Just moved to chandler a few months ago and decided to stop by and take a look around. Their staff was so welcoming and helped me pick out a great TV and gave me an awesome price! I definitely recommend this pawn shop!

Ive been working with this place for a long time. I just wanted to give a shout out to Ken (store manager) he has always been fair and accommodating. I used to be about 6 miles away from the store but now Im about 20 miles away. There are tons of other shops around me but Id rather make the trip to this location. I know they arent going to beat me down on price and will give me a fair price. Highly recommend this location. Ask for Ken!

My gf and I had some jewelry that we werent sure of its authenticity, a vacuum, a few toys, and pulled up the nearest pawn location.We came in without calling and just rolled the dice.We completely lucked out. John, politely offered to look at items in our van and saved us the trouble of bringing in items, that another store took a friendly pass on.It was the perfect time to show up, John was so professional, patient, and gladly showed us how they determine if our jewelry was gold and was extremely fair on all offers.I really cant express how happy we were to be helped by such a knowledgeable and honest man.We recommend Pawn 1st as the go to store and please ask for John.Youll be pleased I promise.

Under new management -Buyer beware. the new manager a rude and stubborn and not very knowledgeable about the subject matter. He always tries to stick me with the extended warranty ( which is 14 days) even when I tell him I don’t want it. He is clueless about gun laws as relates to picking up an item from hawk. He sold me a broken Fossil watch one time and wouldn’t do the trade up. I keep going back because it’s close to home and the other staff are down to earth and helpful. Especially the dude who should have been the new manager because he understands people can slip from time to time and the value of a lifelong customer exceeds that of your phony warranty. I cringe when I walk through the door and see him glaring my way and my heart goes out to the staff who have to deal with him every day. The merchandise is a good selection. Ive bought guitars and jackets and tools, I’ve pawned guns and tools guitars. The service is speedy, the one star is just because the “new manager “ burned me for the last time. Take him out of the equation and you have a 4 or 4.5 star shop,

They are AMAZING here. Today I got a 50 inch TV and a Laptop. Ken the store manager is super friendly and helpful. Glenda was super nice as well. Ken paid attention to my needs and sold me what I was looking for not the highest priced items he had. As long as he and his team are there I will be his customer.

Here I felt welcomed and cared for.I lost a family member and was awarded their estate; so that left me with alot of items to deal with. John made sure I had all my questions answered before I made any decisions; and he didnt rush me!I will definitely be visiting him again if the need comes up.

I love coming to this location, they are always very friendly and helpful, Glenda always takes care of me and my family. They always have something new and Interesting, also they actually offer you layaway, for some of us layaway works just great to be able to get Christmas present, birthday presents, etc. Come and checked them out.

I’m giving Pawn 1st five stars. Very professional, friendly and great at communication. My brother and I came in close to closing time. They stayed open late for us. In addition to staying open late, after closing when they found I had left my purse behind. They went out of their way to contact us. The ONLY reason I’m giving this store a 4 stars is because of the service and sincerity Ken provided when I went to pick up my jewelry today. After dealing with Mike on 11/3/20 and how poorly he treated me and awful I felt after leaving I vowed I would not come back to this place. I needed 2k and he only gave me $1900. I had to leave every piece of jewelry that I owned to still be shorted by $100 which would have not been the case if he would have honored a card I had that valued one of my pieces at $500. Anyhow glad the changes have been made.
