Great place to get a new muffler, they were really fast to install it. First I brought it to meinieke and they said they couldnt find parts for it because my muffler was discontinued. But Naperville Exhaust Works found an aftermarket muffler that worked and looks like the original. And great price for the muffler and the installation. Great job guys for taking great care on the new muffler, you guys are excellent!

Please read before taking your car to this place.Recently I took my car to Naperville Exhaust Works to correct an escape on the exhaust system. They review the problem and recommended to remove the pipe, most of it. I agreed to this.The work was completed and paid for the service. When I got in the car, I notice that the engine line was on. The person attempted to read the code, but was unable to and asked me to come back.Took my car back. This time the person was able to read the code; he determined that the Oxygen Sensor was bad; we discussed how this part went bad, but they didnt take any responsibility stating that this problem could happen; it is electronic part, bla, bla, bla. Anyways, even though I was unhappy with the problem, I agreed to replace it and move on.They replaced the Oxygen Sensor. At the time of payment, I asked if the engine light was gone and the person stated Yes, so I proceeded to pay. To my surprise, when I turned the car on, the Engine Light was still there ! So what happened?The person came out to read the code; after many attempts to read the code, the reader shows that something else was bad ! something with the engine control model if I remember correctly. I told the person that maybe the Oxygen Sensor wasnt the problem and requested refund for the Oxygen Sensor work, but they declined my request.No way I was sticking around for these guys to mess around with my car anymore and get more money from me. To me, they wanted to continue to execute Guess work.I took my car to the dealer and the problem! Within minutes the problem was fixed !Naperville Exhaust Works did a very POOR JOB; I gave 1 star, because I couldnt select anything lower than that.

I was referred to this Exhaust Works to weld up an exhaust problem that had rusted through. The were able to schedule me in later in the day. The work was done fast and I was more than satisfied with with their work.Only issue - Wear a mask when talking to a client.

Chris was extremely friendly, professional, and thorough when it came to outlining some exhaust issues I was having (rusted parts, hole in the flex pipe, the whole shebang). Same goes for explaining the repair options - he never pressured unnecessary upsells and was upfront on what to expect. They were able to get the parts and repair my car within a day for about a third of what the dealer quoted.They might not be as inexpensive as a corner chain muffler shop, but the staff is knowledgeable and the quality of the work speaks for itself. In my case, my car no longer sounds like a souped up leaf blower.

After a long drive back from Dallas, I drove through two storms and the water Yanked out the heat shield. I drove in here they looked at it, confirmed the suspicion and re attached everything up with new screws and slightly bigger washers to compensate for the threading damage from the yanking. All done in under 15 Minutes. Total bill was $25. Thanks for being an awesome local business yall.

I called them up and told them my 2013 GMC Terrain sounded a lot louder all of a sudden and they knew exactly what the problem was and quoted me a fair price to fix it.Brought it into the shop that week and was good as new in less than an hour. Great work from this shop.

I had a leak in the flex pipe where my exhaust leaks. All I wanted was to cut out a foot of the pipe and weld on a new piece. Which shouldnt take long and be expensive. They did it in less than 30 mins and was inexpensive for what I needed done. The service there was excellent too.

Excellent service they are very nice and QUICK! As soon as I walked in they started right away. They told me 30 to 40 minutes wait but my service was done in 25 minutes then they said we had two guys working on it which is amazing thank you guys for the great service

If I dont do the work myself, these guys are where I take it. I appreciate the education and options given. I.E. ..this design muffler is just like the original and you would be lucky to have it last five years...for an upcharge, you can get this one that will last longer than your car.. I appreciate honesty. In fact, the cheapest muffler was good for four years and then the cars mechanicals totalled it anyway...I made the right choice, based on the owners advice.

My experience was very good. Went in with a noisy exhaust issue that I thought might cost a few hundred dollars to repair. Not only did they look at my car immediately, but within 5 minutes told me my exhaust just needed a small section cut out and replaced. The repair was finished in about half an hour and cost me well under $100.

Absolute garbage shop. Took my car in to get exhaust repair and it is 4 days later and both sides of my exhaust have welds that have snapped. I have no other transportation until this is fixed. And since it is Sunday. I have no means of contacting anyone until Monday where I am supposed to be at work. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!Update: They paid for a tow to fix my car and since it was the only one I had they were ableto get it done in a timely manner. They were very apologetic and corrected the issue and admitted to the mistake. It takes a business with integrity to admit to a mistake like that and do what it needs to rectify the problem.

I brought in my 2014 SRT jeep grand Cherokees and head them installed a magna flow X-pipe with 3 inch piping. And removed the resonators. The price was low and the work was great,And the truck sounds awesome..

Expensive!!! Went in for a catalytic converter estimate. They were more than double any place else!!! Got the work done elsewhere for half the price!!! I probably wouldnt go back.

They make it seem like theyll do custom work here but nope. This is a glorified muffler shop and theyll do basic things like Velasquez. If you want custom I recommend going to Corwell Customs.
