Took my LG Stylo 6 because the camera lens was cracked badly. They told me they would know if the camera needed to be replaced or just the lens only once they were in there. I broke my LCD screen on Samsung galaxy s6 screen went black, I did have insurance on the phone and it wouldve been little cheaper but I never backed up my data. They replaced the screen in less than an hour phone was good as new. They also helped how to backup and restore my info. Knowledgeable, fast, and good service I highly recommend.

Cant say enough good stuff about this place. They wont give you the cheapest price possible but they wont rip you off and they stand by their work 100%. I was told by my friend to check this place out. Very quick and they did a fantastic job repairing my I pad air. I had an iPad air with a destroyed screen and multiple dents and bends in the casing, these guys were able to replace the screen and fix some of the casing defects with no problem and it was ready same day for a reasonable price. I broke the screen on my Samsung and I could not see anything on it. So I went and got me a new phone but I still needed to fix my screen to get the info transferred from my old Samsung to my nee phone. the tech was able to fix it for me but the cost was a little higher than I expected. Overall I got my phone back with a new screen and was able to transfer my contacts and pictures to my new phone. So I am happy with the results.

Water damaged Nexus 5x that wasnt turning on. We come in, man says hell try to clean it up and it has a 50/50 chance. It was ready in an hour, WORKING, and he even provided photos showing the corrosion inside before and after. Incredibly impressed and thankful. I could have hugged him haha. Highly recommended!!

Absolute waste of my time. Explained over and over what I needed told me he could do it, drove 40 minutes for them to tell me they cant do it. Place is absolute garbage. Do not believe a word they tell you when you speak to them on the phone. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache. If they cant even get a simple question right, do you want them touching your expensive electronics? Steer clear!

I had taken in my Ipad mini 3 to get fixed on Sunday. I had tried to fix it myself but messed up the process. He said they should be able to do it no problem but I wouldnt be able to pick it up until Monday at noon. No problem. I call at noon and someone says that they cant do it because someone called off because of the Snow. 2 inches and roads cleared. I told him I needed it for a business trip. He said ok, he would do it. I called back 30 mins later to check on it and the guy said he was looking at it and it wont start. It would take 3-4 days to just diagnose it and even then he doesnt know if it is recoverable. I said I would come and get it. I took it to his competitor not more than a few miles away and had it fixed in done with in 2 hours. Plus they were charging me $30 less for the service. I think the guy was making it up because he didnt want to do the work because his tech wasnt there. Will never go here again. No customer service.

My girlfriend and I were in the Aurora/Naperville area to get an oil change at the dealership where we bought our car and my girlfriend dropped her iPhone 6 on the ground shattering the glass. We immediately googled this Illinois Cell Phone Repair and Uberd there from the the dealership. I never caught the gentlemans name, but he was the only one in the store. He examined the phone and quoted us a price. it was a little higher than what we couldve replaced the glass for in the city, but he gave us a small discount. The store is a bit unkept and smells really bad but the work the guy did on the iPhone was really good. My girlfriend was very pleased with the workmanship.
