I was looking for glasses for me and my daughter and a friend recommended trying Petite Optique. Igor (owner )very engaging and truly interested in Our satisfaction. He has a good eye and gives rational why pairs we tried would and wouldn’t work. Also he took his time and we never felt rushed.In addition I had an old pair needing repair and he did it on the spot at no charge. A really a great old time NY customer service experience.

Wow, this is what I call an eye glass store. They have absolutely everything that you can imagine. Their product is as beautiful as their store. The people who work there are sincerely nice, the whole team is very pleasant. I was extremely happy with the frames they had picked out for me and lense quality are as sharp as they get. Never had I been so educated about what I wear. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for something classy, fun and serious because they carry it all. You won’t be disappointed!

I finally found the frames I saw in Europe! I was searching for these sunglasses in basically almost every sunglasses store in NYC and finally found them at Petite. The Theo glasses are fantastic! Both my wife and I bought glasses today... I got the Theo glasses and she got Feb31st frames.

Many retailers carry some nice unique pieces, others have good service, and others still professional eye exams.At Petite Optique you always get all three...great selection, great service, and service after the sale you never see at discount eye ware stores.The staff is very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to the latest fashions, the newest technology, and innovations in eye ware in general.I gave been a satisfied customer of both Petite Optique locations for years and intend to always do my eyeglass shopping with them in the future.

I needed the tiniest screwdriver to help open up a battery plate on a Christmas gadget and the wonderful gentleman optician helped me open and close without accepting $. I am grateful that there are still shops that will help you for things as unrelated to glasses as this, and this is a prelude to future eyeglasses shopping because generous service this nice deserves repeat visits!

There is not a day that goes by where someone does not ask me where I purchased my frames from. The frames at petite optique are so unique and beyond stylish, but almost more importantly the SERVICE which is out of this world. The whole team cares if you love your glasses and they are extremely kind, helpful and competent. I cannot say enough what an amazing experience it is buying glasses here. I have recommended so many people to their establishment and they all say how memorized they were with the amount of frames to choose from, the styles provided and the upmost best customer service. I will keep continuing to purchase all my future frames from PETITE OPTIQUE.

Really bad customer service. If you have a problem with your glasses you will need to pay a lot for repairing. Really bad product. I used to buy my glasses in Italy and changed them every 3-4 years. I have had to change the frame 3 times in 14 months or so with Petite Optique because they are too fragile. I have ended up paying a lot for walking in there. Be aware - don’t do the same mistake.

This is my favorite eyewear botique in new york. Eigore and natalie in particular are so nice and client friendly. I purchased my first handmade european frames from them and have bought additional collections over time. Would recommend to anyone. Life really is too short to wear boring glasses.
