First and only time buying experience:Short Story:They use dishonest pricing and will try to take advantage of their customers. You should avoid shopping here if you can.Long Story:I go in to buy 3 things. The place overcharges a bit (especially on the smaller quantities of liquor/mixers), but theyre a downtown location; it makes sense. Anyways I walk out and notice one of the items I got was overcharged compared to what I saw listed. I figure its an honest mistake and that they mightve forgotten to update the listed price on the shelf -- all good. I bring it up to the man working the cashier he repeatedly insists Thats the price talking about the receipt price. He refuses to acknowledge that there might be (and is) a discrepancy, update the prices to make sure it doesnt happen again, or remedy my current situation at all. Hearing his insistent response, I ask Well, am I able to refund part of my purchase? (hoping to refund the overcharged item). He says he can only do refunds for cash payments (I paid with card). Trying to take him for his word again and in somewhat disbelief, I clarify Are you sure you cant refund it? Most systems that accept card payment can refund it? He insists no. I decide Im done at this point. I give back the 3 items I purchased and let him know Im going to cancel the card purchase later on. I end up driving < 3 miles to Fresh Thyme, buy the same things, and save 5 bucks on the previous cost.

The guys who work are great and always brighten my day up!! The prices are great for downtown. My only minor complaint is that most of the beer is not stocked by its price tag and sometimes cant find the price.

The Bottle Shop is back, better than ever! Great selection of wine & spirits. If they do not have what you want, they will order it and have it for your next visit. Very friendly. Great service!

We love the convenience and selection...it is in the skyway so no need to freeze when we need to stock up. Owner is great and selection is good for this size store.
