They have a good selection but thats about where it ends. Their prices are average. The last time we bought anything from there, about 3 years ago, was the last time I have and planned on shopping there. Their store is a cluttdisaster with nasty stained carpet. Their lot looks more like a junk yard/land fill. Theres at least 10-15 junk vehicles with flat tires out there that take up all but 5 parking spots. There is junk appliances and furniture piled up everywhere. Im surprised the place gets any business

Bought 2 sets of washer and dryers over the last 15 years, a refrigerator thats 13 years old and still running, and a chest freezer , all working and repairs done quickly if needed, recommend this business for your appliance needs

We purchased chair from them on 1.7.2020. One had to be ordered with the fabric that we wanted. We were told 4 weeks for delivery. Its now 2 months and still waiting. Oh and the chair is paid for, of course. We keep getting told that it will be in any day.

Over priced and cheep quality. Bought a couch last September, already falling apart and looks old and ragged. In only 6 months it started to look like cheap junk. Desperate for a chest freezer we went there because they were the only ones in town with one.... The two they had left were $300 over priced. Crooked dealers. Definitely dont recommend.

Had a fridge inspected as part of an insurance claim. Service man is currently avoiding my insurance company. Why would you not give your service crew cell phones? Also went in to look at some new appliances. Could not look on our own the salesperson was following us around and chiming in with false facts. Felt uncomfortable while looking. Currently going on 48 hours without a response from service man. Will take my business elsewhere. Store looks junky on the outside, surprisingly better on the inside.

I went in and asked for Bob and he took me to highs I have never been to. He showed me all the Frigidaire, Samsung, and GE Fridges. So useful. Five out of five, I would have gave more stars if that was possible but oh well, Thank you Bob with Nebraska Appliance.

Service department is weak. How do you repair appliances without using a smart phone now a days? Communication was weak.Update: Now since I refused to pay the almost $90 bill because they said it is the Showing up at the door fee the manager has said that he will send me to collections to hurt my credit So in recap, they send out a guy who is moments away from retirement, who has little to no training, not fix my appliance, not get me an estimate, not return my phone calls and then threaten to ruin my credit if I dont pay the show up at the door fee.Hard pass people, hard pass. Calls Sears. Good people.

Bought a dryer there a few years ago. Needed a electronic part for it. The customer service women was rude as hell. We have bought a lot of appliances there over the years and had to deal with her several times. This was the worst shes ever behaved although she was never nice! Wont go back!

Staff /owners get to either learn their products better or at least say they arent sure and then go get the info the customer needs to make an informed decision. Sadly we bought the wrong model of am appliance as the sales person either didnt listen or he switched models at time of sale /paperwork. Spendy mistake.

There is very good furniture and the men who attended us were very kind but the lady who is in the box that performs the papers is rude, in the end we decided not to buy the room set there because of the bad shape of that woman. Nor am I going to go back there while she remains in that store.
