The store defrauded us and the employee took my unlocked phone without my permission to the back room for 10+ minutes.We have an old paid off iPhone 8 Plus and 10x max and we were going to get new phones. We asked about a promo to see if it was active and the guy said it was. Did the whole process only for him to be wrong, so we cancel the transaction. He assured us everything is fine but we go home and find out he created device payments for the 8+($1000) and 10x max($1100) which we already owned. He also put new device payments for the phones we cancelled plus the activation fees. So basically we are being charged 4K plus activation fees for our iPhone 8plus and 10x max we bought outright 3 years ago.The manager Jesus admits fault and that the employee violated their rules by taking my phone back with him. He said he would investigate and cancel the fraudulent device payments, but NEVER even called me back when he said he would. I am currently dealing with corporate to fix what the store severely messed up. I don’t know what information the employee could have stolen from my unlocked phone. I would love to assume the best but the same guy charged me for devices I already owned…I have little faith my data was not stolen when the employee violated VZ data policy and took my unlocked phone to the back and out of my view without consent.

The store is conveniently located at the intersection of Rt. 59 and Aurora and I found the staff to be knowledgeable as well as helpful.I went at a time when the store was empty so couldnt tell if theres usually a wait. I went there to trade in my phone and the staff member who helped me walked me through the whole process.

For this location: They solved an issue I had with activating a new phone. It took me 3 online chats, 2 phone calls, and 4 hours wasted before I went into the store. Store staff had me figured out in 10 minutes. While it was an overall negative experience with the company, Im grateful for what they did in the store to help me out.

I really dont know how this place stays in business. my wife and I have been customers for over 17 years and the service has continued to go lower and lower to the point Im not sure why were paying what were paying. the best way I can describe the service that we had on the day we went was lethargic as if they couldnt have cared less whether we continue being customers or not. They really do need to try a lot harder!

I have a prepaid plan on a phone I purchased from Verizon online. My phone wasnt accepting calls, but I could dial out. After 2 hour long calls with no help, I was told to take it to the store. The person I talked to told me it was my problem and to call my old carrier. I solved the problem with the people in the porting department, but the on site help was rude and not helpful.

Jesus was the sales associate helping us.When trading in my phone for a new one, he assured me that I would be able to send my phone in to Verizon using the trade in program, despite having a crack on the back of the phone.I asked if I should have it repaired under our insurance plan before trading it in and he told me there was no problem at all, that I would be receiving the money for my trade in.Verizon is now telling me that because the phone was damaged on the back, I will be receiving $0 for my trade in and I am out $300 that Jesus and his manager told me Id be receiving.

Im a loyal Verizon customer, Ive been with them for as long as I can remember. I paid for the insurance that was supposed to cover any damages. But now they say that to use actually get the phone replaced Id owe 100$. Because of a small crack. I. Using all verizon provided merch. Phone case and screen guard which did not protect my phone. Their product broke and they want to squeeze evenore money out of me. This has happened three times. Avoid them, they wont help you.

I ported over to Verizon from Sprint. So far I am fully satisfied with Verizon. I went to this store on Sunday to order 4 i Phones and get the plan activated. Alex was beyond helpful!! Once my phones arrived 2-3 days later I went back to get them activated, everyone in general was helpful. If I remember correctly his name was Mike, he helped set up 2 i Phones and Alex helped with the other two. The manager was very nice and apologized for the wait, which I had no problem with. I did encounter that my mother wanted a different phone instead of the one we got delivered and they had no problem changing it to the one she wanted. I am pleased doing business with Verizon.

Stopped in Sunday evening 30m before close just browsing for a new phone. Ended up getting helped by Mike i believe was his name. I was in and out with a brand new iPhone XR within 10 minutes he helped answer all questions and concerns ASAP! Even recommended a good screen protector and put it on quick and looks amazing!10/10 would ask for Mike when shopping at this VERIZON!

Experience started off to a good start and then the ball was dropped twice. Unfortunately, they young recruits have a lot to learn on owning a problem and finding resolutions. I dealt with two individuals during different times & dates who stated they will follow up. Still waitin for the call.... its been a month.

Love the new store, its worth the wait. I waited a few minutes for assistance, but the person who helped me was very patient with my mother helping her pick out her first smart phone. Even signed her up for a free work shop to help her with the basics using her first smart phone. I would advise anyone to make the drive. Good people!

Upgrading my phones was always a hassle and a chore, but this time out was different. Parking was definitely improved and the staff were very friendly. The store was busy but I was checked on regularly while waiting and offered a bottle of water. The representative I worked with was very thorough in explaining the new plans and the best economical choice for me to upgrade my phone. Very welcoming environment will recommend everybody come do business at this location.

We just ported out of Verizon for a better deal and so visited this store to pay the remainder of the bill. The lady manager got offended just because we moved to a different carrier and answered rudely. Following that, once the account details were pulled up and I was ready to make a payment, they got busy with a different customer who was there for starting a new service. I understand that he needed attention as well but then 3 people were just serving 1 customer and I was waiting there. Even when I called one them to help me, that particular (probably Mr. Mike) didn’t come and help me for next couple of mins and stood there along with the lady manager and another employee to gossip with the new customer. Ultimately I had to leave because no one helped me out, just because I ported out.

I have been with Verizon for a long time, at least the last 4 years. My contract has expired and I am available for an upgrade. Came into this location to sign up for another 2 year contract and get a new device. Stood there for ten minutes with not one person greeting me or even saying Ill be right with you. I have been considering going to a prepay plan and this is the perfect opportunity to do so.

I went to this location today to transfer my line to a different plan. The costumer service representative wrote down a number for me on paper and told me to call the number listed to switch the lines. I then was on the phone for an hour just to get my line switched. While waiting on the phone a few times, I observed just how bad Verizon’s costumer service is. Another costumer came in upset because of them charging him for something he told them not to do. They gave the customer the SAME answer as me, to call a Verizon number because they can’t help with refunds in the store. Another costumer walked in needing phone assistance and when he spoke to the representative she rudely turn the music playing in the store up loud to drown out the costumers voice. Once the costumer left the store, the representative began to talk badly about the costumer to another representative. I have never seen such rude actions being made at a phone store before. Let alone no costumer service skills at all. What is the point of a phone store if you have to do everything yourself and the representatives just sit there looking all pretty?

My two stars just went down to 1 star after the employees were rude to me here last night. Ill use a different Verizon store for any future needs.They dont fully communicate everything. They didnt tell me my first bill would be most of one month prorated and another month altogether. This was high for me to pay all at once.. They also did not tell me when switching that my galaxy s8+ from Sprint might not work perfectly on their service so I paid it off through Sprint instead of getting one of their phones. Im very disappointed and will travel to a different Verizon if I have any future needs.

Go anywhere BUT here. This store has awful customer service - from sales associates to the manager. Sams Club, Radio Shack and Best Buy can sell you the same phone/equipment, usually significantly less, and in a much more pleasant environment. Take it or leave it attitude prevails throughout the entire store.

Worst Customer Sevice. They mislead customers specially in terms of the return and warranty policy. It is ridiculous when you are asked to come 3 times and on third time you are told that a misleading information was shared by our Employee.Resolution : Handle it yourself with product company.No empathy towards customers time and try frustate by asking for multiple visits so he never returns or is past his return day policy. Finally behave very rudelyI wish would have gone to BB across the road or chosen a different Verizon Store.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. They are a bunch of crooks. They GAVE me a Jet Pack for free and said it would be $20/Mo. It never really worked all that well and my job gave me one so I went to return it today. They said since its been over 14 days that it would cost me $175 to cancel. They never told me that I only had 14 days to cancel. They acted like they didnt care either, just like too bad and werent willing to help at all. Very rude and unprofessional.

We have been a Verizon customer for more than 11 years with 4 lines in our plan. Came to the store to do an Edge Upgrade on one line and the Sales Rep (Ken) advised swapping the phone, as another line had an older phone. We did the swap online and went back to the store the next day and the system said Edge Upgrade requires Managers approval as equipment swap was done. The Store Manager, Eddie Ortiz, has no customer consideration and would not agree to give his approval. (though I did the equipment swap based on his employees advise).So, came home and called Verizon Wireless customer service, explained my issue and they did the Edge Upgrade, even without my sending them back the old phone. She also told me that the Store Manage could have done what she did.Why go to this Store at all? Call Customer Service and they will help you.

LIARSI went to the Naperville location on RT 59. Spoke with a sales representative as well as the store manager, to ensure 1 that I can add on a device to my account with my current balance. 2 Make sure it was ok to have the device shipped to the store instead of my home, due to theft in our neighborhood. Yes the manager replied, you are eligible to add a device, your balance will not effect your eligibility and yes we can have it shipped here(at the store)We have a balance because of my pay period of my employer is once a month. This was on 11/23/2018. The only hold up was the 46mm Samsung watch I wanted was on a back order. My account online stated my order was in process. I received a message from Verizon yesterday, 12/3/18 to call Verizon. I called them back immediately. When I spoke with Chad, a representative of Verizon, he had told me the balance has held up the shipping. But due to our lengthy account, as well as always good standing, he will override the stop ship and I may even get it a day early. Before ending the conversation, Chad stated I will receive an email in about 1 to 1 1/2 hours with the tracking number. Nothing...I waited 27 hours. I decided to call customer service. I was told my order was held up due to my balance AGAIN on my account. After a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes on the phone with Verizon, NOTHING RESOLVED. Because it was ok on 11/23/18, its past your billing date, which is 11/26. I am now NOT eligible. So many more problems lately with Verizon. I have 4 phones on my account. Im not a business owner, or use the phones for business. I take care of my parents phones, my wifes and my own. This is completely unacceptable... Dont believe everything you hear at this location.Thank you for the response Verizon....But you only apologize, You dont do anything about it!!

I was ready for a new phone so i decided to go to this store since it is near my home. the salesman who i will not name new nothing about the phone all he could tell me is that the phone was this years model. so he went to ask someone else about it. it took him around 30 minutes to return to me. when he returned he still was very little help. this still wasnt the worst part of my experience here. just today i got my bill and my plan has been changed without me knowing. the salesman that sold me the phone had changed it without telling and if im not mistaken that violates the contract i have with version. So needless to say visiting this store has been the worst experience i have ever had dealing with version. i will drive a hour to a different store before i go here again

First and foremost every phone carrier has its own issues.Hands-down Verizon is the most expensive in my opinion. Also in my opinion Verizon has the most reliable and best quality of service nationwide.This specific store has help me deal with all of my issues and has resolve them without costing me any money and with very little frustration.I had a mophy phone case for my iPhone that will not charge and within an hour they fully troubleshot both my phone and the case determined it was the case that was bad and swapped it out immediately on the spot.On a different visit I had a Bluetooth headset that I had a horrible call reception on it I had had it for almost 6 months and without any issues they returned it and gave me a store credit to buy another Bluetooth headset as their policy is only to give a refund within two weeks that was perfectly acceptable by me and I walked out with a new Bluetooth headset that worked much better.

The sales representative gave me a wrong quote intentionally in order get me to sign a contract with them.
