I originally rented a vehicle for 4 days while my personal car was in the shop for repairs. The repairs took a lot longer than expected. I ended up needing the rental for 2 weeks & they made the process super easy. The office staff was nice & helpful. If I ever need another rental, I’ll be coming back here. I wish that I was able to give this car lot a -5 stars they are very unprofessional and the cars are all lemons do not buy a car or rent a car from this car lot or you will be disappointed I literally paid over $400 for a rental car for a weekend which was supposed to be returned on Monday, March 5, 2021 but Friday after leaving the lot I realize that the right signal on the vehicle I was rented did not work which almost caused me a accident which in turn would have been my fault but in all actuality it wasn’t the reason I almost was in the accident is because the signal light on the car they rented me did not work they never check the mileage inside of the vehicle they only check for dents on outside outside when I left not only was there a problem with my signal every stop at a red light there sound like it was an animal in the exhaust pipe knocking I said all this to say that I return the vehicle the next day for a full refund of my money or another vehicle which they didn’t have any available I miss my trip to go see my sick grandmother and they didn’t give me my money back all for them to tell me I drove 184 miles which I didn’t I never left out of my driveway once i got it home the car literally sat in my driveway overnight Because I have my own vehicle and I didn’t want to drive the gas out of the rental driving around the area. I was told it was nothing they can do about it Please if you’re thinking of renting a car from here just go to enterprise or hertz And pay the additional holding fee that you will give back when you return the car because the headache from Southern auto is not worth it their customer service sucks people are lounging around in the dark office and the people are so unprofessional if I had time to sit out in front of their building with a sign saying go somewhere else I would To stop people from making the same mistake I did

I enjoy their service this is my second vehicle from them and I still have my first one from when is was 15 still operational and they are always available for help and mechanics if needed truly a one stop shop.

Rented a car the end of March 2019...not good...got another one...NOT GOOD.! Went over several times...was lied to twice...I told the man I wanted my money back...(ALL OF IT!!!) I ASKED ...WHEN IS THE MANAGER GOING TO BE BACK..he said..Monday...this was Saturday... Went back at 10:00 am Monday. The Lord Jesus got all my money back!! Dont rent or buy from here...they need a better machanic and the cars have not been used in a long time...which means the gas is bad...they DO NOT take care of the cars AT ALL!!!!! I prayed before I went back when the car was brook down over nite.. at the gas station and Jesus put a master machanic parked right next to my car and he told me what was wrong with it!! Jesus never fails!! We fail. But the manager was very nice and gave me a refund.

Not able get a Title to the car purchase and paid for from Southern Auto Sales because information to DMV of the lien satisfaction loan has not been submitted by the corporation.
