The owner of this store or whoever is running this place is charging over 10k in charges that are ridiculous. I can understand regular charges 2-3k over sticker but these charges are ridiculous. I ended up taking my buisness to Riva Motorsports and walked out with 2 brand new 2022 GP1800’S. I will be making contact with Yamaha the manufacturer them selves and make them aware of this as I will also send them the bill of sale that was provided to me from North Miami Motorsports. The owner of this store really needs to tone down with these prices as they are really high and unessacary as other dealers are now regaining inventory. I will make sure I never refer anybody to North Miami Motorsports and will make sure that everybody is aware of these ridiculous prices that they are trying to charge people. Somebody tell the owner of this store to get his act together!!!!!!

Someone recommended us this place, unfortunately we were very disappointed . we went to see some jet ski at this place for the first time last year and everything was amazing, service was great and the jet ski was beautiful, it was a GP 1800 yamaha brand new, we took it home. let me start with the fact that it left us in the middle of the ocean, for some reason it wasnt turning on, we called this place and they told us to bring it back to them. we took the jet ski about 5 times and jet ski still with the same problem( make sure to get a receipt every time you go because if not they say you never brought it or they cant changed anything). we also paid for the best speakers ($1300) and it came off while I was driving it, it hit our legs, it was a nightmare, we took it back about 6 times for the same reasons and nothing happened, they were FIXING the jet ski for almost 3 months during SUMMER and it was still the same, management was horrible, always the same answers, rude, didnt even apologized for the mistakes. please get a receipt every time you go, they tend to not give you one if they just going to fix anything on your product and thats because they do not want you to have any proof. I honestly feel like management needs to be changed, costumer service is important specially if your going to spend $18,000 on a jet ski.

Selection left a lot to be desired and the rude staff forbids you from sitting on anything. How are you supposed to tell if you like a bike/quad/jet ski without being able to sit on it and see if it’s comfortable or how you fit on it. Staff states it’s to prevent scratches to plastics but I’ve never been to a dealership that doesn’t allow you to sit on anything and if they are so concerned some simple protective plastic wrap would quickly solve this issue. Prices or machine details are also not stated on a tag or anywhere near the machine.

Hello Im not one to really write reviews especially when they arent positive, but my experience today wasnt pleasent at all.Stepped into the dealer this morning at 9am with my husband to look at water-crafts and the dealer had to be 100 degrees or hotter!!! Almost fell stepping into the door! It seems as if the floor is lifting due to the heat, and in all honesty it felt as if I was in a 3rd world country. Couldn’t be inside more than 5 minutes! What a dump. I feel terribly sorry for the employees who have to experience this most of their day.

Highly recommend from start to finish. Alex Perez is a great guy to deal with. Felt very welcomed unlike other places that just want your money. I will definitely do more business with them in the future and recommending them to all my friends and family!

If your looking to deal with an unethical business you found it. These people advertised a jet ski on there website for $15,541.00 but when you try to purchase it they tell you its $26,000. He actually told ne that the online price is only to get people there. Same VIN and Stock number but $10,000.00 more, BEWARE

I called plenty of mechanics and reputable shops. At all of them their poor phone customer service, rushed phone calls, unwillingness to answer my questions and guide me and high prices kind of made me doubt on where to take my Sea Doo for maintainance.After calling North Miami Motorsports service department and talking to Vanessa and Zach I was sure I was talking to good people who was not there to take my money but to guide me and make sure I was comfortable bringing my Sea Doo there. They were very responsive while servicing y sea doo and they kept communication to update me on the expenses etc. My sea doo is now working perfectly, I’ll be loyal to NMM and I highly recommend their service team.

Horrible place.They had me move my boat for a repair to their shop, only to tell me after 3 times calling them that they do not work on that type of boat.I told them and called 3 times before moving the boat as it had sat for a while and I had to take time off work to move.I would not recommend this place as they cannot even give you clear expectations over the phone and made no effort to refer me to anyone who does work on that type of boat.

Worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Bought a used Jetski and has been nothing but headaches. Taken it back to them 3 times and it seems like a temporary fix and it’s back to the same problem. The Jetski has spent more time in the mechanic’s shop than on the water.

I just got back home with my jetski and went ahead and turned it on to make sure that everything was good after the service and when I turn it on it starts beeping that it has NO GAS... has does my jetski have no gas yet I took it FULL! I am giving 5 stars becuase North MIami MotorSports found me the machine i wanted when nobody else could. Alex took the time to give a thorough saftey and operation walk through of the machine. They had very good inventory of Jetskis but also LIfe Jackets and Seadoo Linq accessories. I was able to purchase everything i needed to hit the water the same day. I also want to personally thank Alex for after the sale service and going out of his way and emailing me my Bill of Sale to the marina so i could get my jetski checkined in before closing.

Worst place to buy. Service is absolutely terrible and No one ever answers the phone or does their job. My ski was here for a week before they even ordered the parts I needed. Shipping slip for the parts confirms exactly what I thought.. they forgot to order the parts and kept lying about when they’d arrive. I’ll be servicing my toys elsewhere because this place is ran by idiots. Fyi most of the reviews are from employees and when you buy here they harass you to leave them a 5 star review.

Sad, absolutely sad excuse for a motorsports dealer. The customer service in this facility is beyond disgusting. We purchased a jet ski maybe a week ago and truthfully only because my husband has always wanted it. If it wouldve been up to me i wouldve asked for my deposit and given my business to another dealer. Lets start off by the sales associate.. he had been in contact with us for some time about the price and how much monthly we would be paying, when it finally comes down to the jet ski arriving at the dealer (its a 2021) we- as everyone else of course are going to try to get a better deal with our sales associate (Alex) he informed us that we should talk to the finance manager to ty to lower the monthly. After waiting some time for our turn to get to the finance manager (David Casillas) and let me just start off by saying we sit down and the Manager is going on and on as fast as he can about the policies, warranties and how we should purchase additional insurance, no problem there. Once he stops talking my husband asks if we could work on the price. David goes almost instantly ballistic yelling oh no thats not my problem that has to do with financing that has to do with sales i have things to do other people to process financing for oh no no no we need to call the sales guy i have things to do this is honestly the most disgusting way i have ever been treated at a dealer. Once my husband decided to proceed with the price. I honestly had to step in. I confronted him saying how disgustingly rude he is and how that was no way to treat a PAYING customer. he then proceeded to give me a guilt trip about how Yamaha has him doing five different jobs within his specific job title, truthfully i dont care and it doesnt concern me how much responsibility you have within your company or how much stress your dealing with i am a customer and they have a certain standard to uphold. I told him that if all his responsibilities were such a concern he should take it up Yamaha not us. He then proceeded to tell us that he was doing Alex (sales) a solid by letting us in before other people and that it wasnt his intention to be dismissive or rude. truthfully the fact that he continued to try to justify himself instead of just treating us correctly and apologizing was extremely infuriating. I have worked customer service for almost 7 years and i have never treated anyone in that manner and when coworkers or peers treat customers incorrect i see them get reprimanded. After we finished all the paperwork that we were getting ready for our sales guy to show us how to use the jetski, i went ahead and reported the manager (David) to the main finance manager and he informed me that he was going to have a conversation with David and he was going to let the General manager know as well. Truthfully I dont care if he was reported or not. I wrote this review for anyone that is looking to buy a jetski or any other toy please do your research and go to ANOTHER DEALER where you will be happy with your purchase. Although its clear this franchise doesnt have a customer service standard Yamaha does and theyll be hearing from us as well. Thank you!

Terrible customer service. The service department is an absolute joke. Theyre misleading with timelines and follow ups. They don’t call you back as promised. Now they are closed down and didn’t even inform their customers who have vehicles in the shop. I went out of my way to drive to the store to find out they’re closed. The least they could do is advise customers they’re closed by stating it on their voicemail. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I was recommended by a friend named Zion Cohen from my local Jewish Community Center and it was the best reccomendation that was made to me. After 3 hours of negotiations we agreed on a price and was ready to sign.Few minutes later the sales manager raised the price on a $1000 because “someone” was offered him a better price over the phone.“GREAT” customer service

From the moment I walked in I was greeted in the most heartwarming way possible by Alex and David.
