I wish I could give this store a zero. Horrible staff, consti rude and late for delivery pickups. Constantly inconsistent with asking for i.d ,some do and some dont and just horribly slow and rude. Ive never seen stores that get upset and rude when asking questions about a order or not even want to check on your inquiry....Just horrible !!!!

What just happened?This is a place whose viability for civilized interaction is sporadic at best. Which is to say. You are just as likely to have a pleasant or unpleasant experience. Even 50/50, this coming from a twice weekly regular.Todays question: what just happened to my drink? The line - 6 people per register, started at 1 register open, two by time I left perturbed. By the time I got to the cashier my drink had already been taken. It happened so swiftly that the register wouldnt allow me to pay.Now, in order to get the drink I would have to get a new ticket and get back in a line of 6+ people & my guess is it would get stolen too. This is to say nothing of the mass loitering, money requests, or wildly dangerous traffic.

Always a good visit. The coffee is always ready. The staff could use a little attitude adjustment but overall every visit is great.

The staff here is rude and the store portion of the gas station is closed between midnight and 4am which makes no sense when its staffed.

Clean, cool and affordable. Professional staff. Masking and 6feet distance is respected.

This is one of the worst locations. They never have in stock what is on the menu and the people making the food act like its a problem I arrive to place food orders.12 to 4 am is when i have gone. Never going to this one again.

Anyone whos Sees my reviews know I dont sugar coat when I review so heres my honest review. Like 3 of the female employees who work the food station are rude and like to talk about the customers bad so thats two star off cause its happen on more than two occasions. But shout out to the management. I called and asked her if she could add a certain item to delivering (doordash, etc) and she did! I had just got off work from a 12 hour shift and I asked her if she could make me breakfast a sizzli and she DID! I frequent here and the management is amazing, wifi is good and the store is clean. But I would suggest if ordering food from the kiosk inside dont do it if you have somewhere you have to be because it will take maybe 15min also they have many kid premaid lunch boxes if you are a parent in a rush.

You can always find fresh brewed coffee.

Gas is okay but its air pump didnt work. BTW, it looks beautiful at night.

I usually go to thus store to grab a hogies. Went home and got dissappointed. I want my hogies with alot of vegies but i didnt get any of the vegies that i want also they put to much pepper on it.

I usually have a decent experience!!! But today I went for a pastrami sub, I asked for extra vinegar, salt and pepper they put absolutely no vinegar salt or pepper!! I am mad thats the only way I like my subs and I dont drive! I cant take it back at this point and they will not answer the phone!

I Love the pastry, subs, COFFEE, teas, and the TURKEY BOWL w/turkey, dressing,potatoes, and cranberry sauce. #1 in my book.

So I love the new updates they did in the store. There associates are always pleasant and friendly. But I feel like ever since they open there cold bar and therehot bar is never up and functioning. I go there for gas and a cold made coffee drink!

Don’t shop here during the Pandemic. Although Wawa Stores have an institutional global mask policy indoors, the staff and management refuse to enforce. Therefore, Wawa is “c-store Petri Dish”.

For as busy as there are all the time, they do a great job. not as nice on the outside as others in the area. still great service with very nice staff. 4 stars only because I just dont like being asked for money every morning on my way to work. Enforce your no loitering please!

Fast and efficient. Very busy but also very clean. Didnt have chocolate as a choice for a milkshake which was upsetting. Keysa (I believe her name was) made our drink speedily and to perfection. I reccomend even though it bustling in there.

Its my local quick stop shop for gas and snacks, and they have their act together. Good food, polite staff and the lines move quickly.

Great location and efficient staff. I love the grab and go food selection! Makes it easy to get a quick meal while you are on the go.

Easy to get in and out. Gas prices are usually the lowest nearby but do not have 93octane (beware tuned car owners). Prepared food is always good, I like the club sandwich and the frozen drinks. The Mac and cheese is really good too.

This is my gas fill up spot and quick lunch spot. The subs here are amazing especially the Steak & Cheese sub when its loaded with toppings. The on the go wraps seem to be always great too. The gas prices are usually lower then every where else in the area, and tons of stations to pump gas at.

Wawas entire staff at this store got COVID-19 and they closed down on 7/9 because they dont enforce their policies

I got an egg salad sandwich here about 30 minutes ago. It was the most delicious thing Ive ever eaten in my life.

Only limited people had on masks.

Ordered a bowl all I got was rice, chicken and garlic sauce. When I asked for rice, beans, chicken, vegetables and garlic sauce. And when I call and give my complaint and when I went to ask a question the person hung up.

Always busy. Often pan handlers hassle you at the door and at the pumps. The food is good. Service is usually pretty good as well.

Cheap cigs, my brand and they are the only store in my area that carries my brand Misty 120 non menthol. Great good, sandwich s and hot food too. Price on gas is cheap but I only burn Shell gas

Convenient location right next to the interstate. On the main drag to a lot of areas. Free air cheap gas really good food lots of choices and beer cigarettes sodas coffees ATM machine is free. Can be really hectic here very disorganized . Congratulations on the new remodel store looks great parking lot still a pain love the new look keep up the great work service seems a lot better now

Best one yet, just a little over crowded and the panhandlers are ridiculous. That and the fundraising teams that dont have permission that inundate you from all corners can be overwhelming. I will say the managers do try to keep them at bay...

Love this place! Reminds me of the GetGo gas stations back in Cleveland! Made to order food is good and if youre in a hurry, you can order ahead online. They are always busy but you never have to wait in line bery long because the cashiers keep you moving!

Excellent sandwiches. Cashier lines can be long sometimes. I wish they made the sandwiches a little faster.

Great selection of items. Heavy traffic and loitering. Conveniently located. The workers in the food area are absent minded and the machines arent always functional. Such a lack of communication and professionalism at this location.

Ordered a sub in the morning. Watched 4 ppl stand around while 1 person works ever so slowly. It’s like watching 3 dogs trying to hump a football. Service is horrible but at least they are nice

Runs out of things fast. You would think that if cookies are the number one thing ppl buy then they would add more to their inventory. Same with their cold coffee, the French Vanilla ice coffee always has a chain around it out of order. I always have to go to military hwy when little creek wawa is up thr street. Smh

Ive been going to this wawa for a lonnng time and the food is good. Bathrooms are usually pretty clean and the best part is that its close to the interstate

Great customer service, Awesome sandwich and food makers work here. bums and beggers usually outside the front doors or side waiting for new people to beg for money. Watch out for the I ran out of gas scammers who frequent the gas pumps and pretend to be out of fuel(couple of white dudes). Parking lot is filthy most of the time, the people around this location dont give a damn about anything, and wawa doesnt seem too concerned with cleaning the parking lot.

I just watch a Wawa employee eat soup on the floor of the area where peoples food was being made to eat. This looked so unsanitary.

FOOD IN DISPLAY COOLER NEED ATTENTION BADLY. MEN RESTROOM SMELLS NEEDED CLEANING NO SOAP FOR WASHING HANDS MAIN FLOOR NEEDS MOPING & SWEEPING.

Stay safe when going to this location. Loitering is heavy at night and sometimes during the day. People will walk up to your car to ask for change. Other than that, customer service is fast and friendly

This Wawa have the rudest, unprofessional, nastiest staff I have every encountered.And when you complain to management they act like its ok and give the employees a pat on the back...Poor customer service & management ..Especially the people in the sandwich shop...

The store is filthy. The most they do is wipe the counters and mop the floors. Theres product piled up n the machines and even on their food board. All you hear is talking and noo work being done. This store does the BARE MINIMUM to stay open and functioning.

Compared to other WAWAS in this area this is by far the crapiest in all ways! THEY TAKE FOREVER TO COOK YOUR FOOD, and SO UNPROFESSIONAL!, and usually your food comes out wrong! I ordered a 24 oz drink...they forgot to lock out the 24oz size so after I already paid for my 24oz drink I got a 16oz drink and a pathetic sorry. Im so irritated by them taking 20+ minutes to cook a simple burrito...while they had 1 costumer!!!! At one point the woman making food was hitting on a customer who just walked in while food was in the oven nonstop beeping away to be taken out!! I got zero refund cause I didnt have the time or patience to handle there unprofessional staff. THIS WAWA IS PATHETIC, never again! Needs serious fix!
