The rudest, least impressive man, ever, just insulted me after I tried on a dress at this miserable store earlier today before a vacation I am planning to take. I had $1000 cash in my pocket (a very Julia Roberts story).He called me a horrible name, and escorted me out the door.Ive spent over $20,000 at the Roundabout that was located on East 72nd Street over the years - asked Amex - and was ready to buy a lot more before a trip to Europe this week.NEVER AGAIN.Just noticed that there is a review buy a Laurie P on Google here based on the Yelp reviews that could be the name of the owner...figures.

The man working in the store was snobby, judgy and dismissive. No interest in returning here ever again. Although selection is nice, it’s overpriced, not certain how such business can survive with this level of customer service.

Horrible staff! The man working was so rude and had the most demeaning tone - he should reconsider how he speaks to new customers. Immediately greeted with a look up and down (probably to check out if I can afford anything). Also his pieces were incredibly overpriced. I recommend they do some more market research. It’s unfortunate when you try to support small and local and you’re just shot down by the business itself. Good luck with that attitude in this climate when everything’s online and the resale industry is booming by other larger resale names. Don’t recommend selling your pieces here.

Wonderful helpful staff, beautiful pieces both consignment and editorial. Best of the consignment stores within a block or two in my opinion. Also give nice discounts!

The items they sell are pristine, they only accept the best and display it in an attractive and organized fashion.

Very snotty and impolite customer service. Practically yanked a handbag out of my hands when another customer inquired about it.
