading you to a slower service, since there was no communication on who the carrier chosen was or what time frame of delivery was when telling you the price (also true for the person at the counter next to me)

I was in and out in under 3 minutes. The service here was phenomenal and the staff were too. Will definitely return.

Awesome customer service

I used to dread having to mail my friends and family anything, until one day I was standing in line at the post office and some angel appeared unto me and said, Yous should gos to the pak mails on 22nds. I thanked the messenger and proceeded to go to the Pak Mail. The service was friendly, the prices cheap, the hours are actually made for working people. I now no longer hesitate to mail anything thanks to this place.

I know it sounds kind of crazy to be seriously impressed by a shipping service; but when your sending important documents, including return envelopes and there are hiccups along the way, you need these people on your side! Ive been using this Pak Mail store for a little while now, but there was one day where I needed to send something out early at 8am. Unfortunately, Pak Mail isnt open until 830 and I had to go to the UPS store down the street. Big mistake, and Ill let you read my review there.I was finally able to square everything away with Pak Mail here. And I sent my package off overnight with a return envelope included. Unfortunately, the business I shipped it to would not accept the handwritten FedEx waybill we used and we had to get them a new electronic waybill with a barcode. The great people at Pak Mail made calls to the business to get their fax number and faxed them a new waybill from UPS. They walked me through the process with UPS to arrange for a pickup and everything is in order now.Everything these guys do is with a smile. They genuinely care if your package gets there on time and safely. They even take the time (if you have it, of course!) to chat with you about how youre doing. Great people! I will never go anywhere else for packing and shipping services!

I had to get fingerprints done for my job, and setting up the appointment was easy. When I arrived the staff helped me with my fingerprint appointment and got me out of there within 10 minutes.
