Awesome place with great atmosphere and helpful, friendly stuff. Food is tasty and prices are fair. This little find has quickly became our favorite Sunday morning stop.

This week we decided to visit and review757 Crave it was great! Not only is the restaurant clean and inviting but they have their own off street easy parking, the staff was incredibly friendly and they made the perfect cup of coffee! The food was fresh and ticket times were fast, this is the perfect place to pop in and order if youre on limited time. They are definitely my first pick for brunch in Norfolk. You will leave Crave with more than just a full stomach, you also get to depart having had a nice dining experience. Good job Crave! We will be back!

This was me and my sisters first time eating here. Everything was SO FREAKING GOOD!!!!! I will definitely come back with family and friends. We couldnt stop talking about how good it was!!!

I was excited to try their highly advertised beingets. They were good. As you know I love fish and grits. The fish was seasoned so well, the beshemel sauce on top was unexpected but it taste good. I was unhappy with the glob of grits with some cheese sprinkled on too. When you say cheesy grits, I want the cheese all up and through not just a sparse sprinkle on top. Their fresh squeezed OJ was really good . This is a restaurant where you order and then come back to pick up your food when it is ready. There is a very small space for dining in.

My team and I went here with a large party and still received excellent service and food in an awesome atmosphere!

If you live anywhere in the 7 cities and you havent been here, youre missing out! Cant get food like this anywhere else. They do this filipino/breakfast/comfort food fusion so well.Its sort of self-service where you order up front (and grab utensils, jams, napkins, etc.) and then take it to your table. Not crazy about the plastic utensil use, but it could be worse.We were so in love with everything we ate, even their house hot sauce was bomb af. The beignets are very similar to churros in terms of texture (more moist/chewy than fluffy). This was also the first place anyones ever asked how DONE I want the eggs (not just how I want them prepared (over easy, scrambled, etc.)).Overall, SUPER impressed. Cant wait to come back!

I went to 757 crave for lunch with high expectations that I read online. Everything about the food was just OK. There was no wait staff and we had to order at the counter and then go get the food once it was ready via a beeper. I understand because of Covid restaurants have limited staff available to meet dining needs but the owners at 757 should maybe think about doing takeout only until they can provide adequate dining service.

10/10 would absolutely recommend! Beignets were amazing, a must-try! Crave Benny was fantastic as well. Cowbell burger and fries were delicious, and as a bonus the fries were the best microwave-reheated fries Ive ever had - not sure thats what youre going for, but its working! Plan on a somewhat long wait for your food, but it is worth it.

The staff is always sweet and polite. The food is AMAZING. i just had one of their burgers and it may have been the best one of life. The waffles are good too. My husband likes the red velvet ones. Definitely get the fried mushrooms too!

Great little spot in downtown Norfolk. Food was fresh, hot, and fast. Service was friendly. We had the fish and chips, breakfast bowl, chicken tenders and beignets. Everything was great although the beignets were a bit undercooked in the center. The breakfast bowl was fantastic, crispy potatoes and the eggs were perfect. Overall a good spot and would definitely come back again!

The food was great. But you have to get used to not having a wait staff. And they needed to have a big clean done. But the line of waiting people let you know that the food is wonderful.

Came in for the first time on the recommendation of the friend who came with me. The lumpia was fried perfectly (I’m half Filipino, so I can be picky about it sometimes) and was delicious. I was going to get the SOS Platter when the special Garbage Plate caught my eye. It’s the best thing I’ve eaten all week!!! I drove home to Elizabeth City and dreamt about it the entire way back. To say the least, I’m hella excited to come back!

It is a unique place with unique food that is very good. The kind of simple and enjoyable you wish a lot of other places had.

When looking for breakfast pick-up option while visiting the area, we saw this place and decided to give it a try. Glad we did because the food was great! This was one of the best breakfast burritos Ive ever had. The burrito was actually a great size, the mixture of cheeses with the eggs, veggies and turkey sausage (I got that instead of regular sausage) was extremely tasty. And the side of potatoes that came with it were different than I expected, but still really good. He got the breakfast bowl with sausage and bacon and really enjoyed it as well. We were both stuffed afterwards.Great food there and hope to be able to eat there in the future. Recommend checking them out!

Absolutely loved the vibe of this place! The food was very good as well and the staff was very friendly. We went for breakfast and enjoyed their different and also classic take on breakfast staples. The atmosphere is really relaxed and was a good place to stop in for a quick bite to eat to start the day. It’s located very close to waterside and is easily accessible via Lime scooters as you ride around the area. Definitely worth a stop in for some breakfast. I had the general chicken and waffles and it was really good!!

The staff was very friendly and efficient. We had breakfast and the food was really good (loved those potatoes). We both had omelets.My husband insisted I post a review we return home tomorrow. We will make one more visit. If youre in Norfolk. Try it.

Went here because of the fresh beignets sign on the outside of the building and being that Ive always wanted to try these until I get to Louisiana my sister and I decided to stop. We ordered the 6 beignets for $8.50 and we werent impressed. I also wasnt happy about waiting 45 minutes for them without either of the ladies ever apologizing for the wait or at least offering a free drink. Not cool....

What a wonderful local gem!! The food is out of this wonderful!!! French toast was amazing, freshly baked beignets and Cajun omelet was like WOW to my taste buds. 😋 will be back!!

Picked up via door dash, order was ready for pick up very quickly. Place was easy to find and the Food was amazing and sooo tasty! I enjoy the different types of food they have here and it’s all really creative and tasty combos! The S.O.S. Platter was super yummy and the red velvet Belgium waffle was good. The fresh and warm beignets melted in your mouth and having you keep coming for more! Highly recommend if your in downtown Norfolk!

I went to this restaurant with some family members. It was okay. The food was adequate. My food took far longer than the people I attended the restaurant with. I had scrambled eggs, how long does that take 🤔. The young lady who took our order at the door was very polite and friendly. Definitely an extra star for that. The bathroom was okay as far as cleanliness. Not sure if they wiped down the meal notifies between customers. The location was convenient and had parking.

First time for late breakfast/brunch. Drinks were delicious and food was pretty good too! Will definitely come back again to try something else. Good customer service too!

757 Crave is a cute and casual cafe with some pretty decent food. I ordered the crab cake Benedict with had a deep fried crab cake and bacon topped with a tomato slice, fried eggs and hollandaise sauce. The side of potato fries were crispylicious and salty. I liked the Benny but I would have preferred pan seared crab cake. Order and pick up at the counter. Drinks and food are in disposable containers.

Great experience. Friendly service. Decent prices. Accommodated 8 in back room with can do attitude. Definitely recommend.

Wasnt as good as I thought itll be. Not sure if Ill go back. My friend had the fish and grits, I had the crab benny with extra hollandaise. Fried pickles were good and fresh. Theyre served with a tasty sauce.. We had beignets which were OK. Nice size portions of food. We also got the pitcher mimosa which youre better off getting the cups. We only got two half cups each. Definitely get the cup instead of the pitcher. We spent $92 including the tip.

Nathans Hotdog Competitors use water......I learned to used syrup to help swallow the incredibly huge waffles at 757 Crave. For many months, Ive passed the downtown Norfolk Crave on the way home-I could never go in as it closes after I get off from work. This particular sunny Friday morning I left work early and decided I would finally try 757 Crave. There is no server but the cashier gladly offered to bring my meal out. She said it was slow...about 930 am - it got busier after I sat down. I reviewed the menu before and I remembered there were several interesting options. Cajun Omelet? Hmm...It was between that and the General Tso Chicken and Waffles. I went with the latter as I just had a similar meal (minus the Tso sauce) and wanted to compare. Hey, they serve mimosas, Bloody Marys, etc. I did order a drink...something with tequila and grapefruit. I liked that it was not loaded with ice....it lasted a while. Yes, between the drink, large cinnamon singed waffles, chicken and the side of eggs. I was very pleased. Im not a doggy bag kind of person, I finish my meals in a restaurant. I resorted to dunking them into the syrup to help swallow...this is crazy. I left a quarter of it and called it quits. Im going back for that Cajun Omelet.

Honestly, this place was very disappointing. Chicken fingers were dry and my kids could barely chew them down. My husbands red velvet pancakes were so artificial and almost gummy. My breakfast bowl was okay.. nothing great. The jacked up cold brew was the best thing we had. I didn’t like that they had a container filled with liquids you dump out right next to where we ate. Lady at the front was a sweet heart though and attended us well.

Its a very unique place in a good way. You walk, in seat yourself, look at the menu, and then walk back up order your food and you want those little vibrating things like youre waiting for a seat

We had a short wait for a table. You order at the register and get a buzzer, then pick up your food at the bar. The food was delectable! We ordered 2 specials (breakfast boats), berry waffles, big cheese omelette, pancakes, and of course beignets...everything was tasty and delicious. Our favorites were the seasoned to perfection potatoes and beignets. So glad we stopped here before heading to the airport!!

My husband and I tried this place since it was the only good breakfast place open on a Monday morning. He order the Cajun omelet and a manmosa and he thoroughly enjoyed both of those. I ordered the red velvet Belgian waffle and I think that item should promptly be taken off the menu. The color was an off-putting bright red— they had clearly used red food coloring. And there was a weird aftertaste that made me only eat 1/4 of the whole waffle. Dear 757 Crave, please just use a variation of red velvet cake batter to make the waffle. Also, it’d be nice if the person at the front would look at us when we walk in instead of just saying “menus are in the green basket.”

Food is decent, but dont pay ahead for pickup orders, Ive on two occasions placed a pick up order just to arrive and theyre closed. Very inconsistent.

I dont think this place even deserves a rating based on our experience. The cashier is absolutely a great person but the overall food and experience suck and it was our first time there. My food was ok even though i didnt get what i originally wanted because they where out of pancit noodles. We also order chicken and waffles which came out cold let alone had hair or something that resembled hair product. Long story short that was replaced by pancakes and bacon. Let alone the staff was conducting business matters in front of guest very loudly and rude. A waste of 40 dollars and our last time going.

It was a great experience. We ordered the crab benedict and the SOS w sausage gravy. Both were very good. The potatoes were excellent. The only complaint we had is that they were out of lumpia and milk. We will definitely be going back.

Lumpia and omelette was delicious and coffee was hot. The kiddo enjoyed his bingnets too. Employees were nice! If I’m in the area again I’ll def be back!

I got the red velvet waffles and the general tso waffle. They were soggy, and barely cooked in the middle, and had a sour taste to the waffles. The chicken was good. Though i dont think i would ever order a waffle from here.

Id had food here before and it was amazing. This time my food was good yet, I received it cold. I didnt complain because due to the Pandemic, we are serving ourselves. You pay before you eat and they call your name when your food is ready. For what it was it was good.

The vibe was good. I didnt like what I ordered. The garlic rice and lumping. Way too much garlic for me but everyone else liked their food. No table service was odd. I think Ill stick with their breakfast food. Never failed me before

I’m all about supporting local and small businesses BUT...our experience here was terrible. We waited 15 minutes for orange juice after ordering. They call you to come get your drinks after you order, which made no sense to me. Especially for juice that is simply poured out of a jug. Then, our food took an hour to arrive. We ordered pancakes, eggs, and bacon for one person and chicken and waffles for another person. By the time the food came, the eggs weren’t made correctly, but we didn’t want to wait any longer so we just threw one order away immediately, the second order was disgusting so we threw those away too. After an hour, we ended up eating 1of 3 pancakes, two pieces of bacon, 1 of 4 waffles, and two pieces of chicken between the both of us. Needless to say for $40+ we were disappointed. The only positive were the beignets, they were amazing! The rest of the food, and lack of timely service will cause us to be one time customers.

This Philippino owner breakfast place offers delicious breakfast plates with a hint of Philippino flare. A mix of plates from his home land and traditional breakfast foods will have you craving more. A small place with a few tables and a breakfast bar is not your average eatery. This mixed cuisine will make you come again!

Food was decent but service EXTREMELY slow. We came during breakfast and we waited 50 minutes for fish and grits, eggs and bacon and the fried rice bowl. Then we had to bust your own table, which was unexpected.

A fun diner feel, the fare is higher end than basic diner food. Check out the clever breakfast offerings and daily specials. We were hoping for more than basic Bun coffee, but that was the only negative. The L-shape is the dining area reduces the ambient sound and offers a more intimate feel.

Delicious foodThe wait was long due to covid. They follow all precautions and regulations. Very welcoming when you enter. The vibe was just amazing and makes all your worries go away. 100% recommend. They do have a smallish parking lot but also across the street is a garage that you pay to park

We tried the lumpia and know that its a huge hit, but didnt personally love it. Please keep in mind that this is just my taste!! They were cooked well and tasted good (and the chili sauce was perfect), I just didnt like the ground beef. Their crab cake Benedict was PERFECT! We cant wait to go back and try more of the menu

Another excellent meal here is the Island Burger. Its like a Big Mac on steroids. It used to be on the old menu and while its not on the current one, think of it as a secret menu item. If you ask for it, youll get it! Also if youre a glutton like me, you wont eat the rest of the day. This is serious coma level good burger.

Great brunch spot, had chicken and waffles and they were on point. Beer and drink choices are amazing, simple and not overwhelming. All other choices seem like they can be very tasty, cant wait to try more. Would recommended this place to anyone!

The wait was completely unacceptable for the a meal which appeared to be created from mostly frozen products. The waffles looked like pre-made product. The grits came with no butter. The fruit glaze was nonexistent...just cut up fruit. The fried egg was burned. The over medium egg on the from frozen crab cake was running off the plate. So disappointed.The lumpia was good though.

The location is off a busy street with very little on site parking. The set up to dine in is disorganized and lacking in fluidity for guests. Many of our order was wrong or forgotten. We were told two items we had ordered at two different times were not available on the menu. The shrimp basket we ordered had frozen super market fries that were soggy, stiff and still frozen. The shrimp basket had only 5 shrimps. The whole experience was such a disappoint.

My husband enjoyed the breakfast bowl and coffee. It was a wonderful experience.

Ive been to crave before; years ago! However, today definitely will be my last! Ordered 4 meals and the only thing that was decent (used loosely) was the lumpia that looked a few days old and reheated. The sliced potatoes tasted as if the had a chalky film on them. The pancit was NOT real pancit. The eggs are clearly egg substitute or liquid eggs. The spinach on my Benedict was raw and had huge stems that I wouldnt put myself through the struggle of trying to chew. Not to mention you have to clean up and clear the table after yourself! Dont know if its under new management or what but ya got me today; never again!

I thought it was called 757 Island Krave. I was actually mixing a Jamaican spot named Island Krave with 757 Crave. Today was my 1st time coming and the menu was mouth watering. I dont know what to choose! I went with the Cajun Omelette and added Hollandaise sauce... AMAZING!! I wanted to go back for dinner but just noticed they close at 3😔...Ill be back tomorrow for lunch then‼️🤗

I stopped by here for lunch and ordered the fish n chips it was large portions fries golden brown, fish lightly and delightfully seasoned. I also had their beignets cinnamon and sugar with cream cheese icing decadant but so delicious. As wonderful as the ones I had in New Orleans so a real treat. The seating is plentiful and the staff very friendly and helpful for a first timer!

Service was pleasant. Had thrilla from manila, but rice looked and tasted like boxed minute uncle Bens rice.

I ordered the veggie plate, which consisted of rice, onions, mushrooms, etcetera..but half way into the dish I started picking out multiple pieces of crumbled meat. I do not eat meat.Very dissatisfied. So if you are vegan..or vegetarian....just go somewhere else..

Ordered for a large group thru DoorDash. Some food wasnt delivered. I called the restaurant and the manager actually delivered the rest of our food. They really went above and beyond with their customer service. I really appreciate that. The icing on the cake was all the food was delicious! Everyone loved their food. We will absolutely be back!

I ordered the crab cake benny via online order and pick up, and didnt get any crab at all. The food overall was fine, I just wish I wouldve gotten what I ordered and paid for.

The food was prompt and tasty! The cinnamon sugar beinets were melt in your mouth good. Its good to come across a place with Filipino food--lumpia. ☺️
