The service at this location was A+ for me. I have been to many U-Haul rental locations in a few different states and this was the easiest I have experienced. The person that took care of the pickup was very nice and explained everything perfectly. The person that handled the drop off was just as cool. I will definitely rent from that location when I need a truck etc. Highly recommended!

Stay away from this place , had my stored equipment robbed and of course management dont care. Very unsafe place , lots of police interventions.

I would NEVER do business with this location in particular ever again. I shipped two U-Boxes here and everything from picking them up, to dropping them off was a nightmare. A refund was due to me because the boxes arrived late and after speaking to the manager, it was never told that the refund would come AFTER I paid the original amount. Inconvenient, but thankfully I had the full amount with me. Then, when I arrived to get my boxes, I was told that I could only get one that day and would need to come back the next day for the second, or pay $150 to rent a larger truck and tow them both together. 2 hours later, I was finally leaving with only one box and told the second would be ready the next morning at 10am. Called Saturday morning to tell them I was one the way to get the next box only to be told that I would have to wait until noon to get my second box. I was constantly forced to work around THEIR schedule even though I had movers ready based off previously told times. The icing on the cake was when I went to open the second box and found bolts still on it AFTER i asked them to remove them and was told multiple times they were. Communication is horrible and the customer is not their concern. GO ELSEWHERE!

The employees working there are typically younger, as in late teens and early 20s. Or so it seems. So expect to be dealing with kids and be patient. But, it’s easy to get in and out. Would be nice to get more discounts on trucks and trailers, but none the less, you get what you need!

We tried to get a hitch installed on our vehicle and they could not accommodate us that day. Which is understandable but then a few days later we called. The representative who answered the phone at the 11238 Rt 59 location in Naperville was VERY rude. They only install hitches during the week day during the day and for people that work long hours Monday through Friday this definitely is NOT the place to bring your business to.

Closed the storage unit today, and I will say that while their outdoor units are alright - it is the staff that deserves a shoutout. Everyone here is great! Kind, polite and helpful. They are willing to listen to you and work around your needs. Thanks Kashish Chhabra and team. Will be recommending your facility to friends.

Absolutely terrible experience at this branch. I booked a one way truck 36 hours in advance, so I came into town to pick it up. 2 hours before my scheduled pickup, they said that they did not have any one way trucks available. When I explained the situation, they said the would call to find an available truck and would call me back. I received no call back. When I finally called them (15 minutes before my scheduled pickup) they gave me a phone number to their regional office and told me to work with them instead. Absolutely TERRIBLE service, do not use this branch!

Employees need a lesson in customer service. They were bothered that we were trying to do business with them, and did absolutely nothing to satisfy our needs. I would move along down the road to the U-Haul in Montgomery. I wouldn’t give this location a dime of my money.

I had an issue with my truck rental and the manager of the location brushed me off and pushed me back to corporate. I then had a storage locker rented here and the facility cut concrete outside the locker causing all my items to be completely covered in concrete dust. I again notified the manager of the location of my displeasure and he couldnt even be bothered enough to respond to my complaint. This location and its management are awful, I would give it 0 stars but that wasnt an option.

Beware... If your bill is due on the 31st and you move out the storage on the 8th, you still have to pay for the entire month. They do not prorate the month like most legitimate businesses do. Will never rent or recommend uhaul ever.Also to top it off, they had a increase while I was renting and the manager said it was so they could pay for security features however, they do not have a security gate like most storage facilities. I have not seen any additional security features only a increase in my rate.If I could give them a zero I absolutely would. Beware!

Your trucks are rats. Need major maintenance. Power steering was very low, cant see at night with the headlights very dim and not pointed right.

Very friendly staff! The ladies working the day I stopped in were a pleasure to work with. Bring friendly and kinda towards them goes a long way.
