I think this was the quickest and easiest appliance purchase I’ve ever made! Walked in, looked at the machines (they were all equally nice btw) picked one, she rung me up and that was it! 15 minutes, really! They delivered it to my home for a very small fee, took out my old machine, put in the new one, hooked it up and done! Plus it has a warrantyHighly recommended

I bought a washer and drier set about a year ago and continue to have nothing but good things to say. I have had two instances where I asked them to come look at my appliances and have only ever received wonderful costumer service and help in a very timely manner. I couldnt be happier with my purchase or the service that has come with it.

Service after the sale was excellent. Bought a fridge, ice maker leaked, and they replaced the ice maker with a new unit, and it was done as quickly as possible. Their prices were reasonable and I will definitely buy from them again when my next appliance dies.

I been buying from here for the past 13 years and excellent service every time and never had a appliance break on me.

I only gave them 3 stars because my dryer stopped working after the repair guy reattacted the panel. He left at 4:30pm I called back at 4:45pm to tell them about the problem. The lady hung up on me the first time saying she couldnt hear me. I called right back explained the problem she told me she could get him to come back out the next day. I told her that wouldnt work because I had wet clothes in the dryer. She again said I would have to wait till tomorrow. The guy couldnt have been that far from my house plus I stay less then 5 minutes from the shop. She was rude and her customer service was poor. The repair guy on the other hand was nice and did the repair really fast. I will use them again I just feel I was treated that way because they were about to closed and she didnt want to deal with me, which is sad.

Bought a used washing machine and dryer from this company, and my washer worked for about four weeks and has not worked since. I have taken it to them three Separate times and have been told it’s fixed and I get it home and still not running properly and every time I’m told, just bring it back...it’s not easy to keep transporting a washing machine. Huge INCONVENIENCE. I have to pay for someone else (another company) to come out and fix the machine because they won’t send a technician to my house, even though I have a 90 warranty, I will just cut my losses, because I refuse to keep bringing it back and forth and it doesn’t get fixed.

Take care of what you latch switch when out on washer took care of no big cost to come out just for repairs

I called the store on Sunday 9/29 and the recording said they were open on sundays until 5:00. I drove there from Chesapeake to find them closed
