Bought side by side fridge 9 months ago from old management. Had issues with missing parts when we went back to pickup. Argued for several months after to no avail. New management solved all problems in 2 days. Great job!!!!!!!

We bought three LG appliances at a group price. We did not receive an itemized receipt and now need one for compensation from LG due to the compressor going out on the refrigerator. We are sitting at 6 weeks out from when it happened with no repair/no resolution from LG. Every time I call this store to talk to the person working on it he is out. I ask to leave a message for a call back and it doesnt happen. This is awful customer service. Buy as local as you can and no matter how it is purchased ask for an itemized receipt right away.

I go here often when I need new appliances because they’re the best place in town to go! Prices are reasonable and the staff is very knowledgeable about the product and respectful. I would definitely recommend!

I WAS impressed with the new Kenmore range we bought 2 years ago , until the digital control panel went out, ordered one and put it in. Lasted a couple weeks and now went bad again. Looking at online websites, evidently the electronic issues are a weak part of the Kenmore line. So now its off to find another stove.

Staff push online orders not helping in store. seem to have little to no knowledge on appliances. seriously if I have to order it online I wont waste my time coming to the store.

Not quite sure whats going on with the store right now I was told a little bit but hopefully someone comes in there takes it over and reach structures it. Its kind have been shoddy lately.

Bought a mower there. Both gentlemen working in there were very knowledgeable about the products and helpful.

I HATE furniture shopping so the thought of buying a new bed was not one I enjoyed. I stopped into Sears because a friend suggested it. I told the man that helped me what I liked in a bed and he showed me a few I might like. I literally tried out 3 beds and was done. I found the perfect bed and ordered it. It was very easy and the amount of help I received was perfect! Thanks for making my shopping experience easy!

Friendly staff. They dont always check on if products are in stock. I usually check the website to see if stuff is in stock (not that is a real issue). Otherwise great place. Clean and organized. Always willing and able to help you get and find things to suit your needs.

Their maintenance agreements are definitely worth buying! Good stuff ordered from the factory! This is where I bought my washer at a good price!

They ordered a part for our mower. We paid more for expedited shipping to get the part here faster. The part never came. I say that again the part wasn’t shipped. No email or phone call to us from Sears. The local store made us call a Sears corporate phone number to request a refund even though we paid the local store to order the part. Never again will we do business with this store.

The staff and service is amazing! You can tell the owner really cares about his staff and the customers. This is a business we love having in our community!

Had someone greet me at the door as soon as I walked in. Asked me if I needed help and took me to the item I needed. Sales associate was knowledgeable about the item I needed. I asked about changing the part out and she gave me a website that I could go to for details along with her explanation.
