So, I left a tablet at Norfolk Airport and had to coordinate from afar, an empty box fedex delivery, a lost & found (at airport) receipt of box, and package up tablet, then another fedex pick-up and delivery of said tablet. Spoke with Ann at Fedex in Norfolk and she handled the whole thing for me. Got my box, pre-paid slip inside, voucher ID, coordinated sending and advised best/most assured delivery plan. Kudos to Ann, and thanks for your help/professionalism! Give that girl a raise!

The one star is generous they dont deserve it. I went there to get some invitation paper which was perfect price and all stood in the store for 20 minutes waiting for someone to check me out. One guy on the phone and another girl walking around at the slowest pace possible to help and didnt. They need to hire more people or just close up shop that was ridiculous!

Terrible customer service. we shipped a package to a customer and he requested it to be held at this office for pickup. received email notification that package is available. customer calls to make sure package is there for him. said lady employee told him package was not there so i called and spoke to a Sean/Shawn said the same thing. Insisted and told tracking confirmation online states its ready for pickup there. Person then puts me on hold to double-check or maybe actually look for the package this time then confirms its there. Very unprofessional. Been having issues with FedEx as a whole lately and not just this location. Opening a UPS small business account and will not use FedEx ever again.

I love the fact that this place is open 7 days a week and mostly very helpful except for the staff lady that works on Sundays. But over all they are awesome

I needed a very simple print job, which these girls had a hard time doing correctly. The problem was there large grayscale printer needs adjusting, mid tone grey comes out solid black, but instead of making the necessary adjustments to have the picture print correctly they tried to charge me 5 dollars. I immediately went to the North Hampton Boulevard location where they printed it right the first time, no hassle, no attitude, no additional fee.

Stopped in a 5:00 and they said my overnight package wouldn’t leave until morning while the driver for the last pick stood behind the counter. The truck was parked out front and the driver was looking at me and the refused to take it. They made me drive 2 miles away to get the package out the same day. Crazy.

So my son decided to wait until the last minute to finish his project I immediately called Kinkos and spoke to Eli and his customer service was beyond exceptional my son is on his way up there now with his dad and he assured me that he will be taking care of them to the best of his ability now thats the kind of customer service Im talking about I am forever customer thank you Eli

The employees at this Kinkos were particularly helpful when I had a complex print job. I was expecting to pay $10+ to scan, organize, and print an application but was charged less than half of that. The employees who assisted me were courteous and knowledgeable about the equipment and the services offered. The only thing I dont like about going to this Kinkos is the location... the shopping center is sort of sketchy.

Ive been coming to this location for a while now and let me tell you the staff there now has really changed for the better. Faster service and helpful employees.

I recently had rental equipment delivered right to this location as I live in an apartment complex with no buzzer. The staff was very pleasant to work with and they had me in and out in no time both going to pick up my package and returning it.

Christina was a great help in making sure my packages were sent out correctly.

If I could give no stars and still write a review I would. I came to the store on Friday June 6th around 9pm asked for a Saturday Delivery for a package and something completely different was put in the system but not on the package. The package was clearly marked SDR or Saturday Delivery. I am frustrated to say the least about the customer service at this location. check and double check your labels when you go to this site to make sure they get everything right!

One star is probably honoring them. Their service is simply the worst.
