One of the coolest locations Ive been in, in Arizona. Service was quick and easy and I love the staff on my visit. The guy was super fun to talk to about all the new games. Very informative and willing to answer any questions you have. Highly recommend coming here for you gaming needs.

Nothing special here. I actually prefer not to go to this location because Ive had uncomfortable experiences with unlearned employees. Today however, I was able to find the first Dragonball cards of the year, thats right, of the year. So some amount of redemption has been found

So I purchased an Xbox one s for my son in December. 10 days later an internal power supply went bad they gave us an exchange kind of a drag re downloading everything but... then today my son started it up and it would just flash on and off. I called the store and was told it was a common problem with a refurbished unit and its just to bad they dont last. ENOUGH SAID I will never buy from game stop ever again. If they cant even stand by what they sell.

Every Gamestop I visit, the staff always help me look for in-store items at that location or will call another location! I think thats amazing! Also, they have a great collection of video games and video game related items.

I have delt with this GameStop couple times and to be honest I never feel care about helping me if I have questions. No concern for customers service here. Replace Sam please shes just Rude last two times Ive called. She just pretty much will blame the company or the internet or the computer and I cant even get help thanks Sam.

Get a pro membership and you will be happier in the long run. Only 20 bucks. But you will save a lot more than that. Plus they have a huge selection of games for x box one which is what I have.

I recently had the opportunity to “purchase” an elite trainer box at one of your stores online for pick up, but was told that they had sold it even after I had purchased it online.I called the Arizona, Baseline store to ask if they had any Pokémon elite trainer boxes available, the gentleman on the phone mentioned yes, but was not able to place on hold, best way is to purchase it online and come to the store to pick up. As soon as I hung up, I immediately went on the application and purchased the item I wanted for pickup and paid through PayPal at 4:44pm. I excitingly got up, left my house and drove 30 minutes to the store I had placed the order at. Once I got to the store I asked the woman employee at the counter that I was there to pick up my item I purchased over the GameStop application. She and another employee (man in glasses), looked skeptical when I had asked them for the item. They look over at some papers together, and came back toward me, and the man said that my item was purchased by someone else. I told the man, “Sir, I purchased the item online 30 mins ago, what do you mean you sold the item?” He then mentioned, “Did you not get the cancellation email?” At that moment, I looked into my email on my phone and saw no email. “ the man tried to give me an answer that we both knew was an excuse. I could not believe the item I had purchased online was gone and sold to someone else. I walked out of the store and got into my vehicle, and as soon as I started my ignition, I finally received the cancellation email at 5:24pm the GameStop employee had previously mentioned! I have been shopping at GameStop for 15 plus years and could not believe something like this happens!

I called this store while I was in town trying to hunt down a particular game. The guy who answered the phone sounded like a game show host and was very condescending. I used to love GameStop and didn’t remember why I stopped shopping there. Thanks for jogging my memory!

This store is awesome!! I heard gamestops.wer gonna be closing. To be honest I though oh well no big deal. This store restored faith!!! They were very knowledgeable and helped me get a replaced headset. Definitely appreciate them!!

I have been a huge GameStop supporter for years, overall I like their business model, company culture, and I really enjoy their perks and prices.The location closest to me actually closed down and I discovered this location. It has now become my favorite store in all of the valley. I cant lie, I have had lots of really good experiences in this store and legitimately have had fun shopping here. Im not a shopaholic so fun isnt normally how I would describe a shopping experience.Ultimately I think the manager here, Marky, really helps create an extremely positive environment, so much so that I always feel extremely comfortable in his store. He always makes the experience that much more. I would give 6 stars if Google would let me.My first experience is definitely worth sharing! I went in to trade in some games and purchase a new game. My girlfriend was looking to purchase me a gift so she opted in to pay for my pro renewal and to pay for the remaining balance on my new game, which was only $5 or so after all my trade-ins. I made a half-joke that she really gave me a great gift with the pro membership and we all laughed about it. It wasnt until later on that I found out she had secretly communicated with him right in front of me and got me some awesome batman socks and a $50 Nintendo e card.I really appreciate Marky, his employees, and the GameStop family for giving me great service after all these years.

Came here with my boyfriend the day before Fathers day and I was trying to be super stealthy when it came to getting my boyfriend a game and the store manager was so awesome! He took my cues and went along with it! I was able to surprise him on Fathers day with the gifts that I had gotten him and he had no clue that we did it right in front of him! Thank you so much! We will definitely make you our main game stop! Well be coming in to get my daughters switch lite soon!

So i bought a mix amp pro on November 23 from this location today December 5 and i brought it back to get a refund because the item was not working properly so the employee told me to bring all the stuff the came with it so i did and he said i had the wrong item with the box that the serial number didnt match i did not swap them or anything but he didnt know what to tell me other then say i got the wrong one and theres nothing i could do so advice dont buy any headset, controllers, hardrive, anything that is a electronic that theres something wrong with it, might have the wrong Serial Number!!!!!!!>:(

I love video games. I love selling, buying, and trading my games. Gamestop has all that but with a price. They low ball you everywhere you go then turn around and sell it at practically new prices. Regardless of the condition of the game they always refurbish or clean them to working capacity. If you want honesty go to fallout games.

I mean, its a GameStop. There doesnt really need further explanation. Ill go if Im in the area, or looking to browse idly for a game, but thats about it. Even as far as GameStops go this one is particularly small and uninteresting. If theres a game release Ill usually go out of my way to the next closest one to me. Not bad, but almost no reason to go.

Went here because another location messed up my purchase. Staff was phenomenal! Listened, apologized, and took the time to answer my questions and help me figure out what to do. Then answered another handful of questions about the pros and cons of different systems and helped someone pic an appropriate game for their 7 year old.

The inside is nice, decent selection. Service gets backed up fast if it gets busy, but at least they stay polite. The main thing I dont like is the parking lot. Its very cramped. Few spaces for several shops. The close parking spaces fill up quickly, but there are more if you dont mind a walk. Ive been visiting various Game Stop locations for years and this one is on par.

Always have great customer service at this location. Taking in three kids under ten to spend their Christmas money and they helped talk all of them through the process.

This place was great. Took my 10 year old grandson there to buy some new Rocket League cars. The staff was helpful and spoke directly to my grandson as he was the customer.

Ive been coming to this store for years and have never had a problem. The people that work here an knowledgeable and are very courteous. Pay for the Pro Membership, it will be more than worth it in the long run! Trade in enough to upgrade, ask them how they can give it to you for free and save you more money! But the smell from the nail salon, that has got to go.

My review is based on the staff since there is no difference between any two gamestops. The employees are very helpful, little to no lines, and they understand the feeling of needed a certain game asap! If they dont have it there then they will track a copy down at another location for you.

Im going to say this GameStop is excellent in customer service and the guys are friendly and dont put you down over games or other stuff. They deserve the five stars.

If you want mainstream western games, then its fine. I picked up a couple of FPSs and the service was good. If youre into JRPGs (and o am big time) dont bother unless you preorder them. There used to be a time where you could find any game you wanted the. Those days are gone.

To trade in a game and when I asked 2 of my friends that came with me to the gamestop if I could Barrow there id. or if they could trade the game in for me the gamestop employees told me and my friends to leave and to not come back for the rest of the day.I did not have my Id with me because I forgot it at home but I did have the recent from when the game was purchased with me along with my powerup reward card with me. And what really annoys me is I called gamestop and they said I dont need a Id if I have my power up rewards card with me. Smaller store so it feels a little cramped. Hard to move around store when theres lots of people. The staff are too hung up on making you every offer they have but will at least make sure that you leave with what you need.

Terrible the way these places operate sometimes. I went in and traded my games for store credit and bought a game with the store credit and some money on top. My card ended up not having enough money on it, and there system took 10$ twards what I was buying and the employee behind the counter told me there was nothing I could do to cancel the transaction, that they couldnt even refund the $10 theyve officially taken from my bank because I payed with card. So they told me I had to get the rest of the money and come back before they close otherwise everything would be kept with the store.... So your telling me every single time someone doesnt end up having the required amount of money on their cards the machine takes whatever is left and you tell them oh well, your going to have to come back with thenrest of the money. Yeah.. kinda sounds like the employee needed to make sales and refused the refund on purpose. I would love for them to reply to this..
