These people are very weird…. My job has been laying people off and doing things without our notice so i’ve been keeping them informed….I STILL HAVE A JOB LETS MAKE THAT CLEAR at first i made a payment arrangement and then they said all other payments have to be on time cool… but when i called them about another fluke in my job not paying us on the right DAY and them not letting us know anything theres nothing they can do…. i haven’t even made the first payment on the car yet…. Life happens, i had to make a payment arrangment on the DMV FEE and i payed the first half but why would you guys not still try and work with me…. nobody is trying to NOT pay you but i’d never get a car from here again, first car shut off in the middle of an intersection within the HOUR of me having it so they replaced it and then offered to not even fill the tank up all the way, these people are here to get you, communication is not what they want obviously.

Bought a minivan there for my wife. At the time of purchase, there was a 5 inch crack in the windshield. The Sales Manager said that qualifies as a safety issue and their repair shop would replace the windshield free of charge. Well, the crack was at the bottom of the windshield and out of view, so I was in no hurry to lose the vehicle for a day to get it swapped out. Next thing I know, a piece of scrap metal flies off the truck in front of us causing additional damage. So, I call the Sales Manager and he says, the new damage releases them from having to replace the windshield! What??? In what universe does that make sense? It was already damaged at the time of purchase. The Sales Manager said it would be replaced at my convenience. Now, because a windshield that was already approved for replacement sustained additional damage, somehow the dealer is off the hook? Terrible... Very shady. Buyer beware!

The car process itself is okay never have any problems with the staff (the men) but NICOLE the lady behind the glass window who handles finance is rude as ever. I don’t understand how she is still working there with all the complaints l. She literally makes business with this company horrible. Her customer service is ridiculous it makes no sense. The customer service is my only complaint besides being a bit pricy. Its a decent choice for people with subpar credit, but if you have decent or good credit, its in your best effort to finance through your bank as you can get them cheaper elsewhere doing so.

I would sum up this dealership with the term, Con-Artists. Professional con-artists. Purchased a car a few years back from them, initially felt pretty happy about it. Two weeks later, they start calling me at work saying I missed a payment and that they were coming to get the car. When I signed for the car, I paid not only the down payment, but 3 months upfront just to stay ahead of payments. They said it was fine at the time, but after I left with the car, they suddenly dont allow early payments because you have to pay every 30 days in order to keep the loan current. I was still going to pay monthly but I wanted to make sure that I stayed ahead of the payments. They applied everything as a down payment. I already had started transitioning from one job to a much higher paying job but knew there would be a delay in receiving my first check from the new employer, hence the early payments initiative. The car broke down on me while I was driving on the interstate, suddenly lost steering and car began overheating. The water pump went out. When I had the car towed to Mini, they showed me the cap for the coolant wasnt even on the car, they showed the tank was cracked, an old crack that was attempted repaired with an epoxy that wasnt heat resistant, so after driving it a few weeks, it of course failed. I could not get Patriot to do the repairs no matter how many times I called so I paid for the repairs myself, $2300. Then all of a sudden, they showed up and towed my car off. Said it was repod, after 3 weeks! Paid down payment, 3 months pymnts, $2300 in repairs, and they took me to court! I hired an attorney! They had to pay me back via court order, took over a year to see a dime back! The turned around and resold my car for even more now that I had paid for repairs but lied to the court and said they sold it for much much less. DVM paperwork they filed showed otherwise for the sale to the new buyers, they were trying to have me pay the difference of their lie sale price and my sale price but it didnt work. These guys are SNAKES! I can not possibly warn EVERYONE enough! SCAMERS, CONS, LIARS, and THEIFS! WATCH OUT, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

There was a small item that was not working properly on the vehicle and Matt made sure to notify the service department to schedule my repair appointment. I’d definitely return to purchase again.

The customer service was horrible the first vehicle I had with them had a service engine light on took them several weeks just to get me an appointment to look at the vehicle. Two months later I found out the dealership doesn’t even have the title for the vehicle and have to place me into another car. The second car I got from them has a service engine light on and is overheating. After 2 weeks of having to be in a little rental car they tell me the vehicle needs a new engine. The manager nicki is horrible rude has an attitude refused to help me and hung up on me multiple times. The company are crooks I willl never get another car from them

All they kept saying was we can schedule a mechanic to look at it but he is backed up. I bet he backed up because of the lemons you sell. Great customer service Art is the best! I gave them one star because of the maintenance shop. THEY ARE SHADY! They had my vehicle, took the brand new battery that I personally purchased and replaced it with a dead battery, removed one of the arms of my back seat chair, ransack the vehicle, everything in my glovebox, in the pocket behind the drivers seat was in the third row seat, my key no longer worked in the ignition. They where happy to take my $800, but wanted to charge me for a battery. When I mentioned this to the front office, they called over to the maintenance shop and of course they denied everything stating they didn’t have a key to the vehicle, and everything shifted when they towed the vehicle and that’s they way the vehicle was when they received it. So I went and purchased another battery and the vehicle didn’t start. I had the vehicle towed to my brothers friend shop and he told me that the entire electric system was shot, the key shaft needed replacing and the cost for the repairs was more than the vehicles worth. Now Patriot Auto took me to court for over $3000. Are y’all serious!!! YOU NEED TO GET HONEST WORKERS IN YOU MAINTENANCE SHOP!My first car broke down a week after my final payment, I don’t know why I went into another vehicle with y’all! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

Dont ever buy a car from there. I had purchased a car few years ago and not for it break down within a week or buying it, it broke down so many times I was offered another car for the same price. The 2ne car was no better and I paid to much for it. The 2nd car constantly overheateded, and each time I took it to the shop there and they claimed to fix it..then they accuse me of tampering with my hose I(after the fifth time being there for the same problem!! I finally complained to the owner and I was given a 3rd car of my choice. That car was decent enough to get me around. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

So Im mostly an overnight person and this dealership calls me during the daytime while I was sleeping knowing that I usually get up at 7pm on Fridays. on Wednesday since I couldnt make the initial payment on Thursday, I asked for an extension up to Monday so I can save up the remaining amount, it had to take another person to approve the extension & take what I had. I have other stuff to pay off on top of making payments on this car and I dont make enough like I used to so Im scrambling from two jobs and a side hustle or 2 just to make ends meet until I find a new job. this morning while I was sleeping I did a phone call from the dealership probably the guy named David and he said that he wanted to talk to me but I didnt wake up until 7 at night I was getting ready for work didnt leave my house until 9:30 & before I could even get comfortable in my own drivers seat engine wont crank or anything they shut off my car and I just had the extension approved. Ive been through so much with my car out of this company from payments to repairs that I cant afford and still cant afford, almost had 2 engine break downs, 3 blown speakers, 1 back one busted my whole rear glass that I had to pay for myself, countless tire changes, repairs that shouldnt even cost over $1k, whatever else you can think of from a place like this with ”existing” car problems & recalls. Hell when I got the car last year the parking brake wasnt working because their repair shop put in the wrong size rotors which was also why the pads was half worn half new so I bought everything myself. Figured I vent about what Im still enduring with my G6. Nice car & all its just the dealership. My thing is this if Im going out the house to make money & my car is shut off, why are you preventing me or anyone whose going through other debt from making money? Even if extensions was ALREADY APPROVED!!!! WHY SHUT OFF THE ONLY THING THAT HELPS YOU MAKE MONEY WHICH YOU CALL A CAR???

We brought 2 cars from here and worked with a lovely salesman named Art. The first car was totaled and what the insurance didn’t cover the added it on to the truck we brought. The truck still runs great and we have no problem with it. It’s used daily still and besides regular car maintenance it’s a great buy. We was even contacted to buy again with some fees taking away. My niece purchased a Jeep from here, came home to NJ that weekend of purchase. The truck broke down on the highway on her way home. She had the the truck for LESS THAN A MONTH, HASNT BEEN A MONTH. They towed the truck and now refuse to give her the deposit back or replace the truck. They wont EVEN SPEAK WITH HER TO SAY WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE TRUCK. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE CON-ARTISTS.

WARNING: do not buy a car here! PLEASE READ....The lady that answers the phone is too rude. Spent two days there waiting for them to do a 15 minute job (their words), only to break down out of town two days later. Patriot charged me $400, the shop out of town charged me $300 more to do the same repair. Plus they told me transmission is going out, suspension is shot and to get ride of this car ASAP. (Note: car has 48,000 miles on it) This place is a SCAM, this has got to be illegal.

I called for a friend just to get information on rental services. After the 3rd ring, an associate answered and in the middle of me explaining my question she cut me off, said hold please, and proceeded to put me on hold. Little did she know, I had someone THERE at the location looking in hope to purchase a vehicle as well. First off the associate was VERY rude and that definitely was the WORST customer service ever. Against better judgement I wanted to inquire about renting a car through you all, even though you have AWFUL reviews most pertaining to that lady answering the phone. She rushed through the explanation of renting a car, then when i tried to ask a question she said oh my god as if i was getting on her nerves. I then called to speak to a manager and was told one wasnt available. Whats funny is i purchased a car from here before and received OK customer service. Whatever yall did, it was a mistake and im going to enterprise. Their prices are almost double what you all charge but you can NOT put a price on good customer service. You will never receive my or my families business again and you should be ashamed to call yourself a place of business.

I’ve never had an issue with patriots auto until recently. My car was vandalized by an crazy ex soon after I filed my claim with progressive which was a huge mistake( those employees can not find there way out of a paper bag if their lives depended on it). But no worries their I’ll be seeing them in court for denying my claim due to their ill will against me. Fast forward I kept in contact with patriot to inform them whats going on and informed them that I wasn’t driving the car I WAS TOLD OKAY. I provided my claim number and my previous insurance companies info. I was told continuously that patriots auto would push out my account( NO I DID NOT ASK FOR This BECAUSE IF PUSH CAME TO SHOVE I WOULD HAVE CONTINUED TO PAY MY CAR NOTE TO AVOID ANY FUTURE ISSUES). After progressive did nothing but lie on the repair shop of my choice , con me out of my insurance policy and most importantly DID NOT FOLLOW PROTOCOL BECAUSE THEY WERE BUTT HURT DUE TO THE FACT I WOULDNT LET THEM WALK ALL OVER ME AND I QUESTIONED EVERYTHING THEY SAID BECAUSE IT MADE NO SENSE AT ALL. I get a call from M&A financial telling me MY ACCOUNT IS 28 past due.... the first thing that comes to mind is that’s not what I was told from the very beginning because if it was I would have paid my car note on time like I always do. Any who like I explained to the lady I HAVENT BEEN TO WORK FOR REAL BECAUSE IVE HAD TO TAKE MANY DAYS OFF TO GO RUN BEHIND PROGRESSIVE SINCE KNOW ONE HAD A DIRECT ANSWER! Whom ever I spoke to asked pretty much what happened to the checks that I did have. For starters that was rude and unprofessional as hell and secondly I already said it because of progressive whatever I did have as far as a check was gone due to me paying damn near everything out of pocket because progressive DID NOT DO THEIR JOB. I even told the lady I’m taking progressive to court to sue them for denying my claim in bad faith and explained to her I don’t have the 635.00 right now but I’ll be more than glad to play catch up every time I get paid which everything would be paid in full by The beginning of September but all I get told is OH WELL NOTHING WE CAN DO but again I was told by someone in that office WE WILL PUSH YOUR ACCOUNT OUT WHICH MEANS NO PAYMENT IS DUE THATS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR BUT ITS UNFAIR HOW THEY MAKE A DECISION BUT WANTS YOU TO PAY FOR IT ALL UP FRONT OR THEY WILL TURN OFF YOUR CAR OR REPO IT EVEN THOUGH I NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT A DAY IN MY LIFE AND IVE HAD 3 cars with this company. I’m never rude to anyone in office but I do know this progressive won’t be the only company in court if they dare to repo or turn off my car even though I’m willing to make payments and none of the reasons why I didn’t pay are NOT my fault. All I ask is for the company to work with me like I’m willing to work with them or ILL JUST PAY FOR THE CAR WHICH I PLAN ON DOING ANYWAY THAN DRAG THEM IN COURT WITH MY PHONE RECORDINGS AND WITNESSES WHO WERE PRESENT EVEYTIME I MADE A CALL TO THEM TO INFORM THEM OF WHAT WAS GOING ON.Again I’m not the one who likes to take people to court BUT THIS IS WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS and personally nothing good will come out of this from the number of complaints this place has to the amount of solid proof I have.

The customer service and how they conduct business is horrible! When I got my car I was under warranty any issues I had with the car I made them aware. The worker assured they give cars a full diagnostic that was untrue. Thus far Ive had the car 4 5 months. The issues Im having arent the normal wear n tear. These issues should have been dealt the diagnostic. Now my warranty expired and they expect me to come outta pocket even more on top of my down payment n monthly payment. DO NOT GO HERE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!!

Stay away from this used car lot. These people will sell u a lemon and then when it break down they wont fix it but garnish your wages and take you to court. And they are very unprofessional and rude. Also, they will shut your car down in the middle of an intersection (which is very dangerous) for missing one payment or owing a few dollars on a partial payment. Yeah they tell you whatever you want to hear when buying the lemons then change it after purchase.

If i can give this dealership a zero i would. After i have to return the car that i bought from them because they didnt want to work with me on the repairs. (The car needed a new motor after only 4 months of me getting the car) i told them i would pay for the motor if they could just get my account back to date. They didnt want to do it because 1-i was out of state 2- i had already signed a contrat and i was fully responsible for it, so i told them to come and pick it up. Almost a year later im finding out they put a lien on my social according to them because i have signed a contract and im still responsible for the balance even though i returned the car. What company does this? Not even a courtesy call to let me know whats going on? After i was willing to pay for the repair of the car and this company didnt want to work with me? Im a single mom of two kids and now im being left with $11 dollars on my check thanks to this dealership. Purchase a car on 4/20/18....& already regretting my decision. They come across as con artist....customer services is great when purchasing the vehicle....but after that the professionalism is gone down the drain. Really dont give you enough time on the tax & tags 2wks after purchase & over charge for them. But the date on the tags is for 30 days....but once you sign your contract....they got you because DALISHA or however you spell her name. Makes you very aware of that. Same day of purchasing the vehicle check engine light comes on....they say it covers warranty bumper to bumper or 3000 miles..but your apt to get it in the shop is schedule a month later....meanwhile you deducting from that3000 miles warranty coverage. By time your car make it to the shop. Warranty is gone. Dalisha is so unprofessional & dont know how to talk to customers. I dont know why she still employed there....especially reading the other reviews. I Will not recommend no one to go here...mainly on the account of their professionalism. Contract still new & my apt is coming up soon for them to service the car bumper to bumper....so now well see how they stands by their vehicle.....from reading the reviews. Im in trouble. My advice take your contract to a lawyer....let them look over it....& dont forget about the Better business bureau is on our side.....the customers.

They are the worst!!!! My car broke down after a month in a half! The mechanics are rude and unprofessional. They have had my car in their shop for a whole month and I have yet to receive my car back!!!! I would never refer them to anybody EVER

This review is not for anyone at the dealership except Dalisha or however you spell her name she is extremely arrogant and disrespectful Doug and the rest of the salesman and customer service reps are extremely helpful and understanding they are willing to work with you but nope not Dalisha she will talk down to you and make you regret your descision I advise the company to get rid of that bad apple she is NOT meant to work in customer service being that she doesnt understand the meaning of professionalism.

I had brought a car from them before I had the car for five years they are very nice and helpful and will be going back soon with my mom to get another one

Worst dealership ever. Car are messed up and when taken to service they dont do what they are supposed to do, they just put a patch so the car wont give you trouble after service. I would never buy or recommend this dealership ever....... REPLY TO YOUR COMMENT...... No I did not re- located to Florida I told you guys that I had a personal issue to resolve here and even though I have the car for only four months I only put 2,000 miles on it Wich Im still under warranty. Its been a week since the problem and not one supervisor from service had contact me to resolve this issue, the last person that I spoke with told me that because Im out of state there is nothing they can do except for me to pay for the damaged. Even though I show proof that the car was sold to me with that issue and that service kept the car for four days to fix the problem and they never did.

Matt is awesome, the people in Finance (mainly Delecia) is so rude to the point I had to contact the BBB. I will never refer anyone here simply because of her. She is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She hangs up on you as well as curse at her customers. I kept calling asking to speak to Nikki (her manager) and she kept lying saying she was the only one in the office. I then got connected with someone else by calling a different number, when I asked the gentleman if Delecia was the only one in the office he answered “no” and told me he will be glad to transfer me to someone else. I called this business over 10 times asking for either Matt or Nikki and Delicia hung up on me every single time. Simply because she knows that she was wrong. I will like a call back regarding this issue & I will go further in depth regarding the situation. This is not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time I’ve had an issue with this young lady calling me a liar, and me having to email screenshots showing that I am in fact telling the truth. But I guarantee you it will be the last !

They dont even deserve this one star, Do not work with you, Soon as you get the car you have to have work done on it, then they expect a payment and for you to repair it, then you take it to them for them to fix (which they did do repairs in house at one time). Then they keep your car and garnesh your payroll checks, never again and wouldnt recommend no one to go here.

I purchase a car 2 weeks ago within 4 days the car stopped working, now I lost $1000 dollars, I lost my job because I couldnt go to work because of the car I purchase and even if I requested to speak to the owner of the manager they would transfer me to anyone but the person who sold the car. At this point am really sad and disappointed. I worked hard to get those $1000 dollars. And now I dont even get half of what I paid. And only used that car for 4 days.

They were highly disrespectful. They do not work with you and they will harrass you relentlessly! I had only had the vehicle for a month before the check engine light came on! And once it came on...everything went downhill from there..They didnt want to service the vehicle but yet they demanded an on time payment. Highly digusted and disappointed. Valuable lesson learned.

I bought my car from them 11 months ago. I told them that i needed an alignment when i bought the car they told me to take it to the shop next door and get it aligned. When i had tp replace the brakes and when i did that come to find out they didnt even do the alignment. They rotated my tires now they are telling me that they wont cover the cost of the alignment cause my car isnt under warranty anynore. This is after i had to get two sets of 30 day tags because they didnt have the title to car, then when i called them that my pay days changed they put it in the system then a month and half later i get call saying that i am 6 days late. I have never been late on a payment but maybe once after i had a baby. Im so pissed off. I make my payments and pay way more than i should.

Just purchased my 5th vehicle from them today

The worst place to get a car and the first car I got from them the engine messed up (with 6 months) so told me they swap me (come to find out new contract) then the transmission went out 3 times before I told them to come and get it. Which they need did and ended up garnishing me. O and they will lie and call your references stalking about they from the courts. Don’t fall from them. And don’t go to them at all.

Place is a joke

Do not buy a car from them! You’ll end up paying double for a used car and none of their cars work even though they tell you they’re ready to drive off the lot. They’ll let you know if anything I wrong with the cat you can just bring it to them to repair but everybody has something wrong with they’re car so the wait to get your car repaired car take up to a month and then they decided if whatever is wrong with your car is bad enough for them to give you a loaner car . HORRIBLE CAR PLACE .
