More of this please! Norfolk has really impressed me. This little coffee nook, its natural lighting and selection of snacks, baked goods and coffee is really charming. Open space. Love the concept. Juice is only done during the summer.

Coffee is good and it is a neat place. Only reason for 4 stars is they dont open until 7:30 am, which I think is really weird for a coffee shop. If you are going to be in the coffee business I think you have to be open earlier.

Lovely Coffee Shop in downtown Norfolk. Plenty of space for everyone for a group meeting, or nicely designed individual desks for studying. Coffee was good, could been better but you cannot beat the price. Dont go to Starbucks and support this local gem instead.

Cool little coffee shop that serves food. I had the ham and cheese omelet. It looked fantastic, beautifully made; however, the cheese wasnt melted and the ham and mushrooms fell out all over the plate. I probably wouldnt ever order it again. The meat and cheese seemed like an after thought.Although I did not try the oatmeal bar, they looked very tasty. The shop serves them warm and it appeared very popular with the locals. The house coffee is very good.The shop has a patio that looks inviting. The interior has a comfy feel and is welcoming. I would go back.

Love the atmosphere and the layout of Downtown Coffee Co. Great place to study or for having a casual meeting or gathering. I love the fresh carrot ginger juice now offered in the grab-n-go area. Im also excited to try the freshly ground bonfire coffee beans from here. Some of my favorite menu items are their mocha breve, their energy bites, and their chicken salad sandwich. Parking is available in the front and back. And the outdoor patio is probably one of the most beautiful outdoor patios - I especially love the three-tiered deck with seating on each level.

Delicious lunch menu and wonderfully crafted drinks. The baristas were very friendly and nice. Very clean establishment.

Always knew of this place, but never went. Just visited Norfolk for a week and decided to stop by a few times. The coffee of the day was my favorite. The prices were great too.

So far, I have been here roughly four times. I have never once had a bad experience. The staff is always kind and their service is superb. I highly recommend this quaint, quiet, and cozy coffee shop. Their cuisine rivals their coffee selection. Five stars all around.

I have been a frequent customer of Downtown Coffee Company for many years and I have not once had a bad experience. Their food, coffee, and company are always amazing. Even now with the pandemic they are still taking every measure to serve their customers safely. Thank you.

Delicious lunch. I had the roast beef dip and the spouse had a tuna salad. I tasted the tuna salad & it had a bright lime dressing that made it taste so fresh. She also had a cup of coffee that was rich, but not too strong. My sandwich was good, but the beef dip was great. It was more than a bullion cube in a little water. A very nice lunch for a reasonable cost. I think it was less than $20. total for both of us.

It is a quaint bakery that reminds you of an Italian area when you turn onto the street it is located on.The menu is limited to bakery items and coffees only but it is delicious and worth your time.Additionally the staff are nice and very willing to assist you in choosing the very best bakery option for you.

A nice little coffee shop in downtown Norfolk. Ample seating, in doors and out. Coffee is average. Pastries are good. Customer service is ok. WiFi worked good. Family friendly, out door seating pet friendly.

We have enjoyed going there for years. Many of the desserts are not overly sweet and compliment whatever you have to drink. The decor is charming and festive for the holidays.

I have never given any place less than 3 but this place doesnt even deserve one star. First, my wifes smoothie had no banana flavoring in her smoothie, which she paid extra. When she said something they said they would add more and never did. Then, we ordered a 12.00 philly sandwich on a toasted bun. My wife ordered a French dip, 8.00. When we received them the bun was rock hard. Also, one side was completely black from being burned. I took 35 minutes for these sandwiches to be made. Such a disappointment. When we mentioned the burned buns, the young lady walked away and we were avoided the rest of the meal. I recommend going to OMAHA NE and eating at CHARLESTONS to get much better food.

This particular place lends itself to small group settings and having coffee together and talking. Very cozy, lots of coffee choices lunch and pastries.

Coffee was a bit bitter, too long in airpot. Newspapers strewn on floor, several tables dirty. Creamer in little cups, like McDonalds. What self respecting coffee shop doesnt have a container of half & half, or milk? Come on people. Cool little place, just not good at coffee. But its a coffee shop.

I go to lots of coffee shops and sit and study for hours. This one is quite good. Lots of seating in a good setting. Coffee and food are excellent.

The coffee is great! Cool vibe... Wouldnt suggest getting non-coffee products. Didnt taste authentic.

This place has an atmosphere that is not common in this area. This is the only sit down modern coffee House in the area. I went with 5 other friends we had grass fed beef burgers and different coffee drinks.My espresso was okey and I would return for another. My friends were given flavored coffee when they asked for drinks like a latte and americano...they were pretty turned off. Wish they were opened on Sunday and presented there products in non disposable cups/plates....really hope they improve...if you like these kind of places you should give them feed back in person... I will next time Im in..perhaps it will help make the place up to our standards

Relaxed, kind and fast service, beautifully decorated, good coffee (Im not much of a coffee connoisseur).

You have to try the tomatoe bisque soup if you come on Monday, it is amazing! The wait staff is always pleasant and helpful and the coffee is amazing!

The coffee was terrible and the Baristas were very rude. I will not be going there again. I heard earlier this summer that there was a insect infestation even though the problem was mildly solved, I will not be returning to the Downtown Coffee Company. I am so glad that there are more coffee options moving to the Norfolk Area.
