My dream car turned into a NIGHTMARE. I bought a 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe from this company and recently sent it to a shop to get some improvements done to it and I found out there is substantial damage hidden all around the car. The guy I talked to said the car was in a couple of “fender benders” but it had been professionally fixed. The shop quoted me $4500 to fix everything so far which is 1/3 OF WHAT I PAID FOR THE CAR. There was no way to know this damage was present without taking off the parts. The driver side rocker panel was literally just glued back on and could’ve fallen off at any point. The entire driver side core support is missing. The rear left of the car has substantial damage and is rusting. You can also see ZIPTIES that were holding some of the car together on the front end. Yes, I did get the car fax and it did say the car was in a couple of wrecks but they told me it had been fixed. They haven’t even looked at what could be underneath the right side of the car either. I worked so hard for two years to save money for a car I’ve always wanted and got ripped off.

After looking at the car and checking everything thing out, there were some issues (cosmetically) that wasn’t brought to my attention.. well after discussing these issues with Miss Jackie, they took what the repairs would cost off the sale price of the vehicle and I am super happy with the outcome. I am being generous by giving two stars. I went with my S/O to be there as he bought his first car and if you ask anyone there they will tell you I was skeptical of this third party dealership from the start, however I went with my S/O out of support and love. When he finally went to purchase the car which he was head over heals for (2013 Mazda 3 Speed) Anthony began helping us... the reason I will give two stars is because Anthony let us take the car to someone we knew to look at it....anyways... fast forward, sitting there Anthony reassured us by telling us that he would always be there if anything went wrong, that he stands by his cars, he also kept telling us that he would never do a military brother wrong (my S/O is active duty military) however this weekend we noticed some problems with the car so we contacted Anthony and he told us to bring the car in and he would have it looked at. Today they accused us of driving the car around with a missing part, however we know for sure that the missing part was there before the car was handed over to them because multiple people looked under the hood before the car was taken to the dealership and we even have pictures that my father sent to me and the missing part was indeed there. These people will try to reassure you with smooth words and comforting gestures, they will tell you that they will be there for you if something happens to your vehicle however when it really comes down to it, it will end up being your fault, and your problem. Luckily we know a REPUTABLE mechanic. Please save yourself time, money, and the headache and stay away from your kar companyUPDATE:My father went to pick up the car because my S/O and I are out of town, they proceeded to do things with the car that my father told them not to do such as cleaning it to remove the oil on the car, which my father wanted to show our mechanic, tree and the owner of the shop called my father an idiot and then they proceeded to hand him the wrong car keys. They also do not have actual mechanics, they just have guys in the back know the bare min. about cars. Again do not buy from your kar company

They act like everything is under control and they act like they’re good people but they are all snakes, for your own sake do not purchase a car from this company, they hide the truth about cars and act like they didn’t know, they don’t care about customers they just care about getting cars off of their trashy lot. NEVER AGAIN!

If i could give this place zero stars I would!! Bought a 2010 Tahoe in May 2020 and as we are driving home the plastic piece that sits under the bumper flew off going down the highway! The air conditioning also stopped working day 2. The second day we could smell something burning and looking under the car we noticed it was something peeling off. They tried to undercoat it and did a horrible job. They were covering up that the WHOLE undercarriage was completely RUSTED!! The tires were also bald and when asked how it passed inspect with bald tires the were clueless!! I would not recommend buying anything from these scams!! Basically the whole truck is rusted out it our family mechanic says is looks like they were trying to cover it up.. Now we are stuck with the rusted vehicle. DO BOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Please don’t go here. Save yourself the stress. Bought my car from them about 5 months ago. Already spent over 1k in repairs. Yes they’re friendly and everything seems legit. But they also lie and leave out a lot of important details about their vehicles just to get you to buy. Go to the back of their dealership and you’ll see how they nicely fix the exterior of the vehicle, putting stickers all over it, waxing and all that. My car didn’t even come with a spare tire, or a manual, or locks/keys to remove the tires. They prey on veterans such as myself in hopes that you’ll buy. Please don’t do it. It’s really not worth it. Go somewhere else that will be fully honest with you, and sell you a car that isn’t overpriced, or have underlying issues. Believe me. Don’t trust the positive reviews. This is as honest as it gets. They’re really great with their customer service skills but that’s the only good thing about this place!

I am beyond disappointed with certain members from the sales team. My husband and I were in the process of buying a car from out of state and the associate spent 5 days to send us the paperwork for our purchase, only to text us that morning when we received the papers to sign, saying she just sold the car to someone else. We repeatedly posed our interest in buying that car day after day, and received the worst service I have ever seen from any car dealership across the country. We will not be doing business with Your Kar Company ever again. You have Jazmines lazy, and careless service to thank for that. An embarrassment of a company for hiring her.

I am in the Navy and I went to Auto Tune Plus on (Little Creek Road) for a state inspection (which I failed) and the service was not up to par . They tried to overcharge me for breaks and a caliper replacement. I decided to go to my dealership’s repair shop (where I originally purchased my vehicle) which is “Your Kar Kompany” and I received the BEST service possible. The manager Mr.Anthony was extremely helpful and Mr. Richardson was excellent as well . I was able to get my car fixed in the SAME day and I paid WAY LESS for what Auto Tune tried to charge me . I HIGHLY recommend that you purchase your vehicle from this company . They have an amazing staff and more importantly great cars for good deals .

To be honest I was a bit skeptical & thought I wouldn’t be driving off the lot. However, that definitely wasn’t the case. A big shoutout to Saleswoman Jazmine for helping me find the perfect car & being able to drive it off the lot!

If you have any doubts , I can assure you that you can lay them to rest. I flew from philly to DC , then from DC to Norfolk to pick up a 2013 golf r and the minimal time I spent at the dealership was a positive experience. Salesman named Tree was a great help throughout the entire process and made it as easy as easy can be. My only issue is that they do not allow you to put a deposit on a vehicle. But other than that it was a great overall experience and I would do it again if I weren’t 6 hours away

Wouldnt buy a car here.They pretty much told me, they would make more money selling the car to someone else, even though I had the money to put down. They only care about making money on you, not selling you a car.My sales rep Brittney A. had poor contact with me. After pretty much saying that, I never heard from her again, even though I reached out to her. I used to sell cars myself, and now I see why car sales people get a bad rep, and why they arent trusted/liked.
