After a long day of dealer hopping Johanna called and well she became our life savor. I was annoyed by other dealers but they ALL made it smooth and better. Buying a used car is no easy thing heck even brand new cars break down ish happens :) they even helped me with the down which was the most appreciated and comforting thing that day

I bought a car from them. And one HOUR after driving off their lot my car broke down it wouldnt start. I waited for AAA for three hours with my 8yr old daughter in the backseat, who was starving because we were stuck on the side of the road and couldnt have dinner. We got home at 9pm on school night.

I bought a car yesterday, not even 8 hrs after using it the car started having serious mechanical issues, they didnt want to give the refund and wanted to give me another car, they sale broken cars and they state that after you take the car out of the agency they are not responsable if the car break down, worst place ever

These people are a scam. Go else where with your money , theyre just trying to take your money for a sale! They sold me a 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan , my sales lady was Genova , the car had multiple issues it left me on the highway, they took over a week to fix it and didnt offer any discounts or a different car . Stay away from them go spend your money with an honest company .

I sent a message for a Cherokee, Genova told me that is was available and just to stop by, I live in Kendall and after drive with traffic almost 45 mints, when I get there she just told me that the vehicle was sold and that she coul offer me other one, what a shame, scam, descarada, no tienen verguenza, they play with people, do not buy from them.....

We live in Arcadia and took the 3 hour drive to look at a mustang. My husband found the add on Facebook and was speaking to woman by the name Genova for 3 days. We get here and some gentleman tells us they don’t have that car!We stressed that we have spoke to this woman and she will be right here they told us but unable to produce the vehicle.Again we drove 3 hours and again my husband was texting her for 3 days before he decided to take the drive.The guy just brushed it off oh man I know I know! How about no you don’t buddy we got up at 6 am and left by 7 to be here! And then you just try to sell me something else on the lot. Such a horrible horrible place. Bad customer service! Would not recommend to anyone!

Car listed on facebook marketplace. Im actively looking for a second vehicle. I ask the person on the chat...MARY, if I can call or they can call me. The person messaging me tells me shes not authorized to give out the number...but sends me the dealership name. Im no rocket scientist, but thats crazy. I told her I dont text about business matters. absolutely ridiculous. I wonder how much business theyve lost. count mine as one...this was an easy sell.

Alejandra provided the best customer service, she was extremely friendly and welcoming. We were able to take the vehicle for a test ride, and once we purchased the vehicle they automatically filled up the gas tank, and cleaned it. I highly recommend this place. 03 of December I bought a pickup car Ford F-250 at this place,first cheating start with payment,our down payment and down payment paper was different,we contracted everything for diesel car but after finish papers and approval bank they sold gasoline,car was broken down after some days,when we buy car they sold us warranty for 1 year or 12.000 mile which one is not coverage cars any damage,registration and title they said will be for 2 people name but still not done too,Leslie is working at this place small lier,deceiver.Everything starts from her sales and after all is cheating,sales managers,financ departments Daniel and others all is cheating customers,now we send all documents to court but they not answer my lawyers call,when we call they pickup phone and quickly turn off.Dont go here and dont buy any cars here if you dont want lose money and waste time,I hope my experience will help others save time,money and nervous

These People Are Very Disrespectful and dont know how to treat customers .. My girlfriend and i Bought a car from here and 3 weeks later engine blew .. We called so the car can be fixed and they gave us a run around for 3 weeks straight meanwhile the car sat but want to call for payments of car 2 of the guys i guess are owners cursed me out til the point we were going to fight.. When you outside is one thing , when you get inside is another. the guy outise told us 1500 down and about 300 monthly. when we went inside the manager said $5500 down and $499 monthly. like if it was a 2020 mercedes. THIS PLACE IS TOTAL BS! total waste of time. i went somewhere else and got approved for a $17k car with only $1000 down -- $350 monthly. sounds to me like this place trying to steal peoples money. again.. do not go here if you dont want time wasted.

After discussing details over the phone explaining the entire situation and terms on the vehicle. They changed everything as soon as I got there, nothing that was discussed held true, or even close. I went to dealership to purchase a vehicle I got approval on the vehicle we wanted. I drive 1hour back to the dealership to pay and finish the deal they advised me they sold the car the night before and didnt even advise me they sold it prior to my 1hour drive down and I talked with them prior to driving down. Selected another vehicle after the Manager Angel advised the car will be waiting for me. I got another call saying they once again sold the car. In done with Drive Us Miami they full of it.......

This dealer kept asking for my financial statements and check stubs. Then asked for a total of 6 months of bank statements. After a week of dealing with them and them pulling my credit they denied me because I have other car loans. Then why did you ask me for 6 months of bank statements after you pulled my credit? This seems a bit on the shady side.

I DO NOT recommend it, they sold me a vehicle which two weeks after taking it out was damaged, the owner told me he gave me a one-year guarantee and what he did was sell me a car insurance which does not work in all the workshops and when I call them couple decitle about my car they treated me very badly, hateful they even hung up the phone, they really made fun of selling a car in such bad condition
