I got there exactly at closing time and they let me in with a smile. I apologized about arriving at closing but it was URGENT and promised it wouldnt happen again. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 5*

If I could rate them no stars I would!! Horrible experience!!! The cashier and manger were very rude. I came for edge control and the price had said 8.99 on the price tag. When the cashier rung the price up she said it was $11.99 without tax included. She said the price tags were wrong and they didn’t change it from two days ago. They try to get customers over basically. They won’t say anything unless someone points out the price. That’s not my problem that they didn’t change the price tags. If it said 8.99 it should have been no more than at least 10 with taxes included. I’m not complaining about paying for it but they didn’t honor their price tag. I also experienced them mugging and being rude to me and my mom’s friend over them not changing their price tag on their products. Will never come there again!!!!

The store always crowed with boxes in the isle can barely walk threw the store. It is difficult to get help. No one is ever around. A person at the door standing in the way which makes it difficult to walk inside. I will not be returning.

Today my experience was good, much better than the usual.....helped by a young man who was very professional and nice, please keep him around. There is an older Hatian woman who sometimes work there(they say she is the manager) she is the absolute rudest manager I have ever come across. Nonetheless I like Elegant Beauty Supply stores.

Horrible customer service. I was going to purchase a 28 pieces ., but after the associate took my hair to the cashier, I asked why are giving him my hair ? Her answer was it’s company policy , Do they really think everyone steals . I politely left the item . Not spending my money where it’s not valued and treated like a thief !! It’s too many beauty supplies around ., never ever will I come here again !!! 👎

There was a young guy there that was super helpful and kind when I had no clue where to get what my mom told me to buy for her. The prices there were pretty good too

Nadine is an exceptional employee. Willing to go above and beyond for a customers needs. Very professional & with a ton of energy with much integrity. I came inside to try on a particular wig & she was beyond amazing. Willing to take her time to educate customers on the particular wig and styling that is suitable for me. I appreciate when people like nadine take pride in their work & its rare to find passionate workers that show much promise in their customer service delivery.

I had a Funeral to attend and it was the day before the funeral when I walked in and needed someone to help me with lace wig I purchased previously but just needed to get put on. Nadine was at the register and from the moment I walked in until I left , it was awesome cx service. She took the time to get my hair done and did an excellent job. I Have noticed after asking around how much these ladies that assist with putting on wigs inside these stores actually make and realize they may only receive $5 of the total amount charged. Very disappointed to hear that and believe those doing hair in the store, who drives more business to the store by the way, should be paid more from the money that the store receives when one pays to get their hair done. To Nadine, and everyone else that worked to make my visit a pleasant experience, thank You!!!

I was coming here for the longest but then I realized their prices are much higher than competitors... So I have to go where I will save a buck or $5.00!!

This place is extremely stuffy and overcrowded with claustrophobic aisles to squeeze through several times as i was walking about the store trying to find certain hair products and extensions i tripped over merchandise they had out in the floor not safe especially for a 7month pregnant patron and im not even as big as The average woman this far along. To think they dont even have the shelves properly stocked in the back for sales items. Though the staff did help me they didnt seem happy about it

They had all of the products i needed and the cashiers helped me to find anything i needed and had great customer service

My mom whom has a mental disability came into the Miami Gardens store to look for products for her hair and she had trouble articulating what she wanted and Nadine was so patient and stood with my mom until she obtained all 6 of her items. I am so grateful for her and that store as won a loyal customer.

This store is small and hot with nothing in stock. You get what you seeLook how long to respond. A whole year. That lets you know exactly everything you need to know about a company. NOT GOOD AT ALL

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I walked in at 9 a.m on Friday 11/02 when they opened, I was greeted once I entered but that was about it. I normally do not get extensions and I was completely lost and with the store being empty with 3 employees, I could not get anyone to give me the help I needed. I politely walked out and took my business elsewhere.

I just love this place.The girls greet you when you come in and the man at register is always nice helpful and friendly.They always have everything in stock#1 place to go for hair items.Only thing not making them 5 stars is the synthetic wigs are a bit too expensive for me.
