5” extended bags and side covers came in less than a week. Installation was fairly easy. All the holes were drilled, and everything lined up perfectly. Will order again soon for another client.

Their products are made out of fiberglass, and the finish of their products is impressive. Bags and fender came all polished, and ready to prime. Bags were pre-drilled and fitted on my customer’s like a glove. Best price / quality I’ve experience so far. Will definitely buy again!!!

Bought saddle bags, license plate holder and lights in which I spent over $1600 back in July of 2018, I have yet to get my license plate holder in which I have repeatedly asked for the past several months. The saddle bags were damaged and needed way more sanding work to them also. Tried calling their customer service line and you can never reach anyone, it always rings and then you get a voicemail even at all times during their hours of operation. Talked online to David several times in which I told him of situation and has not been resolved and have several screenshots of conversations to prove it. Was told I would be getting a call back, but have not received one phone call. Asked for my $150 that I paid for the license plate holder and have not received that either. Have a bike build in which I have already invested over $20k into and out of all the places Ive bought parts at this is the worst place for customer service. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

Got a front and rear bumper cover for my Maserati GT and I gotta say I am very pleased with the quality. I was concerned about the weight vs stock but these are even lighter!

I tried to place an order over the phone without seeing the part because I was on a business trip and I was guided by sale representative Mike. He was great throughout the order process and guided me into buying what I needed for my Harley. I recommend!

Ordered the 6 inch stretch bags and fender for a 2014 street glide. Extremely disappointed with the quality. The holes in the bags were mis-drilled and too big for the stock parts. Took forever to get a response and when I did they told they would tell ME how to fix it, costing me more money. Other option was to pay to send them back and wait weeks to get new bags...no guarantee they would be right. My painter had to do a lot of work to get the fender painted, still working on getting the bags drilled properly and it will cost more than normal to prep them for painting. Would not suggest these parts to others.

Purchase their 7” down and 7” out saddlebags and fender with CVO lights, and I can tell you this kit looks damn sexy! Oustanding quality, pre-drilled and primered. Very happy!

They are the same as bagger bags. Junk products. They post pics of bikes that dont even have their product on them on their Instagram to make the customer think that its quality stuff.

It took about 6 weeks to get my 6 inch stretched bags for my honda vtx and my Painter told me these are the worst set of bags he has ever seen and these bag cost me $1,500.00 and then my Painter charged me $1,100.00 to fix them and paint them. The bags are very rough and they arent worth $1,500.00 and watch out they will lie to you about products being shipped. And they are helpful in selling you something but the quality of there products are just plain horrible.

Ive ordered from them 7 different parts April 24th today is the 16th of June and I have yet to receive anything.They NEVER ANSWER the phone ...There customer service is HORRIBLE!!Ive asked 5 different times for a invoice or tracking number ..Im guessing that its a crappie shoot if any of my parts will arrive...

These parts are for experienced individuals but they are great quality and well priced.

I ordered 6 baggers and I got the bags but no hardware and now I cant get anybody to call me back and see if they got shipped or what. My body guy is spending countless hours on repairing the poor quility of these bags. The work is weak and customer support sucks. I regret ordering from this company. I just might send everything back if I dont get my hardware in the next 2 days. I have been waiting for these for 6 weeks already and havent got the full order yet. I have tons of bike shows to go to and cant because of this hold up of this company.

Although shipping took a bit long the wait for all worth it. I build bikes for a living and I gotta say I am very pleased with these parts.

I used to shop bagger parts at Baddad but honestly for the difference in price its a no brainer. I put a bit more work on these parts but the quality is real good, parts are durable. I am very happy with my purchase.

These are NOT custom VTX bags and fender like they list online. Its Harley stuff and they just slapped a VTX label on the box.These bags and fender dont fit well on the VTX. Spend the extra money and get a more finished and refined product from someone who knows what theyre doing. I was fine with the extra mock up and prep work, but once I installed the fender so I had an appropriate gap between the fender and the seat……the fender was about 3 inches too short in relation to where the bags sat nicely on the VTX. I am currently in the process laying fiberglass to extend the fender down further.And speaking of fiberglass, the bags and fender are flimsy and the fit and finish is terrible. I highly doubt I will ever get the lids to fully seal.After spending over $800, I couldnt be any less satisfied with this product at all. Maybe they sent me the wrong fender……I dont know, and at this point I dont care. Id send them back but I am sick and tired of dealing with these people.
