The female employee that I dealt with wasnt very customer service friendly, but the manager was awesome to deal with.. 2 stars off for that employee. I went here for my brother to do an exchange, the employee refused and just walked off not to be seen again. I then asked another employee for the manager, who was very pleasant to deal with and took back the exchange without the upc code, and gave me another larger jacket. Since my brother has spent tens of thousands of dollars here in a very short amount of time, it was definitely the right thing to do keep his business and satisfy the customer.

Stopped by for the 1st service on my S1000R. Met very professional staff and great location to stop at if you own a BMW. Jorge, the sevice advisor, was absolutely incredible. He took the time to let me know what needed to be done on the bike, and why it had to be done (or even if it could wait). I came out of there knowing more about my bike because of it. Great feeling. Been driving and riding for 30 years. Never dealt with such great staff.

I brought my 2020 Royal Enfield 650 Interceptor to BMW Motorcycles of Miami. Yes, they are now a fully functioning Royal Enfield dealership. The show room and service departments are spotless and welcoming. Although I did not purchase my bike here, they treated me as a valued customer. Jorge, their Service Manager is exceptionally professional and efficient. In case you’re wondering they also follow strict Covid-19 protocols. I will keep them in my short list of preferred dealers for the future.

Been to this dealer many times before to buy accessories for my bike and service my bike as well which I didnt buy from them at the time because they didnt have in stock and they have always treated me as part of the family and never have had a single complaint about any of the employees or the service provided to me. All the personel is very friendly.Yesterday as I dropped off my bike for service and I ended up buying my second bike a 2020 S1000RR and the customer service was great. Humberto was great in putting all the numbers together for me and getting me a good deal along with the store manager and the finance manager. Also had some parts installed on my new bike before I left the dealer and Jorge in the service department was great in getting all the parts installed yesterday before I took my new bike home and also helped me set up my other bike for service earlier in the day.Thanks. Keep up the good work!!!!!!

Jorge over at the service department was great. I called early in the week to see about availability, and he mentioned I can drop it off and will be ready by the weekend which was what I expected.I arrived around 3pm to drop the bike off, and to my surprise, he mentioned he had a short window where he can get my maintenance going should I want/be willing to wait. 2 hours later, my maintenance was completed.Jorge and the service team very attentive and friendly to my presence, and provided a very welcoming experience.

Walk in with the intention on purchasing a 1600 gtl the sales guy didn’t even asked what I was doing there, my friend who already own a BMW approached him and asked him if was on commission, because he should be showing us some motorcycles, when I asked for the 2021 they had in the show room first thing he said that it was too much money for me, then i asked him for financing options, and I said how about if I pay it in full right now, he said that he makes more commission if I finance it, ok what’s the best price you can give me, he said I will call you because my managers are probably still sleeping, this is approximately 10:am he said I will call you shortly and then we can talk and make a deal, he never called or answer my messages , his name is Humberto, and just in case I had a customer of this dealer with me who had to ask Humberto to get off his chair and act like a sales guy

Can’t say enough about the team at BMW, specifically Jorge Wickel. I needed some work done on my bike after having low-sided. Jorge helped me throughout the entire process. His communication was clear, timely and effective. He connected with me at all stages of my repair, from parts deliveries, assembly and ultimately finished bike.We performed a thorough walk-thru once the bike was completed and I left reassured the bike was in optimal condition. I will continue to bring my bike in for required maintenance and BMW Motorcycles of Miami will be my first stop when purchasing my next S1000XR. Thanks again Jorge!

Always had great service from MOM. Showed up today while out on a ride to book my bike in for a service. They had a space if I was prepared to wait which suited me better than bringing it back in the week. My S1000 RR is my second bike from these guys and I can definitely recommend Humberto in sales and Jorge in Service who both consistently go above and beyond.

Excellent service. I took my bike for a factory recall service. All free and all good. The store is very nice, with all accessories that you may need from riding boots to helmets and everything in between. The motorcycles are spread though out the store floor along with the other products. If you like bikes, this is a place to spend hours in it. The service advisor Jorge W, provided a very friendly and welcoming experience.

Very rarely you find a motorcycle dealership with the integrity and honesty of BMW Motorcycles of Miami.I am outside of the country and my 2016 R1200GS has been parked for 4 months without been started or taken for ride.I asked my friend to please start the motorcycle and take it for a ride, but no luck the battery was dead and it did not take charge, my friend purchased and installed a new battery but to his surprise it did not start either.My god something is really bad with the bike I though. I contacted BMW road side assistant and had the bike taken to BMW Motorcycles of Miami for the needed repairs, at this time I was just thinking what was wrong with the bike and how much $$$$$$ would the repair be.Early in the morning I had a call from Jeorge Wickel the service adviser to tell me that the bike has been dropped there, but he had not have time to look at it yet but that he will try to get to it that day if not, for sure it will be the next day Wednesday, but that he will try hard to get to it, then he proceeded to tell me that they work on appointments only and that they were very busy because the service department does not open on Mondays.Right there and then was the first good impression, is very hard to get this kind of honesty. Normally services advisors never call you, and when they do is only to tell you stories why is going to be 5 days to get to your bike or to tell you that something else $$$$$ is wrong.Back to my story, in the afternoon the same day Tuesday, I get a call from Jorge to tell me that the bike was fix and ready to go.My second good impression this guy fulfill what he promised, wow!! a man of his word, a very rare commodity now a days.I asked him what was wrong and how much was the bill, he said that it was something big, I said oh god here it comes $$$$$. All my good thoughts came crushing down, I paused for a bit and ask him again how much?, Jorge laughed and said you owe NOTHING! wow, I said what was wrong? he replied nothing, your friend did not connect the battery properly.Here was my third great impression with Jorge Wickel and BMW Motorcycles of Miami, how many dealers would have use this opportunity to get BIG $$$$$ and tell the customer that the main computer was fried and a new one was installed for $$$$$$$$$ BIG MONEY.I must tell you, I don like to write any reviews, in fact this is my first one. I though I must write this one, it is very rare to find a dealer with integrity and honesty as BMW Motorcycles of Miami and its employees, especially Jorge.My hat off to you JORGE WICKEL, THANK YOU! Your integrity speak for it self. Super Highly RECOMMENDED!! Thank you Guys!! keep up your good work and your integrity. Well the experience was not good.... the work on the bike was done the right way (as it should be when you deal with BMW so no fireworks for them there) but the customer service was very hypocrite... When I made the appointment I specifically mentioned that I had prepaid my maintenance (a contract with Western Service Contract Group) and offered to give my contract number. We will deal with that when you get here I was told. On the day of the appointment for my 600 mile tune-up they did not know how to deal with this type of contract and said that we could do the work and then Jorge would call Western service and help me deal with the reimbursement on the following Tuesday. I paid for the service and contacted Jorge multiple times since that Tuesday and I never heard back. So be careful when you are there, it is all smiles but it is all fake. They do not follow up and you cannot trust their words. I would have rather heard go to hell with your contract rather than the fake smiles and the yes sir, of course sir, we will help you sir... Last time I deal with them, next time I will go to another dealer.

I just purchased a big BMW at BMW Motorcycles of Miami; before I dive into the review Ill give some useful background info.I recently moved to Miami from the Washington DC metropolitan area, where my BMW motorcycle dealership was Bobs BMW. If you dont know it and google it youll find: Bobs BMW Motorcycles is one of the largest, most respected BMW motorcycle dealerships in North America, and the winner of several awards for overall dealer excellence, customer satisfaction, and community service. I fully agree with that description. I have been dealing with Bobs since 2012 and have purchased several bikes from them, and they (the people at Bobs and how they run the business) are just excellent and top notch, period. Nothing else needs to be said.The reason why I start reviewing BMW Motorcycles of Miami writing about Bobs BMW is to stablish a reference point to compare against, since Bobs is legendary in the US and beyond, and thus well known.So, how is BMW Motorcycles of Miami relative to Bobs? Well, it is all Bobs is and more. Back in the Washington DC area I couldnt be happier with Bobs, so they have my upmost respect and if I make it back there theyll have a lifetime customer, but here in Miami the people that make the business of BMW Motorcycles of Miami have really impressed me at all levels. There is not one aspect of my purchase experience that has not been a lot more positive than what I was expecting. They really have it dialed in. It was the perfect motorcycle shopping experience. I just had so much fun. Fun doesnt make it justice, it is way more than that. They are just wonderful people, not just friendly, but really wonderful. All of them. We mainly dealt with Francisco, Alan and Humberto, but also with other members of the team and they were all fantastic. Humberto is great, there when you need him eager to help but will also give you all the time and space. Francisco, the business owner, was exceptional. Spending time with him was like being with a friend. A really respectful, helpful, warm and kind human been. And Alan, is just more of the same. I could keep on describing the other team members that I met, but it would be more of the same and the review would get too long.But a good business doesnt only need nice people, it needs people that know what they are doing and that offer good value to a customer, and here they deliver in spades. They are super professional, knowledgeable and have a problem-solving attitude. And the business itself is very well put together and clean. I could keep on going with this review, but I believe this is enough to get the picture.I never write reviews, much less this long, but these people deserve my time and effort. I truly had an awesome experience buying my bike. I was looking forward to doing so, but never though that buying something that is material, manmade could provide me with such a human and satisfying experience. Now I have a great bike and a group of people that I am going to look forward to go with on their biweekly Sundays rides!

I was very disappointed with the service I received from BMW Motorcycles of Miami.I purchased a used motorcycle from this dealer. Communication with salesmen was incredibly slow. I had to reach out to multiple salesmen multiple times to get simple information. The dealership was completely unwilling to negotiate on price despite being priced above the average market for the model I was interested in. When I decided to purchase the bike as it was the model I wanted, they initially refused to hold the bike for a week even with a deposit. After much negotiation, I was able to convince them to hold the motorcycle, requiring a sizeable deposit for which they charged another fee. Despite me giving them an exact pick-up time, the bike was not prepped and the documentation was not prepared, which took another two hours. I was told assistance would be available to help load and secure the bike on a trailer for transport, but once they had my money, little assistance was offered. While I am enjoying the bike I purchased, the yearly service reminder popped up a month after the purchase, something a more competent dealer would have reset.My purchasing experience made me feel that if I wasn’t buying a fully loaded, brand new motorcycle to make them maximum profit, I wasn’t worth their time.For all of their faults, when in-person in the dealership, everyone who I spoke to was friendly.My entire purchase process actively made me less inclined to buy a motorcycle. I reached out to the GM of the dealership, Alan Garcia, to speak with him about my experience, but I have not heard back after a few months. For a dealer of premium motorcycles charging a premium price, I expected much more than the sub-par service I received.If you are buying a new motorcycle and have the option to shop around at other dealers, I had much better experiences with BMW Motorcycles of Palm Bay, BMW Motorcycles of Jacksonville, and BMW Motorcycles of Orlando.

Be careful! They damaged my rim while doing a tire change and claimed it wasnt them. I also brought it in for the service, and when I left the light was still on. I had to go back for them to tell me it was my fault since I didnt do some work on the brakes. However they were still able to removed it even though I didnt do the work on the brakes lol.They are terrible liars.Jorge is however a very nice and understanding gentlemen that works there, he tried to help me as much as possible, but all the managers want to do is get you out of there as quick as possible so other clients dont hear your issues.I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!Dont be fooled by the answer they will post. They answer all the bad reviews in point form by the jobs they made. THE JOB WAS MADE yes but by ruining my rim, and making me drive back there to fix the problem I initially brought it there for.

A went a couple of weeks ago to buy my third motorcycle in the store. My first one as a F800R and I clearly remember how Humberto (who has sold me all my bikes) told me that the F800R was the motorcycle to start enjoying what is now the best hobby I have ever had.People in the store is amazing. Josean Figeroa, Alexis Sanchez, Melissa and Jorge Wickel, all of you guys have always treated me like family. Thats not something reserved only for current customers: they open you the doors from the first time you enter the store.I couldnt have chosen a better place to have my bikes.Update: I took my motorcycle today to the 1st service. As I had scheduled in advance (the day I bought it), I had no issues or complains about the service time. If you call in advance (at least two weeks) youll get your bike serviced in no time. Do not expect to have your bike received or returning back the same day without an appointment. Remember: this is a high-demanded service department; a lot of customers to serve. Just purchased a C400X the past weekend and I am enjoying the bike! I loved the layout of the store and the vibe of the place. Initially, my wife and I were turned off a bit because there was only one sales person on the floor (late lunch at 4pm?) and it took us almost 40 minutes to talk to someone about helping us make a decision between the 650GT and the C400X. We finally were waited on and Marco and Alexis who very kindly helped us with our decision through answering some questions and a quick test drive. The process to buy was a little strange (being charged 3% for cash vs. a credit card seems a little archaic these days) and there were a number of hoops to go through to get the paperwork in order and all the other bells and whistles with maintenance etc. (understanding that is was late and near their close time). I do want to convey that although there were some hiccups in the process, the team was very kind, courteous, and professional. They made our purchase feel like we were being accepted into a family. We have more follow-up to do with them on helmets, and Bluetooth configurations and I am hoping this time around is smoother for all of us. It looks from reviews like the maintenance experience is very good, so we look forward to this when it is needed.

Thanks Jorge, great experience and lot of patience. I bought my bike here a couple of years ago and always got the best advice from Humberto and Alexis. My bike is my car, I use it every day, regardless of the weather, so Im very picky. The last appointment for service took us longer than usual to get the bike exactly how I like it, and every time I gave the bike back to Jorge and the service team for very little adjustments, they did it in good spirit. I am glad I stopped at this dealer to buy my first bike. I met Marco who spent 1+ hour showing and advising me on every single detail of owing a motorcycle. Thanks to him, I bought another one that he wisely recognized would fit better, I can’t thank him enough. I acquired the new BMW 750 GS, under a great negotiation and a finance deal, fully loaded with both gear and accessories I needed. Not more, not less. Above all, I am extremely satisfied with the bike.He showed great knowledge about the product, and provided support during and after sale. Strongly recommend the dealer, and a conversation with him.After few weeks and some hundred miles, I took the bike for its first service, when I met Jorge Wickel. Great guy, expert on what he does, serviced the bike on time, spent some time explaining technicals, always available and willing to help beyond. Everything moved flawlessly. The worst experience ever they don’t like to help people at all i have a R ninet and i took my bike for a coverage repair and from the beginning they had bad attitude and bad vibe they even told me i had to callMy extended warranty because they didn’t want to waste their time on this case! IF could give the 0 star that will be it never going back!!!Update:My issue was not resolved professionally nor handled correctly. I have explained various times that my issue is covered under my extended warranty (for an electrical problem), but they only care about their own profits and customers are only a means to and end. Their end goal is to trick and take advantage of your loyalty and efforts to actually USE your warranty. God FORBID you actually need it. They fail to cooperate with customers and are extremely disrespectful. Then they twist your words and make it seem like you don’t have a case just so you’re screwed and they don’t pay what they HAVE to. It is my duty as a customer to advise EVERYONE who comes here that you WILL NOT be treated as a client, but rather as a nuisance.by the way they said they give me free diagnostic which was not true a complete lie they just did an estimate and if you know about estimate they do it for free on any shop that you go to even more when you have extended warranty claim! And the owner Alan is the most dishonest and unprofessional person i ever know of the accusations he made towards me what goes around comes around remember that!!!

The owner is a lair with what he is saying towards Daniel they were extremely un-compliant towards Daniels situation and they were very disrespectful towards him and they were trying to spend his own money from his personal pocket when he has full extended warranty. The owner is trying to invent problems that were not even there in the first place. Plus the only ones that scam people is the owner, I took it to another place and they receive everything with no issue.

This is the worst Bmw motorcycles mechanic. You can see by all the reviews below how Jorge, the sales rep, is the good guy in this mess of a store. He is the one that calms clients down and tries to manage all the damages they make in the best way possible.I attached a picture of the email the general Manager Alan, which by the way was on vacation the day all this happened, sent me. He replied that the damages that basically they have done wasnt them because the bike is in a BAD SHAPE. He also claims that my rims had already white bubbles inside the clear coat, which of course they didnt and actually still dont.Be careful THEY LIE.I also attached a picture of my bike in bad shape lol.Oh and I also live in a building with indoor garage :).Like I said BE CAREFULL

I was planning on getting a BMW motorcycle and looked around various places. I had narrowed it down to this place and another. I asked my brother (who had gotten a motorcycle from here) if he had any suggestions. He said this was a terrible place to purchase a motorcycle from and I even heard him talking on the phone with one of the managers. They yelled at him over the phone and basically spoke to him like a child. I don’t know about you, but in a time where we have so many options to choose from, the only thing that sets companies aside is customer service. Let me tell you something, the way they spoke to my brother is not customer service. When it comes to purchasing a vehicle, I trust the experiences of my family. That’s usually the only way you can get an accurate representation of a company; word of mouth is very everything. I want to go a place where I know I will be treated like a decent human being, and not just a walking ATM. These people don’t care for you, they just want to make money. If there’s something I’ve learned is that people who are money hungry like these, only use customers and they have no conscience.i ended up going with my second choice and they were amazing! I’m glad I dodged a bullet.Response:As you have stated, this IS my opinion. That’s why it’s under my name and no one else’s, so this point makes no sense. This is why companies invest so heavily in having the RIGHT, educated, WELL-tempered people working for them. A company, like yours, is susceptible to losing customers as a result of poor customer service. How? Through reviews, such as the one my brother gave me. Are referrals not an important part of getting business.You do know solidarity means unity, right? What does unity have to do with emotion and irrational thinking? Great service, quick redelivery and original BMW parts. Bought a used 2014 BMW R1200GS. Impeccable bike, easy financing. And just went back for a 2 year service. Dropped off my bike in the morning and by early afternoon it was ready. If you want to buy new or specially used BMW bikes, make sure you buy it from these folks.

What a great time we had in our recent trip through Colorado. A group of 17 motorcycles led by Alexis Sanchez (the Club organizer) rode through the most beautiful landscapes of the State for 11 days. This was the perfect opportunity to push our riding skills to the next level. All of us know - at least theoretically - how we should switch gears in anticipation of turns and how counter steering should be performed along the curve, but it’s only during this kind of trips that we get to practice it, at least for those of us living in South Florida. Also, the input and feedback from the rest of the group becomes valuable. There is always a friend riding behind us that gets to watch how we are maneuvering and that will provide valuable feedback in the next stop about how he is seeing us ride, providing advise on how we could improve. As Alexis shared with me while we were having lunch near Crested Butte, CO after a curvy road: “If you are not enjoying it, you are doing it wrong. You are going too fast.” At the Club, they focus on each rider being able to improve at its own pace.Also, the marketing guys at BMW got it right when they designed the promotional posters featuring a group of friends riding together: what we want when we buy a motorcycle is not the motorcycle itself. We want the experience that comes with it when we become part of a group that rides together. We want the camaraderie. We want the memories, the laughs, the challenges, the bonding. This is what the Club that Alexis leads and Francisco enables is providing: the right environment to be able to transform the acquisition of our motorcycle into the experience that we ultimately are looking forward to get from it.

I go here for all my BMW needs. The service is fast and always done right the first time. Special shot out to the parts department, Jorge Wickel and the service department for going the extra mile to fit me in for an install the same day I bought the part. They were booked but still found a way to squeeze me in! Recommend them 💯! As for the parts department, they were able to find a part for my bike that I could not find anywhere and thought was discontinued! The whole team was amazing! Heres my experience at this dealership: Horrible! My 1200 GT bike started displaying alternating flashing ABS lights. The dealer told me that it was surely caused by worn rear rotor and brakes and that replacing them was mandatory . It would cost 1000$. I was in disbelief since I had only 30.000. miles on the odometer and the break pads were replaced at another dealer just 2 months before. I did not feel like arguing and left quite frustrated. Thereafter I took a risk and continued using the bike for close to 1 year, ignoring the flashing lights. The breaks continued working perfectly throughout! Finally I had to go to the other dealer for an oil change so I decided to have the ABS reevaluated ( 2nd opinion). To my delight but also consternation, he found that the only fault was a low break fluid. Adding that resolved the code issue. Pursuing the recommendation of BMW of Miami would have been a 1000$ mistake!!!

What an experience! The guys here at BMW Motorcycles of Miami are top notch. Everyone is very friends, and incredibly knowledgeable. The store itself is immaculate, not a spec of dust anywhere. You can easily see their attention to detail and love for what they do, not to mention the great selection of bikes on the floor. Even if you dont need a new bike, the gear they have is the best of the best. Ill be sure to revisit them soon when its time for an upgrade. Very impressed.
