Ive been calling for 3 days trying to pay for my storage because for some reason my account email address isnt allowing me to find my unit and pay for it and my phone number has changed....NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE TO HELP. All I ever get is voicemail. Why have a phone if you arent going to answer it.

The lady I worked with when my automatic payment erred was very helpful and the problem was quickly resolve. In addition, there was a very siginicant rate increase implemented recently, and she was able to get me relief from the increase for three months. I would give them a 5-star rating except for the size of the rate increase. For someone who has been a long-term customer like me, and treats the storage as an ongoing expense, its starting to make me wonder whether a long-term arrangement is feasible. Rates are apparently set by the corporate office, and Ive gotten no explanation. The amount of the inrease is far more than I would expect from an established business with relatively fixed costs.

Upon arriving to the property I was greeted by a very pleasant woman I believe named Holly or Hanna I’m not sure. But I can definitely say the young woman was extremely helpful throughout the whole process I experienced all the way from the first phone call I had with her to the time when we finalized the lease agreement. This is definitely a pleasing company to lease a storage unit with if you need one.

Stored my whole house here it was great Holly was very helpful, vacated space will use ps again.

Public storage was great rented with them since 2018, I had the pleasure of dealing with Holly she was very nice to me and helped me when I was on property, I did vacate my spaces but will return if I ever need storage again thank you for keeping my items safe.

Tried to book a unit and the manager said that the introductory rate was only 6-8 months as their prices go up at that time. We were told on the phone that it would be at that price for 2 years. She said that was customer service and not what they practice there. Would have been nice to know ahead of time and have everyone on the same page.*** Original rating was 3. I upped it to a 5 star because the district manager took the time to call me and get more information to look into how this miscommunication can be avoided in the future. I dont expect everything to go right all the time, but him taking the time to call me, hear what happened, and apologize even though it was out of his control, says a lot.***

I was in need for a storage facility and this place is less that a mile from my apartment. It is very clean and well kept. The manager Rebecca showed me the unit and spent time explaining the operation of the place. The sold items that I needed locks, boxes plastic wrap, damp check and more. Because of its convenience, Rebeccas great customer service, patience and product knowledge, I chose to store my things there and I highly recommend this store.

Had to wait to get in, no one was in the office during business hours.

I looked at all the storage facilities in the area, and this branch of Public Storage had the BEST rates by far. That being said, I absolutely committed after speaking with the property manager. Sandie is incredible! She made everything so easy to understand, and was so helpful and patient with me. She was extremely thorough, and so kind. Sandie made me feel comfortable after my first call in, and I feel so happy about my decision to store with Public Storage now that Ive met her. The facility itself is very easy to get to, and set up very well. They were installing security updates when I visited so I feel very comfortable trusting them with my belongings. Thank you Sandie for being AMAZING and making this the easiest part of my moving journey!!!!!

Going into it I was dreading getting a storage unit. Dealing with people, the paperwork I just wasnt looking forward to it. However when I got there I experienced some of the best customer service Ive ever had. Although every person working their was great one stood out Above the Rest. An employee named Cinnamon is there a reason Im writing this review. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and just fun to be around. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for storage units.

I am so pleased with the service at Public Storage. Sandies customer service was exceptional, as well as Hollys. I was able to secure an outstanding rate on a unit, plus given choices and options that would make my move so stress free! I will be recommending this business and location to all my friends.

When I signed up online for the their special of $1 for first months rent I was contacted immediately by Holly. I let her know I was on a time restraint and had to have the UHaul rental back within three hours. She advised me of the time it would take once I arrived and it was seamless to complete the sign up process and gain access to the unit with her personal assistance. The 5x5 unit seemed larger than I imagined and was clean. The door came with a lock and three keys. The slide down door worked well with no jams or difficulty locking. They provide metal carts inside near the units to move your property. There is plenty of entry ways to access your unit close by. The drive ways are spacious enough to drive two trucks by each other. The gate code worked perfectly and the gate was quick to open. They provide 6am to 9pm access and the entire facility is clean. As well this facility is within walking distance from the final stop of the lite rail near Gilbert road which was needed for my needs. As well another office person was accommodating allowing me to hook up my charger inside the waiting area in one instance. My only suggestion is to be prepared to pay anywhere from $65 to $95 for the first months rent despite the $1 online offer. This includes insurance, administration fee and who knows what else, but it ads up to $65 quick. Storage units are like onions, the more you peel it away the more you see it is still an onion. Some type of an adjustment would be nice as that is over $2 a day. This is typical of all storage companies as I only used the unit for one moth and cancelling the unit was very easy as well. You get to keep the lock and three keys they provide.

I’ve had great service. The employees were very friendly. I believe all of my property is safe. One employee particularly made me feel very well I believe her name is Sarah. I hope I didn’t get the name wrong. Thank you for your excellent service.

The service was great and the manager Holly was courteous and knowable about everything. She seemed to know what I needed more them me!! I liked that because I get complacent sometime and think I need more then whats necessary. The area was well kept and despite my concerns about security she was very reassuring, so much so, that relocated my mothers storage there from another storage company. I recommend this public storage location Highly.

I came in a week ago needing a unit and was not ready and the size I needed was not available But left my info with Sandie and Nadia. Today I received a call from Cinnamon in regards to an available space. I was doing laundry and now realizing that should have rented the space when I was there last week but being new to Arizona forgot the location. Apparently Sandie gave Cinnamon my info and Cinnamon called on an available unit and left me a message which gave me the EXACT location which I forgot earlier . I didn’t answer but instead decided to show up. Together we all came up with the best space for me at a price that was almost to good to be true. I wasn’t pressured and was treated so nicely I almost forgot I was dealing with storage altogether. This was a new friendship, a welcome to Arizona and a business deal at the same time. They treat you like a person and not just another dollar. Customer service like this is rare in this day and age. I will recommend Public Storage to my friends and family.

Made reservation online had the chance to talk to Holly she confirmed with me the reservation and asked if I needed any help, everything was pretty smooth and got my unit, I liked that I didnt have to go into the office to confirm anything with covid going on very good option for someone who is paranoid with this pandemic.

Ive been at public storage for approximately four months. The last few times Ive come in to make my payment its been the same two young ladies there. Holly and Sandy talk about fast friendly service. That would be these two. In and out in a couple of minutes. Answered any questions I had and also asked me questions to make sure I was satisfied with the service. The friendly upbeat attitude they have is great.

Cinnamon took care of me and my family, not to mention our storage needs like a total pro. she was kind, helpful, and an overall good person. very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions quickly and accurately. she was the best and would definitely consider coming back to public storage.

Dirty, people living in there sheds

The employees here are very genuine and welcoming. Bernice and her crew are outstanding and super accommodating. I cant think of any negative things to say about my experience at this facility. My unit is great, customer service is excellent and the rate for my unit is fair. Ive used and researched multiple storage facilities and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Public Storage on Main St. I plan on keeping my valuables here for as long as they need safe keeping!

I just rented a unit the other day, and LAURA at the Mesa location on Main St. did an awesome job! She took me on the golf cart to look at my size unit first to make sure it would be big enough, and she was so nice to show me all the available units in my size to take my pick! Upon checkout, I was confused about the promotion so I was like a dollar and sixty cents short and she knew I couldnt pay it, so she even offered to, and did cover the remaining amount for me! She was very knowledgeable about the place while giving me the tour. The other guy behind the counter was also very nice and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for storage. The 5*10 size are good if you know how to pack it right, up to the ceiling. (which is high.) Nice, clean place. 5 stars.

Well kept storage facility, nice promotion now (Nov 2019) 1st month $1, large drive areas so no issues unloading, decent price on website (compared to other close by locations at the time I rented). Security seems good and employees seem to know what is going on.

This was a great place to store my stuff. Berenice rented it out to me, and was very quick and efficient. I rented a unit for six monthd and never had any issues. Their website makes it so easy to pay the bill. Sandie did the vacate process quickly and was super nice. I would rent a unit here again if I ever needed to.

I love coming to this facility. There is always a good energy. Sandie sets the bar with caring for her customers and cinnamon is so efficient and runs her property with a stern hand and a kind heart. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Came in and told them what we wanted and they gave us exactly what we were looking for. The gate is constantly closed unless you use your code, given to you at the time of renting the unit. My husband and I are pleased with our experience here and plan to continue to rent here as long as we need it.

I was looking in the area for a good storage unit that wasnt overpriced and well managed. I found that when I walked in and spoke with Cinnamon. I explained to her what my circumstances were and she took me to look at two different units. Every time I come by to make a payment she is always in good spirits and makes you feel like a valued customer. 5 star rating since I have not found one thing that I didnt like about the managment, staff or the compound. I came to public storage just to put my stuff away until I found a new place to live. I was thinking it was going to be the worst experience ever. The staff was great ! They went out of their way to see that everything was done right.
