Super great experience with Laura H. here in NYC. Punctual, friendly, understanding, having to run a down-sized office by herself, plus dealing with a leak from an upstairs neighbor1Through it all she not only kept her cool, but her sense of humor... and concern. She answered all my questions and was helpful in letting me know whats available.As it turns out, its likely I wont be able to buy the hearing aids. (Im testing them as I type this). They are an improvement, but , realistically, theyre over my budget, especially in these times. If things pick up, Ill be back.In any case, its worth spending the time for the free evaluation and understanding of the problem, even if it turns out you cant afford the solution.
