Wow, wow, wow. This was the smoothest and fast storage unit booking Ive ever done. Thanks to the store manager Stephanie, for making my life easier today. I reserved the unit online and received a call from her within minutes. Stephanie explained the process and had me all set up within seconds (at least it felt like it). You rock and thank you for the fast and simple transition to extra space!

Normally Im not one to leave reviews but after going in extra space storage on Ellsworth and Guadalupe I felt I have to. I went in to check on prices for a storage unit and was met by an incredibly bubbly and kind lady named Stephanie. She was incredibly welcoming and helped me with all the info I needed and unlike most places that change their attitude if you dont purchase right then and there, she stayed incredibly kind and it was an absolute breath of fresh air.

After looking at so many different storage facilities, I was at the point of giving up, I found Extra Space Storage! Moving from Florida to Arizona is a big deal! Stephanie the manager of the Guadalupe location was heaven sent! She has helped me so much! She has demonstrated an amazing professional and courteous customer experience for me that I value and appreciate, especially in today’s world! I am truly grateful for her sincere help with transitioning to a new journey there in Arizona!!! Thank you Stephanie for being such a tremendous help to me!!! I had a dilemma but with Stephanie’s suggestions my worries were gone! I am So happy and relieved my movers will be able to deliver my things with no problems!!!

Very easy process to sign up with online! Made the experience very fast and hassle free. I’m active duty army and needed storage! The staff here is very polite and sympathetic to your needs. Never had an issue getting staff on the phone, and they are very prompt. Very organized and the property is clean. Access to the property is easy to navigate and location is easily accessible from the 202. It’s a great place!

I have many compliments to say about this place, but I think the biggest one is the staff. The staff were so kind and very attentive to my needs. I appreciated their care and attention to contact me the couple times when I had accidentally left my door ajar (special thanks to Lauree) . They were kind when I had to move my moms unit into my name and considered my needs financially in how they set up my unit in the system. I appreciated that they were always very kind and that they were very understanding and responsive when I had to move out on short notice. It was a very clean place, easy to access with great staff. One difficult part was the expense of renting a storage unit, and its one reason I had to leave, but I think this is in many places and not only one storage business. I thank them for their kindness to me and wish them every success as they continue to provide their customers with kind and excellent care. I will be recommending this place if someone asks.

Alyssa was extremely sweet to work with over the phone. She made setting me up with a parking spot for my rv quick and easy. Alyssa was very patient with the loud background noise and me trying to talk through my silly mask. Id give her service 6 stars if I could.

We had to store our things for about 6 months while our house was finished and it was such a great experience. We liked them so much we referred my mother in law there so she can store her things while her house is being built. Also so friendly and available whenever we had a question. I’ve really been impressed with this facility. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially Lauree. The rates are exceptionally affordable of any other storage facility within several miles and it’s always very clean and well kept. They also have a 5 day grace period after your payment due date and if you’re like me and sometimes totally space that you missed your due date, they call with a friendly reminder around the second or third day. There is a slight increase to the rental periodically, but not much. Very happy with Extra Space Storage and would definitely recommend.

Moving into the storage unit was easy. Very helpful staff that gave me the best possible deal on the units I rented. From the helpful staff to everything else in between. Very clean. Rented a unit online, but due to a technical issue had to go to the facility to wrap up some paperwork. Lauree was amazing! Walked me through it all and ensured that the space was going to work for me. The location of the space wasnt going to work, and she quickly found another unit with better access. As we were driving around the property she was super friendly with everyone there... saying hi and checking in on them. Later that day as I was loading up my storage unit, she was driving nearby and waved.

Awesome service. I wasn’t even Done filling out my application online and I received a call from the office. They were happy to help. I was signed up then in and out of my newly assigned storage unit within 1 1/2hrs. Then she called me today to let me know I didn’t lock my unit properly when I closed my storage unit last night. I am so glad they checked my unit! I feel safe knowing they check on things.

I would highly recommend this storage facility Sarah and Paul are really friendly and easy to work with. I had originally got a small unit that filled up quickly then got another unit that also filled up quickly so I finally got one big unit that could fit all my stuff. When I was done emptying out the units and had it all in one they already had me all set up and off the smaller units.

Our experience here has been amazing. Booking our storage space was very easy and fast. Lauree called us after booking our storage unit online and she made it much easier. She explain the storage space we reserved but noticed we rented the wrong one. She quickly fixed that and emailed us the paperwork to sign. She texted us all the information we would need to get into the storage unit and even sent us a picture of the map telling us where our unit was. I definitely recommend using them!

Lauren took care of my needs and want to thanks Hector and Chris at the other location on southern that found me the last rv spot and sent me to Lauree . Lauree did a great job explaining everything that I needed to know.

I was caught in a hard spot when escrow on the house we are purchasing was delayed at the last minute so the house we are purchasing also got delayed. We had already shipped our whole house to AZ and the items had to be stored. Extra Space Storage got me set up with the needed storage spaces at 4:30 on the 10th so the truck could unload at 7:00 the next morning. Everyone at Extra Space Storage was so helpful and really saved me a huge headache.
