I was trying to shop but kept getting interrupted by a different sales associate every 10 seconds (I am not exaggerating). It felt like a joke or like they were mocking me or something — I would take a step (it is a very small store) and someone new would say “can I help you find anything?” It’s great that they are attentive but it was way too much and made the experience very awkward.

Employees very attentive, greeted at door. Employees also communicated well on sales an informing me on what specials they have!

Its a bath and body works... arent they all the same?

Its a nice, well organized, well presented,clean store. Although I must say that the staff are really overbearing. I could turn a corner without someone trying to sell me something, or wanting me to smell something. They mean well Im sure, but its a little too much.

The ladies working at this store are super nice, but incompetent. I’ve never had an issue redeeming a mailed coupon with my purchases before in ANY other store... but it’s clear the managers here and the sales associates need much more training to not mess up a simple transaction. Thanks the bath and body works customer service for giving me back the coupon they messed up.

Omg this was one of the best visits I had . I wish I remembered the employee name she was great and very helpful. So sweet. I was trying to find mens Hero. And she was very help and patient.

I love to treat myself to some smell goods at Bath and Body Works. The Bath and Body Works at Bayside isnt the largest or fanciest B&B that Ive been to but they have a good selection and helpful employees. Best of all, its at the must-visit Bayside in Miami!

Never knew bath and body works had a Mens department, was very surprised and loved the selection as a early bday gift for my baby!

Staff needs training. Definitely. Store needs more organization in terms of their sales and promos and stock. Many times ive come here and shelves are empty. Multiple people and just one greeting customers while their ring up people. I usually find what I am looking for and have their current sales displayed correctly. But they need more coaching: for services and productivity.

Horrible service! I had some question and no one help me. I had a coupon and the manager Ashley never helped me with anything that I ask! The cashier was willing to help me and on front on me and other customer the manager told her that she will be fired if she do that. I’m a loyal customer from bath and body works but this is the worst experience and service with the manager and the store in general

Employees were very helpful, I was able to understand what certain oils and lotions were ideally used for. That information certainly helped in making a purchase.

I called this location on New Years Day January 1st 2019 and asked a gentleman who answered the phone what time they will be closing. He told me that they would be closing at 10 p.m. . At 8:19 I arrived at the store at Bayside to purchase some items and saw a closed sign on the door. A lady came to the door by the name of Lizzie and stated that they were closed I explained I called earlier and was told 10 p.m. . By this time a gentleman named Carlos who says he was the manager came to the door along with another gentleman in which Carlos began waving his hand in my face stating that they were closed and to check the website it states it on the website. I explained as a manager of 14 years at one specific location first you do not wave your hand in a customers face secondly each employee should know what time you close especially on holidays so when someone calls they can inform them of the correct times. I asked for a manager above hands number because I had paid $10 to park just to go to the store I had no other reason to be at Bayside and was told they could not give me a number. So not only did I not get the items I went for I also lost $10 for parking for no reason when I was told something else on the phone. The so-called manager Carlos stated that I must have spoken with him and he must have been mistaken. Yeah big mistake that cost me $10. I am not a happy camper and I have shopped at this particular bathandbodyworks for over a decade and a half.
