I was so annoyed when I left this location. The service was terrible and the old men working their knew nothing about sneakers. It took them 45 minutes to try to verify my sneakers. When they were already verified by StockX. I traveled an hour to come to this establishment to be told that I would have to leave my product with them so they could verify it. Never again!!! I honestly don’t know why I didn’t sell it back to Stock X.

I try to sell my girlfriend MK bag and the ladie was talking about $10 bucks 😱😫 she must be on crack or something because i look at her and said no . talking about 10 bucks nothing personal. I end up selling the bag in the street for $90 dollars you hurd i was 1 block away from this business 😂 . she dead said 10 dollars when i got 90 down the block to some stranger who found the bag beautiful . this place a rip off .

Never wasting my time here. Called and texted the number on site no respond. Went all the way to the store around 1-2 with a out to lunch sign. Called the different number on that sign someone answers and asks for texts if the pics of the sneakers I was selling. 2019 retro bred 4 DEADSTOCK and they didn’t want to go past 350!! When the other popular sellers such as goat stock X etc sells them for 550. Granite they need to Make a profit but I countered with 420 and no budge. Went to a sneaker buy/sell store on ave b and 3rd street got 400 cash and immediately. I’ll never bother with this place again. Oh and hours later the number on this page finally responded smh

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I tried to sell my shattered backboard 1’s here and the lady tried to lowball me and tell me that they were only worth $100. They also advertise that they accept any type of shoes but when I tried to sell my new pair of Nike shoes she said “we don’t accept these type of shoes”. They also advertise that they buy electronics and bags but when I tried to sell my generation one Xbox she goes “we only buy new electronics.” When I tried to sell my couch purse it was “we only accept Gucci or Louis Vuitton.” Very misleading and absolutely small space. I was able to sell both pair of my sneakers, purse and my Xbox for a reasonable price at nearby locations which gave me way better prices.
