Placed order and 3 weeks later no delivery although sit states taking online orders. Emailed and no response. Called and left message x2 and no response. Unfortunately, 2nd bad experience. Last time order sent to wrong address and it took 30 days for it to be rectified. Good product but comes with bad customer service.

I spent $440 with this company - I specifically asked for an item that can trim hair, and was just up sold the most expensive shaver. Come to find out it’s not even a good shaver and can’t trim hair.I emailed customer service and they told me I can get a full refund in store - but the store manager “Mickey” at Boca Raton Mall refused to do it.The customer service number doesn’t even work and you have to go through the most roundabout process to even try and get someone.... I have still not been given a refund. So now the company has their item back AND my $400 plus dollars.This company just wants to take your money and run.This company should be shut down.
