Kevin was very helpful in identifying the right sorry unit at the best location possible on the property. This is our second unit we are reserving for a move. While climate controlled, the summer does get warm (temperatures have reached up to 80 degrees in the building when outside stays at 90+ for an extended period). Clean facility, good lighting and good parking. Former lumber yard, and a smaller truck can easily access the entry to the building. Love the mobile app that provides easy gate access.

Kevin is very helpful. Initially, I rented an outdoor unit. But, my needs changed after a few days and Kevin quickly changed my rental over to an indoor unit. Hes been very clear about the pros/cons of inside and outside units. I appreciate this honesty and transparency.

Tim is a phenomenal leader. Ive had the pleasure of doing business with him for a few years now and I can honestly say the man knows how to get things done. I live in Chicago and was in the process of trying to find a local unit, however it became a struggle due to all the negative reviews of other places and availability issues. After searching Google and almost giving up and asking my parents if I could just use their garage for the time being, I decided to expanded my search, and I found this location. Ive been here ever since. The customer service is astounding. The condition of the building in general is flawless and well kept. The layout is extremely simplistic and easy to navigate, and the overall quality of the service you get especially out of Tim, is absolutely premium. Great pricing. Very knowledgeable and informative, well groomed, and full of personality. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking to free up a bit of clutter or moving locations.10/10. We rented a storage space for four years and had the pleasure of meeting Ginger in the Naperville location who was just wonderful. I just want the general manager from public storage in Naperville to be recognized for going above and beyond his duty and showing me patience and compassion. He did not display good customer service he displayed GREAT! customer service I cannot say a enough about this man. Tim was very accommodating and thorough in his explanation of how the whole process would go. I had the pleasure of getting checked in by Juliet. She ensured that I had the right size unit for what I needed to store and she checked to see if I had all my moving needs. We did a walkthrough of the grounds to check the unit space, everything looked immaculate which was nice. The whole paperwork process took less than 15 minutes and I was set up with the gate access and contact information before leaving. I think my belongings will be safe here not to mention I snagged quite a deal reserving online.

Diona was so polite, professional, proactive and proficient in helping us select the right size storage facility to meet our needs. Once she gave us the grand tour and provided us with directions on how to apply online to get the savings she stayed on top on the rental request. She noticed we had selected the wrong one and was able to make changes to make certain it was the one we had agreed on from a size and pricing perspective. This woman is so pleasant to have a conversation with and so amiable its almost impossible not to stop by each time we go to the storage to just say hello. Shes a rock star!!

Prior to renting a unit, I spoke with Juliet, who was very helpful and provided the information I needed to make my decision.For move-in, I worked with Jose who showed me the unit, and walked me through using the gate access and other important information; such as security cameras, etc. Rental was very easy and I was able to setup auto-payment with a simple swipe of my credit card at the site.I had looked at a couple other rental facilities in the area (a couple which were closer to my home) but they were far more expensive and in busy/high traffic areas.Both Juliet and Jose were very friendly and provided great customer service. I highly recommend this Public Storage location.

We are in the final stages of a home remodel and none of it would be possible without Public Storage! Between mice and a leak in the ceiling, everything we stored in our home garage was destroyed. But all of the things we stored at Public are still perfect. Juliet has been really helpful when we have questions or need help, and now that we know how useful it is to have a storage unit, we plan to continue using storage here when our project is done.

Rented with company for couple months and after couple months they made 35$ dollar raise just because. Never was told that, but when I called to ask whats up, answer is clear: read little letters. So this is a warning for other people what to expect.Update 2019 January: oh and if your unit is outside and its been snowing a bit bring your own shovel. You will have to dig your way through. Snow plowing is not included in your monthly fee.

First of all, the online site is super easy to deal with and has great deals. Juliet managers this particular property and she is VERY thorough! It gives a good comfort level that your things will be handled well and securely at that site. The site is very clean and appears to be maintained nicely. Good location too!

Been there for 6 years. Tired of my rates being raised. I pay more than a family member did for the same size storage unit. I never even got a discount when I recommended them to my family member. You would think that being there for so long and making my monthly payments on time, rates would lower. Will I recommend them again, NO.

My experience with the Public Storage was a great experience. I Used this storage back in the summer of 2002. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting the gentleman Matt. Who helped me make the best choice in choosing the right storage and materials I will need to have a success move. He was pleasant, polite and very patient with me. I will recommend this location to anyone. He even took extra time to make sure I understood everything and made sure I properly looked the storage. Little does he no I lost my house that I had built in 2002 and now Im storing my furniture back at the same storage place I used when I first moved to Bolingbrook in 2002, He just made my day for being so polite which made my confidence in making this move even easier. A very helpful staff and a clean facility make this the best place to store your stuff. The climate controlled building is very large and there are two dollies waiting by the entrance to the building. Easy in and easy out!

Juliet was extremely helpful! The site itself is great. Im not so thrilled with their web site, though. I tried reserving my space online and was told nothing was available. However, when I called, the space size I wanted was ready for me to rent -- at the higher, non-internet price. This is not the fault of Juliet or this location, though. Heather at the property is really wonderful and she is a huge HELP!! She gets 5 stars in my book. I like her but I was a bit disappointed in the facility. I went to the facility office to rent because I had questions and I signed up while there. 1/2 day later I saw online ads for discounted specials that had dated back several days. I returned to the office and inquired with the guy who helped me sign up. When questioned he said that he could not do any adjustments for the discount. So because I went to the office and signed up I was paying almost $30+ a month more for the EXACT same unit and he never mentioned the online deals. His helpful suggestion was to go home, sign up on-line for another unit and come in and move my stuff, then cancel the unit I had just gotten. Seems like a lot of work for me and I couldnt take time off to do it. I paid extra for over a year and thought that was super shady and unreasonable. To top it off...my things were in the center of the main (climate controlled) building and were water damaged when I came back to retrieve them. Several items ruined. Heather again was super helpful to me in this event. She goes above and beyond! I believe she wants to do whatever she can to be helpful but she is limited somewhat by the company.

Have used PS off and on during the last 7 years, Juliet has always been polite and accommodating to our needs each time we have used their services. The area is kept clean and we havent had any issues with rodents. Location is key to why we choose this facility. No complaints about the staff at all, the only discouraging comment we would ever bring up is the amount of monthly rate increases by the management NOT the staff, still dont understand why it is they increase rates as often as they do.

Had to update credit card expiration date. Travel kept me from making it to the facility within the allotted time to avoid a late fee. Mike S. was incredibly efficient and helpful to resolve the problem. Very friendly. Best experience with this facility thus far.
