We rented a couple of spaces from this place and management is amazing and easy to work with! They communicate so well, I had a flat tire over the weekend and they reached out to me personally to let me know. Service like that exceeded all expectations! We would definitely recommend this place be your go-to storage facility!

We have had Power Self storage for over a year while we were buying a new home. When we finally purchased a home and started moving our belongings from this place, we discovered our unit had been invested with TERMITES. We definitely did not have termites before moving our stuff in there and now we had to throw out loads of furniture, Christmas decorations including my brand new Christmas tree, and priceless paintings my husbands deceased grandmother made. We also had moved boxes to our new home before realizing there were termites in our unit and now have to pay to have our new home treated to make sure we didnt accidentally bring the problem home with us!The facility is taking NO responsibility for this even though this is definitely their PROBLEM! We even paid monthly for the extra renters insurance and it is not something their insurance even covers! When confronting the facility with this problem they basically told us we were out of luck and they dont protect their renters and thats why they suggest the insurance WHICH DOESNT COVER THEIR LACK OF MAINTENACE AND CARE!!!DONT RENT HERE!!!

I have rented a space here since the company first opened. The property is new, very clean and well maintained. Even though the security is very high, it is easy to get in and out once you rent your space. They also offer RV parking very conveniently located to US 60, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, etc. I moved out of state and their service and communication has continued to be amazing. The staff is thoughtful and truly cares about their clients. I recommend them 100%!! A+ Company. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my belongings.

This place is WONDERFUL!! The customer service is friendly and so helpful, top notch. Just meeting Rob make my day!! With locks on the gates and doors, it feels really safe. The restroom is always very clean. I’d highly recommend.

Clean facilities and storage units ... friendly people behind the front desk ... walked in and filled out the app ... we were loading our unit within 30 minutes!

The actually storage was fine there were some issues with autopayment in the beginning but it was fixed. After giving notice of vacancy I received an unprofessional email after a desk was accidentally left and then retrieved 2 days later once we realized it was missing. The manager sent the attached email.

This facility has a termite issue! Do not use these storage units!

Dont park your boat or RV At Power Self Storage and RV unless you want it covered in bird poop. See pictures of boat after having it parked here for two weeks. We detailed the boat and after two weeks it had poop all over it. We cleaned it again and checked on it after two weeks and again poop all over it. We are in a uncovered parking spot and I expect the boat to get dirty a little but this is crazy. I called the manager Julie to see if they had any ideas or maybe we could look at trying a different spot and she was extremely rude and said what do you expect your boat is parked outside. I asked to speak with the owner and she refused to give me his number. I took my boat out of there and went down the street. Not only does my boat not have one drop of bird poop at this new facility but I am now saving $30 per month and I have a bigger spot. There is bird poop all over this place. Dont park here unless you want extremely bad service and bird poop all over your toys! These are the pics just after two weeks of having it Parked here. Disgusting!

I have not used this facility yet, but this review is in response to the previous review. Be more prepared for the elements. Use a cover when storing at an outdoor uncovered facility. Have an awesome day!

Absolutely fantastic, hassle-free customer service!

The manager locked my unit and suspended my gate code for non payment. However, my a account was never charged. The manager gets a kick out of harassing people because his personal life is less that ideal. Your wife left you because you are lame Don, not my fault.

Power Rd. Storage is easy to work with. They have good security measures and are very aware of security concerns. I park a work truck and dont need a lot fluff. Very business like experience.

This place is horrid! Termites are building colonies in the buildings. I had to throw out most of my things due to termite damage. Dont go here the manager will just say your unit your problem! Dont sign the contract without reading!!!!

Nice and clean storage facility!

Horrible place, the skinny guy running the show supposedly is a very dumb person and should no less be fired. The lady that works there smells like vodka and can never answer anything for me straight up. The answer is always different. Also my lock was cut and since there are no cameras inside no one could do anything about it. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
