Dont get me wrong this place is a good place. Now thats said I will say whats wrong with this place. You guys are not on my schedule. Everytime I go to work or get out of work you guys are out of service until the next business day which means its a repeat everyday for me Monday thur Friday. How can I visit you guys if you open up so late and close so early!? Okay now that is said as well I believe I said enough. Makes me just want to deal with someone else and 2 plus 2 = your losing alot of business and pretty sure it isnt just me thats dealing with this.

Shop times are eh wish it would be open on the weekends when alot of us riders have time to work on our bikes but very fair prices and great customer service glad to have this as my local shop

Im not able to visit, I have a lance scooter need service but your hour of operation are terrible. I work 8 to 5 Mon - Fri . You guys open late and close early. You need to open on Sat for customets like me. THANKS

I love this place. Ive been going for about 1.5 years. Bryan the mechanic is awesome. Very knowledgeable. I forget the name of the owner which will often man the desk but Jordan took care of me in the sale of my scooter and most of my maintenance sales advising me on what I should do for the bike how to stay with in the warranty and what can be done after that. The place has a very good customer service and pretty fair pricing for everything. The selection is pretty good as well. I wish they were also a Yamaha dealer that way I wouldnt have to find another dealer to trust once I moved past my scooter. It can be hard finding a dealer you can trust. Five stars for customer service, honesty and selection of good quality economy scooters.

I bought a scooter from them and was told the scooter had warranty for two years. 7 months later I take my scooter in for a belt change, and 15 minutes after I leave the shop it stops running, when I take it back they tell me the engine is shot and I need to get a new scooter. Stay away from these people, they are vultures. The “warranty” they provide is useless, and the products they sell will go out on you 6 months later.

Ever since they changed location it not same service I dont know if its new ownership but now when you call them to verify if they have the parts in stock the part department will tell you theyll call you back and never calls back before you could of called and they would would have put you in hold for a second and theyll check right then.. but now supposedly they have to call the warehouse to make sure they have it never was like that bad service...

Complete rip off on their prices. Ordered some things online and received different than what was shown. Huge hassle to get a shipping label. Look elsewhere and save yourself a headache and MONEY. Some physical shops may be good with their servicing of bikes and sales at a brick and mortar shop but have no business trying to sell stuff online.

Quality Scooters! I had a cheap Chinese scooter before and it had issues within the first month, so I decided to go with the quality Lance scooter brand this time and after a year and a half of riding Ive had no issues and a great experience. The 2 year warranty says it all, it was worth it! They provide great customer service real friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Called for a part. The guy said they had it. Drove 45 min. Got there. Wasn’t the part. I explained really clear over the phone what part I was looking for.

Ordered an ignition for my pocket bike and the contacts on the back side werent soldered properly so my lights were flickering. I called to inform them of the issue and they asked if I could send a pic so instead I sent a video which clearly showed the issue and they told me to open up the ignition and check to see if the contacts were soldered properly....sorry but that not my job. High priced China junk.

BUYER BEWARE! Horrible experience. The website had a glitch (which I was unaware of) and allowed me to add an atv to my cart and also added an additional discount to the item. Upon checkout, the shipping section had a box that needed the purchaser to call for shipping. When I called, the owners wife was adamant that I could not have added the atv to my cart, and that they have thousands of customers and she doesnt understand why Im the only person that doesnt get that I cant purchase the atv online. Extremely rude! I have been to many other websites where I can purchase the atv online and have it shipped to me. I have searched this entire website and did not see anywhere where it states that I must purchase the atv in person. When I called back and spoke to the owner, Gabriel, he informed me that their website and internet connection had issues and somehow allowed me to add the atv to the cart. I asked if he would honor the price that was given to me online which was $466 instead of the $549. He said hed meet half way and give me $25 off the bike. I said that Id meet half way, but it would be a difference of $41.50. He then started quoting his Typographical Errors clause and that I was taking food off of his familys plates. I said if you meet me half way, I will purchase the bike and leave a good review, or I will leave a review of my experience. Gabriel said, leave me a bad review.

Had problems with atv the same day it was bought had to pay 60$ for two atv batteries then tired went flat 2 days later it did not have hole still dnt know why air leaks i took it to 3 different tire places

The worst service I have ever had, i just went there to change my front tire (i got the tire). first of all the bald man insisted me to go another place due to he was closing, it was 4:20pm, so i left my tire there, then I went back at the next morning and the stupid guy didnt do the change, just told me:there is another scooter workshop close to here, go there i really dont recommend this place!!!
