Chad/Posh Automotive is the most honest and upfront man/mechanic Ive come across in the last 4 years hes been servicing my Mercedes. I trust him with my car because he can quote word from word of what the dealerships are telling you and then go and points out to you why theyre wrong. I would recommend Chad to anyone in a heartbeat.If theres another company out there, I would be surprise. Dealerships need to stop stealing for customers. Chad, youre awesome!!

Chad is Unreal!!! This man is extremely through and has best Coffee in town.:-) I am glad I took my 01 Mercedes S600 to him. Chads experience and response to the issues I had were to the point. He explained to me in detail about the things that are actually wrong with my Car. My experience at his service shop and his marksmanship is at and even above Mercedes dealership Level.Like people look for the best doctor for personal health. Chad is the THE BEST Doctor and Surgeon for my cars.P.S. I saved thousands of dollars from the sames work that dealership was trying to charge. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

Chad is always straight forward and clear when telling me whats wrong with my Audi. He never trys to sell me on stuff my car never needs and my A6 is fixed right the first time every time. First class service from a independent shop. The dealerships should take advice from him.

Chad is a top rate mechanic- not a technician like dealers have work on your car. He has race prepped my Porsche Boxster(brakes,racing exhaust,clutch) and goes above and beyond. After a DE event with Porsche Club Chad wants to take a quick look at brakes to check wear etc. Has also worked on several Audis from a4;s to a8s and done pre-purchase inspections. I have sent 6 friends to Posh and everyone has been more than pleased. Cant go wrong with wrench by Posh.

I moved to Naperville six years ago and came across Posh Automotive when I needed a oil change on my 02 325xi. I have never even considered bringing my cars to anyone else since.Last year there was a recall on the tail lights of our X5. Upon bringing it to the dealer to have the recall repair fixed, I was informed by the BMW manager that my car had a massive oil leak that it would take at least two hours to figure out where the leak was coming from and the estimate would be around 1600. In addition , the BMW dealer informed me the left front head light was out and it would be 180.00 to replace it. I thanked him for his evaluation and immediately drove over to Posh. Chad stopped what he was doing, lifted the hood on my car and informed me the dealers evaluation was completely inaccurate. As I suspected, there was no oil leak, merely excess oil from the oil filter gasket when it was changed. In addition, he changed the headlamp for a total of .......$5.00. He saved me 1775.00!!!!!Enough said. I will never bring my cars anywhere else.

Posh Auto in Naperville provides extraordinary and unmatched service better then any competition in Chicagoland and notably the dealerships.I have several German cars and each receives top shelf maintenance along with getting straightforward consultation from the owner Chad. He has upgraded specific high performance items on my 2013 Autobahn GTI, which has clearly enhanced my driving experience.I also appreciate that Chad suggested purchasing highly stylized wheels for my wife’s BMW along with tires that are unsurpassed in terms of safety and comfort, which has proved worthy on frequent winter trips to Minnesota.Additionally, Chad rebuilt our 2000 VW TDI sedan from the ground up including refurbishing the seats, replacing struts, shocks, repairing engine and transmission.Four teenagers then drove the TDI on multiple USA cross-country road trips. Without problems the vehicle often exceeded 24 hour-driving periods to maximize time/miles while tolerating excess baggage weight and high speeds.This vehicle today remains in great condition at nearly 200,000 miles, cleaned thoroughly at Posh after every maintenance while running mechanically sound, it has proven to ride better now then when I had purchased the vehicle brand new due to the work done at Posh.Finally, thanks to Chads level of expertise and knowledge he has kept my family safe on roads that most people wouldn’t tour. Due to the quality work done at Posh, all of our cars drive better and are more dependable then they were when we had them serviced at the dealerships.

I brought my 2008 VW GTI to Posh to get its 80K service interval, as the price they offered was way more competitive than any VW dealer near me. They told me what needed to be replaced now (had a leaking PCV valve) as well as what will probably need to replaced in the near future, but unlike a dealership, they were far more upfront and honest, and didnt insist on doing a bunch of unnecessary work. I highly recommend Posh for anyone that drives a German car.
