Great service on my Oticon hearing aids. Very knowledgeable staff, able to fine tune my sound profiles to include one for music and theater audio. Very pleased with results.

Hi this is Abby I have to say that this is like one of the best places I ever went to to have a hearing consultation to get hearing aids it is so wonderful when I love about it is that the people who work there are really passionate about the job they are very understanding with the patience they listen to the patients they didnt strip down straightforward with explaining how the hearing aids work how the system is theyre so into also with human rights when it comes to people who have him suffer from hearing loss of a boy with no hearing what born with a hearing disability I have to say this is like really one of the best places I ever been to with hearing life of and the dentist really theyre really easy to talk to and get there the hours are flexible and the very understanding of the blind friendly too so and impressive person who wants to go there it doesnt mind going in because another blind person is going there I would say this is the place that I highly recommend to go there and you know its you dont come across come across places where they show you what the model making of the hearing aid will look like and how theyve been the only place I know that will adjust the hearing aids to the persons medical situation or lifestyle and Id say this place is a blessing from God thank you and thank you for giving me a chance to answer the survey ivy

It is uncommon for people to be great at their jobs, and it is uncommon for people to be kind to those they work with. For someone to be both is rare indeed. Thats Sara Bozsik. Yesterday, I had my hearing aids adjusted for the first time since the pandemic. She was sensitive to my concerns about coming to the building, and when I got there, she did a terrific job adjusting the hearing aids, and then went above and beyond, updating the app that controls them, and patiently showing me how to use it. It was a thoroughly satisfying experience.

I am extremely satisfied with the service repair of my father’s hearing aid. Furthermore, Mariana was very kind and helpful.

Sara Bozsik the audiology professional is very nice and because of Covid assured me of the cleanliness and safety of the office even including clean pens in an unclean pen cup.The Hearing test was fast and easy and she went over my results so I could understand and even checked my insurance to see if my hearing aids were covered and they were. I would recommend her and the office for a new hearing aids.

I met Dr Sara about a year ago by accident. It was the BEST accidental meeting I ever had. She is the most knowledgeable kind personable ear specialist I ever met. And she is a doctor which is so helpful for one like me that has been using hearing aides for many years. Nothing is too much trouble. And I must add, Nina who is the office manager is such a helpful person. They are a winning team and very good.I did read a poor review on this page..note its from years ago when they had a completely different group there.By the way, I introduced my brother, his daughter and two good friends to Dr Sara and they all bought new hearing aides and I only hear raves from them.If you are thinking a new hearing aid, this is the place to go...

I was told many times that hearing aids would not help. Since my brother had a great experience with Audionics I gave them a chance. Not only did they fitted me with a fantastic pair of hearing aids but at an affordable price. I also was so happy when they sold my daughter hearing aids. We both thank them to give us a whole new life.I would highly recommend them for your hearing aids.

Sara was a great, positive experience. Hearing aids can be intimidating. She made it all easy and pleasant. I am so grateful for such sophisticated help since I am not technical myself. And it is a huge difference to be able to hear again.

Sara Bozsik was a delight. When I asked questions about different options she never tried to steer me back to her offerings, but was in every way fair and knowledgeable. She took a lot of time with me, answering questions from a NYT article I had recently read about hearing loss to the program HearingLife has with my insurance. She is a good audiologist. Further, she seems to be a good human. She was so validating regarding the exhaustion and emotional aspects connected to hearing loss and I saw her help a senior citizen patient who was trying to coordinate a ride home. Sincerely -- five well-earned stars with full appreciation.

Easy and professional service.

Everything about going to Dr. Sara was ideal. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had been to several other audiologists and she was by far the best given how well she explained my diagnosis and prognosis and her obvious enthusiasm for her work. She also gave me a detailed explanation of how to use my new hearing aids and was available to troubleshoot by phone. She was highly responsive by email, checking my benefits and reporting back as she found out new information. I will add that her receptionist was totally professional and lovely to talk to. There had been a previous post about a bad experience with an Audionics receptionist and that applied to a different person, as the doctors and staff at Audionics have changed several times since I’ve been a patient.

HearingLife Madison Avenue is a welcoming office, with a kind receptionist and a very knowledgeable Dr. Sara Bozsik. I’m wearing hearing aids since early childhood and walked in HearingLife for a fitting of my new aids. Dr. Bozsik is very approachable and was extremely patient with me (appointment was well over the half hour that was booked) and went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable with the hearing aid settings (she did various tests and really tried to understand my hearing loss and personal hearing preferences). I was impressed with her knowledge of the hearing aid program and software assistance (I wear Oticon hearing aids). You can tell she is very passionate about audiology and cares for the customer. I truly recommend HearingLife Madison Avenue and Dr. Sara Bozsik.

Extremely poor service, and the receptionist is an ill tempered woman. This was my first time around getting fitted for musicians earplugs, so i really had no context of what i needed & what to look for. I reached out to Audionics with the intention that they would be able to educate me on the options & the process overall. That didnt happen. The receptionist is ill tempered, and extremely unhelpful when it comes to a first time customer, and extremely inept at explaining how the process works and what to expect. After my fitting i was told my earplugs would arrive in 2 weeks. I was told the earplugs have been mailed to me, which didnt happen, turns out their supplier never mailed them out. After they earplugs shipped i was told i can only pick them up in person, because they need a physician to show me how to put them in. Then im told, well if you wanted them you should have asked them to be mailed to you. Extremely unprofessional experience. In hindsight i would have picked another audiologist from the google search. Dont pick these guys, its not worth the hassle, and its not worth dealing with their wonderful receptionist.

After going through several audiologists (most dont even test your hearing, how sad) this is now my to-go place. I dont mind the extra commute - she does her job well.
