Very disappointed today. My grande white chocolate/ toffeenut was a little over half a cup, and I couldnt get my stars added after cash out. ( didnt know that) made a purchase and supposed to receive points and the person taking my order was basically rushing me, once they didnt have exactly what I wanted . Not a good Morning here.

Every single time I come here I ask for very light ice and every single time they give me the regular amount of ice OR MORE. I worked in Starbucks as a barista for 13 years so I know how much ice is supposed to be in there. I just dont understand. Every single time.Update- I tried this location again, its the most convenient one and I just keep hoping to get someone who will pay attention. I asked for extra pumpkin cream foam and no pumpkin topping. As you can see, they marked the cup and charged me for extra foam and indicated no topping, but then I got pumpkin topping and did not get extra foam. This location NEVER gets my order correct.

Loooong drive thru line... Worth it. Great staff and tasty expensive drinks. Ill be back.

Just bought 2 grilled cheese sandwiches this morning. The cheese got bad in both of them!!! Be aware!Update: bought another grilled cheese today 7/24, the cheese is bad again! Cottage cheese looking and tastes sour! I’m pregnant, so as you can see food poisoning would be a big concern for me! Check the temp of your cooler!!!

Did a mobile order with this store and arrived 10 minutes after I had placed the order. On arrival one drink was ready and I patiently waited for the other. It took about 20 minutes and when I asked about my other drink they finally said they didn’t have something needed to make it. When we discussed what to substitute it with and what I wanted I waited another 10 minutes. They still didn’t make my order right after that.

Me and my co-workers stopped in a d it was great. Got to try a free sample of the cold brew and left with a cold brew beverage!! Great staff, very helpful they got me to buy a VA. coffee mug!!!

I honestly wish I could give this place more stars, but I personally cant. The drive thru lines are always bizarre. Then when you actually spend the time to get through the line the drink taste gross. I will not be going back

This is the first time I ever sat down and ate at Starbucks. We had a light lunch the cappuccino Shake was very good.

Ordered 2 things. 1) mocha Frappuccino with extra espresso. And cold brew with cream . Frappuccino got out quick , but cold brew 20 min waiting for. Wow.

I thought I had seen the best , but the best was right here , I got a cup of dark roast with some of my favorite sweet cream and it was a mighty good cup of coffee I highly recommend this Starbucks great diligent customer service representatives thanks Starbucks

THE DRIVE THRU CREW IS THE BEST.....

Its a nice place. But I dont understand the Chi Tea was not that good I had better, I also ask for Ice Chi Tea but I got it hot.

Everyone working there is always in such a great mood, it brightens my day. Drinks are always made to perfection and the drive thru is usually really quick but worth the wait if there is one.

Even when theyre super busy...employees are super nice.

This is an incredibly busy Starbucks location but the team works well together to get your order out correctly and efficiently. I think the company should upgrade the building to be bigger to help with the large amount of traffic this location gets.

I had the sweetest gal at the drive-thru. She was Latina, but I didnt catch her name. She was fun on the speaker and so clever and thoughtful at the window while it was pouring rain. She cleverly put my orders in a mug to hand them to me contactless. She also gave me extra napkins to wipe my interior where my car had gotten rained on.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! Every time I come to the drive thru at this location it takes a half an hour or longer to get my coffee. It is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to! Definitely drive out of your way to a different location. You will get your coffee sooner than if you come to this location. On three occasions I have driven off after 25 minutes and still being 4-5 cars back, and the parking lot is not even close to being full. I’ve seen several others give up and leave, and seen numerous frustrated people in line. I wrote this review after sitting in the drive thru for 50 MINUTES waiting to place and receive my order. Absolutely ridiculous!

I have never, ever perpetrated any misconduct within this Starbucks location. But seemingly, “Savannah” has me confused with someone else and their outbursts. She continuously claims such occurrences happened at this location. Further, she commits a false claim against me of communication barring me from this location. NOTHING IS FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH! I want to see her evidence with sworn witness accounts, times, dates, and names. This impunity is another example of the micro-aggression of young adult workers against those age 40 and over in customer relationships and employment practices.

Not a huge fan of Starbucks because I just like plain black coffee, but I went there for a friend. The lady at drive through was super pleasant and patient as I was trying to figure out if I wanted to try something. She walked me through and helped me make a choice even though a line started to form. My coffee was good as well.

Awesome service as always. They got my order wrong but immediately fixed it and let me keep the wrong order. Yay me! 😉

Oh if you hadnt dropped my order not once but twice I could have given a 4 star review. They immediately greet you as you come in. The people making the orders seem more friendly then the person taking the orders. They were friendly enough and provided a replacement item after they dropped my order 2 times and no longer had any more of the item I ordered. I guess that was the correct procedure. Offering extra was probably too much for Starbucks.

Everytime I order my drink wrong.. They help me fix it, lol. The line is usually super long however, its always worth it. Theyve always been respectful, helpful & very personable when Ive been there. I have had the ABSOLUTE best service at this Starbucks! The service is always A1.. There is a girl i think her name is Lauren, she always remembers my order and i only go threw the drive threw!! I can believe it and it makes my day every day!! Give all these employees a raise!

This location had yet to.mess up my wifes difficult order. And they know her by the order and greet her enthusiastically.

I may be biased because this is my local Starbucks but they seem to be pretty good. Sometimes the waits are a bit redic especially at peak times; I’ll do mobile orders wait at home drive and then have to wait there for my drink; blended drinks take 2-3 times longer than anticipated always. I do get really fed up cause I always order my drinks at 130 (children’s temp) and it rarely is cool enough. If I’m paying a large amount for something; it should be how I ordered it.

After a not-so pleasant experience at our Wards Corner Starbucks, we revisited the N. Military Hwy Starbucks and of course, AMAZING!!! We walked in to Blake, Ryan, & Tia cheerful & smiling. Great customer service & Blakes prompt approach & knowledge on the different products was very helpful in our drink and snack decision. Ryan too was awesome in how fast he knew his away around the ingredients. KUDOS TO THE WHOLE TEAM!!!

Placed an order but was not made aware that my coffee drink was ready for Pickup. Coffee drink was barely warm. This was a sit in so I spent more than an hour with a friend.

I love this place! Great drinks and I enjoy trying the seasonal frappes. It is spending at least $5 on a drink so you have to understand what your money is going to before buying and saying it was a waste.great place to hang out with friends and have a great time or even to study and concentrate

Starbucks is my go to place! I come here just about everyday. But after my experience today I want to reconsider coming back. I waited 20 minutes just to order. Then when I finally started ordering the cashier told me they don’t have what I came for. So I ordered a different protein box. Then I waited an additional 10 minutes just to receive it and mind you thatthese boxes are already pre prepared! The only thing that they needed to do is take my money and hand me the protein box very simple. I highly suggest if you value your time and business do not come to this location. The customer service sucks.

It was my birthday and I ordered through the app. I was pleasantly surprised to realize I got my drink free that day! I ordered ahead it was ready when I walked in. Store is newer and definitely nice. Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

Great place. Be prepared to WAIT. They are slammed in the morning. Nice staff and good coffee though. In a pinch I would go across the street to the Farm Fresh where there is a Starbucks in there that is less busy.

I ordered a blonde cocoa macchiato. I told them 3 times in the speaker because it seemed they couldn’t hear. At the window I ensured they got my order. I EVEN SHOWED THEM THE PICTURE FROM THEIR MENU!!!!!!! When they gave me the drink it wasn’t blonde coffee and their was a ton of caramel in it and not cocoa. Below is a picture of what it’s supposed to look like and a picture of what they gave me. So disgusting.

I no longer sleep, I no longer crave any other liquid other than Starbucks coffee. My blood itches without a hit, do you know what that feels like? Ive never been addicted to any substance until I had my 6th Starbucks coffee, I need it, I love it, I will die without it. I dont know how many cups Ive had today, I stopped counting after 26. Overall my experience at this establishment was exceptional, keep up the good work 👍

I stopped in for an impromtu coffee when I got stopped by a train. Service was fast, interior was open and clean and they have a larger than usual patio area. Also they featured military inspired art work and called themselves a Military Family Store. Im not really sure what that means, but I am glad they are supportive of the local community.

My friends and I went in to get some coffee and snacks, they were joking with me about the name I used on my order before they know me by another name and the barista took offense assuming they were laughing at her, instead of clarifying first she just confronted us on how rude we were and stormed off when we tried to explain. It was highly unprofessional and ruined the experience for me all together. Coffee wasnt worth the attitude.

Wife and I ordered she received her drink and I waited they kept making drinks but none were mine. After 4to 5 minutes I had to ask then they made it I guess if I didnt ask my cup and label would have never been completed. Wasnt crowded???

The morning crew is the best! They are really busy most of the time but still you can tell they really put effort into making the drinks at a good speed. Some shifts better than others but overall great service!

I have been coming here since it opened and they are the friendliest Starbucks employees I have come across. It is in a busy shopping center so cars are always coming and going. I mainly use drive-thru but there are times when I will go inside and stay awhile. Very clean inside and out.

This Starbucks never disappoints with their clean facilities and amazingly personable staff. This is my home base Starbucks, and if I ever have a complaint, its small and usually taken care of with beyond and above customer service.

Food was cold by the time it got to me and it took 20 minutes for me to get the drink after ordering it and the drink wasnt what I had ordered but i was in a hurry and just had to go with it. They were pretty slammed so i cant be mad, just disappointed. They were trying though.

So I visted this location on 12/15/19 @530pm and I met an amazing guy name Chris he was so nice and pleasant its great going some where to place an order and this guy made my day I was in a mood but he mad it all the diffrence and great coffee Chris thanks see ya soon.

Was waiting for train to cross the tracks so I pulled into the Starbucks. Normally I hate Starbucks for its pretentiousness. I was very delighted, very friendly staff, good service relaxing music. The three young ladies working this morning struck up a conversation with me. They generally seem to enjoy their job.

Always pretty decent here. But when you say light on ice. Stress that you mean light on ice. Otherwise your drink will be gone in 2 mouthfuls 😛

I tried to go through the drive through to order 2 dozen coffees for my night staff but could not get access due to an 18 wheeler delivering to the grocery store. So I decided to pick up donuts & coffee at Krispy Kreme.

Tired of wasting my money at this location. The drinks are usually a hit or miss but over the last couple months it has been a total miss. I even asked if they had changed the recipe for the cold brew. It now comes almost white because of the amount of cream that is put in it. Gross! Military Hwy Starbucks will have my business from now on. That location is consistent and always good.

Dont offer mobile ordering and pickup if you are going to make customers wait in a 20 car long wait. This store is lazy and pathetic.

My favorite Starbucks in this part of Virginia! They always get mine and my wifes drinks right and they manage their lines well. The staff is always friendly, even when my daughter is sitting at the side bar asking them a thousand questions while theyre making drinks. Also, one of the baristas returned my phone that had gotten dropped when I was at a club with friends, that we both happened to be at. This place is simply great!

Same run of the mill Starbucks, nothing extraordinary about it. The employees are decent at what they do, they tend to get the drinks right most the time. Sometimes when its not busy the service is a bit slow, but overall a decent spot to get a coffee or other drink.

Usually a great place to go to but today they opened 30min late. More than one person should hold the key so that doesnt happen again.

As always Starbucks is great however this one is super busy so if you have the luxury of ordering from your app ahead of time do that and then walk in and pick it up. The three times that Ive been here the line has almost been hanging out the door

Like most Starbucks the atmosphere is great. There is plenty of parking and a drive through. Great customer service too. The only thing I dont like is the revolving TV screen menu. There are animations, but the majority of the menus is not up there and I like to try different drinks when I go in so I dont know what the options are. I have to look at my phone, I guess they assume most people get the same thing when ever they go in.

Its not done anything new apart from reading its prices, Im looking for better sentence and better food
