I just received my first pair of hearing aids and they really are better than I expected. I worked with Al at the East 70th St. location and he was really great! He listened, explained and took his time to make sure my hearing aids would be right for me. Al helped me with the fit and learning the technology associated with my hearing aids. He was also very helpful in understanding what adjustments needed to be made to make them even more effective. Overall a great experience at Connect as a result of working with Al.

I am very happy with Connect Hearing. The new location is brand new! My appointment was on time. Mr. Keller was attentive and asked me the right questions. He made good suggestions of how I can continue to maintain my hearing.

Personnel has changed here this past year and it is reflected in an enormous upgrade in the service provided. A visit to this upper East Side location today was rewarded by attentive care and complete satisfaction. A new high standard has been established! I especially appreciate the professionalism of Mr. Alumba Keller!

I recently taken my mother to have her hearing check. Alumba Keller was great with my mom, calm and patient. My mother can be very difficult and stubborn. The office staff was great. I had tried other facilities . Hands down the best experience we had.

Very Very VERY BAD (000 Stars )VERY RUDELY TALKING Specially a YOUNG LADY (Audiologist).They advertised in newspapers giving HEARING AIDS for two weeks free trial. And upon reaching they asked $90 in the name of Test. When I requested to ask my insurance if they cover this test. They Cancelled my appointment. ( In this rainy day I left my job and managed to reach there). 😞
