This establishment at first had a couple blunders but mainly on management side. I went in on a PCS move and had a hitch installment and labor and trailer reserved two weeks in advance almost. When I got there the only mechanic was apparently out on vacation. Now it could have simply ended like that and I got my refund and I sadly moved on my day to try and get a shot noticed installment and trailer..yeah impossible. I was already stressed from the moving and she decided to perform a miracle and get me a great deal! Come here for fantastic service but be respectful. Rude behavior is not tolerated here.

I rented a truck for the whole day & everything went smooth.

TA staff was nice and patient eventhough they were short of help. They were very professional. It could use some cleaning in drivers lounge. Popeyes nor Pizza was open after 6:15 pm due to staffing. Its really horrible for truckers having to scramble for a hot dog or can goods.

Super sketchy. Ordered a hitch online. Website set me up with this location. Arrived at the scheduled appointment (two weeks after order date) and was told that they didnt have the part. I wish someone would have called me before I took off of work and made arrangements to get a ride back home. I asked for a refund. The manager printed an invoice and handed it back to me. I thought this was the refund, but it turns out that he never actually processed the refund. Id like to chalk that up to an honest mistake, but there were other red flags about this location. Customer service line is a joke. It takes over an hour to get through to any one.

Came to get propane refilled and they said it was broken. Sent me to another U-Haul and they didn’t have anybody that was qualified to fill it

Seriously impressed with the staff, facility, availability and willingness to accommodate. Just really nice staff. Truck was completely clean and ran great for our trip. TBH, I choose this location over other locations in the area because of the good reviews and Im happy to add another.

I supposed to had did this review a few weeks ago but I forgot. I just wanted to say thanks to Steven or Steve he was awesome. First I was at the wrong place then after he set me up then we had to redo it because I wanted to change the size of the truck. he did it was no problem. I just wanted to say thanks

Worst experience ever, the lady working there today was extremely rude because I have a medical condition I struggle to wear a mask, and I had my mask on and attempted to wear as much as I could. I kept my distance from all others, but she continued to correct me in front if 20+ customers. No AC in the building making it even more difficult to wear a mask. She should be fired today for her unprofessional conduct.

The staff at this location were excellent, from the lot personnel to the front counter personnel. Alexis did an amazing job of fixing a problem created by the U-Haul website. I was able to get my trailer quickly and be on my way in no time. Highly recommend them!

I had reserved a 5x8 trailer, but needed a larger one. They just happened to have a 6x12 that was perfect for my move. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with kindness and help by Sam and Ty. Sam got my contract started while Ty got the trailer ready. When I hooked up the trailer to the hitch we found that no lights to the trailer was illuminating and that my trailer wire harness might be faulty. Sam troubleshot it to a missing 10 amp fuse. After installation of a fuse we were ready to try again, but this time my vehicle had drained the battery after I had left it on without the engine running. Sam was quick to get a jumper and had task Ty with jumping my vehicle when a customer came in. Ty was a big help and showed lots of patience dealing with me and customers coming and going! Sam came back and checked if all was good and got me on my way. This all happened an hour before closing and I felt horrible having them help me so much. Sam and Ty where generous with their time and I hope to do business with them again!

Dropped truck off in the morning staff was rude and short and didn’t seem quite helpful. There’s was a gentleman inside that directed us to go back outside to go grab the other employee to do our return. Never did he suggest going out there himself. THEN I get home and get an email stating I was charged $66 dollars because I turned the rental in a day late when my contract clearly stated the return day and time which I returned BEFORE the deadline. So I was instructed to bring my contract back so that they could consider a refund. Not apologetic or nothing. Get there waiting another 15 minutes before being helped. Once I leave some IDIOT with a freakin 16-20 inch truck is coming in the wrong direction. Where is staff to direct the traffic? I mean it was absurd, the whole experience with this location. Never have I ever had this much trouble with a Uhaul.

They wasted 45 minutes of customers time, who had reservations for hitch installations only to be told that they would not do it. They did not express anything but that it was a system error and try a different day. They did not call to inform either customer that they could not deliver on their services which makes this situation even worse. The lady that work the front was very nice, but the manager could care less.

Most helpful and efficient staff. Great experience for first time trailer rental. Sorry I didnt get the young womans name that waited on us.

Do what they say will do. Helpful staff. Can find cheaper rentals but these guys have the trucks ya need when you need them. Wish they offered discounts. They are fairly expensive.

Over charged and the woman there was so rude it’s ridiculous no order and no resolution from now on I’ll rent a truck from Lowe’s or anywhere but the location. I walked in and the guy was on his phone didn’t even realize I was even there. No instructions or info just handed me papers and ask for my id.
