One of the girls looked at me when I walked in and turned her head. I walked up to her for help. She rolled her eyes and didnt respond. I continued with my questions until she reluctantly helped. Very rude! She wouldnt answer my questions was ignoring me. The other young ladies were very helpful

Had to make a review right when I left because I bought 2 of the most BEAUTIFUL wigs from here!! Was scared to uber there because I bought so many cheap front lace wigs online and they all itch, not thick or long enough, and theyre just not pretty. They have $30 dollar wigs here that look like they cost $200 😍😍 Coming back here to buy more wigs til my hair grows! Tbh, I never went back cause I preferred sallys for my dyes and I bought bad bleach from here once but their wigs are to die foooor. Everyone was so nice! Great hair store, will recommend if anyone wants dyes and wigs!

I went to this place to buy a make-up brush and a liquid mascara. The brush is a good size and it has bristles rather than plastic spikes. This mascara is definitely worth the hype or promotion. It is was inexpensive and it gives absolutely perfect lashes. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

I love this beauty supply store. It’s right by my house so I go OFTEN. I’ve bought some of everything from them. Wigs. Nail supplies. Skin care. Even makeup products. They have the best. And they are easy to communicate with about what you’re looking for. I really love how they delivered products during the quarantine. Holding us down! I love coming here for my necessary beauty supplies. The gentlemen working are kind and very helpful. I love the variety of products especially for my type of hair and the atmosphere is generally friendly. Four stars because some of the female workers do have a bad attitude.

I have been coming to this store for years as I live in the area. All of a sudden they no longer give military discounts after giving military discounts for years. As they say with new management, comes new policies. Sure wish the old management, would come back. Time to find a new beauty supply store.

That Spanish girl was so helpful and kind, didn’t think she had knowledge about my type of hair. Hands down she was the most professional worker I’ve come across to in that store other workers have nasty attitudes when you need help

I get all of my hair supplies from the Beauty Exchange. The store is well organized so its easy to fine what you are looking for and if you should have a problem there is someone to help you. The store is always clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Third time I have shopped there and each time I along with another customer asked to use restroom and were told customers had to use restrooms at the Winn Dixie or Wendys near by. Sure as they do use their restroom there, then why cant customers. I did mention to cashier and he said hell let manager know. Manager knows already and that place should be reported to proper authorities.

Customers not social distancing and no mask. Male cashier seemed to only be concerned with making sales. Not concerned with safety.

The store is great but the girl name Dominique who did my wig rushed thru it didnt cut off the wig straps, didnt glue it down properly and she didnt pluck the edges. Plus I gave her a really good tip. I feel cheated. Never again!!!
